I just wanted to get a five star review to Amber Farrell. She has been helping us so much and goes above and beyond any other representative I have ever seen in all of my years of working. Amber is patient, thoughtful, goes out of her way to help her clients. I am so grateful that Amber is our representative. Amber Farrell is a rockstar! Not only was she able to save us money on our card processing, but she was able to tie it in with our existing project management software for effortless and efficient payments from clients! We own a small Med Spa of LA. Weve had other credit card processors approach us about the cash discount program but were skeptical. We finally decided to give the cash discount program a try. I decided to switch processing when I found out how much money they could save me. The processing fees were killing me during these times where literally every dollar counts. I had worked with Amber before so I already knew how fantastic the customer service would be. So, there wasnt much of a sales pitch needed initially. Any questions or problems I have shes always there to help whether on the phone or in person. If youre doing any type of credit card processing, which is mostly what anyone does for payment these days. Id recommend Insight.
