This is one of the best sleep study I’ve have ever done. At innovation sleep centers they make you feel like you’re one of them from office personnel to Doctor and sleep Tech was amazing knowledgeable gentleman that explained everything to me that he was doing. I felt very comfortable there. I highly recommend you try innovation sleep center in Chico Ca. If you ever need to have a sleep study.

The Doctor is good, medical staff are good. The front desk receptionist is one of the most unfriendly and rude I have met in a long time. If you have any questions, she doesnt want to give you the time of day. The other issue is this place constantly over charges you for services and then no one tells you about what you actually owed or that they owe you a refund unless you are paying close attention to your insurance explanation of benefits. I would highly recommend NOT using this provider. Friendly employees and fair billing practices are extremely important and they are missing the mark. Ive even had a conversation with their billing department and on my last visit verified the amount due before arriving and on arrival I was told a different amount and when I refused to pay they asked me to reschedule my visit which I wasnt going to do since I had already waited a long time for an appointment and took my child out of school for his visit. Now I am due a refund of over $200 from my last visit. If they cant get their billing software to provide accurate patient co-pays they should change their requirement to pay up front. **UPDATE: they responded to this poor review that they would be in contact and it’s been a week**

Just had a sleep study performed here and the technician Marco was wonderful! He explained everything he was doing and made me feel comfortable in the environment.

I arrived on time and George was my night tech. Very attentive to my needs. Extra blanket, turned up the heat. My cant remember the woman techs name. Super friendly 😄. I would definitely refer people I know. One thing though, is they should put a hook near the sink its hard to reach from the toilet hook. LolThank you.

Clean facility, well-maintained excellent staff if you need a sleep test best place to go. The only downfall is they need better beds. They’re a little uncomfortable but besides that everything went great.

After seeking a diagnosis for over 20 years, I was diagnosed with narcolepsy at Innovative Sleep Centers in Chico in March 2023. It has been incredibly life-changing to have providers take me seriously, and to know that treatment is available. I had to come to terms with the fact that I will never have the energy levels of someone who gets restful sleep. But I went from being disabled and totally unable to work to having a full-time job for almost an entire year so far. I really liked Lisa Beletsis, who was my first provider there. I was worried when I went and had a new provider. But I also really like Tajinder Kullar, my new provider. Plus all of the staff in the office when I come in and call. Everyone there is so kind and helpful.

ISC lacks basic patient service and clinical encounter skills. The receptionist AND the billing person were on their personal cell phone during the time I was there and continued personal calls while me and others were in the waiting area within listening distance. They bantered between themselves about the personal calls they had. They showed lack of interest in the patients, seemed bored and dismissive, and both conveyed a clock punchers attitude. The actual person that evaluated me was very nice but never introduced herself with her role or credentials so I never knew if she was a doctor or an assistant or just another clock puncher. The lack of transparency was shocking. She was also ignorant about me clinically, as a patient, and my equipment. She had to flip through pages of my record repeatedly and ask the same question more than once. It felt like a stranger was evaluating me. Theres nothing innovative about this company. When my annual check up was completed, there was no clear direction about next steps, just go out that hallway and schedule an appointment. My encounter was poorly performed by the staff. Your patients deserve better. Your staff can do better.

My experience at innovative sleep center was positive. It was very clean and comfortable. My tech for the evening was attentive and professional.

The tech that was taking care of me was awesome and very nice.Now I just have to wait told test results which I dont Think I should have to wait more than 1 day due to it.Being severely Dangerous
