Scott and Pierce arrived early, installed the Quiet Cool, advanced whole house fan professionally into my house. No installation debris was left behind and they disposed the units packaging. They both thoroughly went over the instructions on how to operate the system. Took less than one hour to install. The Quiet Cool operated as it should and I was blown away with its performance. Two thumbs up to Innovative Home Energy Solutions, Amy, Scott and Pierce.

I went with Innovative Home Energy to install a Quiet Cool whole house fan. The representative I spoke with on the phone with very knowledgeable and helped me decide on the best fan for my home (and it wasnt the most expensive one! ). Two very polite and professional young men showed up on time for installation and completed the project quickly. They installed a vent in the hallway leading to our attic/crawl space and even cleaned up after themselves! They took the time to explain how to get the most effective use out of our investment. Outside of the great service, the product is AMAZING. There is an instantly noticeable difference in the airflow in the house. I can only imagine how much this fan is going to save us on our electricity bill by not needing to use the AC. Couldnt be more pleased!

Scott was our whole house fan installer and he was very knowledgeable and professional when he arrived at our house. He gave us multiple options and gave us the pros and cons.He was very thorough with his install and the vents looks wonderful. He added new electrical conduits for us as well as repairing some existing ones. He showed us how to properly utilize our new fan. He explained the best time to use and how to use it properly.Very happy with our install and we use the fan every afternoon to night time. I am seeing drop in my electrical bill as well. I couldn’t be any happier with my complete experience working with Innovative Home Energy Solutions. My original contact with their office was great and they were able to answer all of my questions, then promptly provide me with a quote. Their technician Scott came out and after some discussion he determined the best placement for the fan intake. After the installation had been completed there wasnt a spec of drywall dust to be found. Saw the whole house fan at the San Diego fair. Been looking at it for two years. Finally decided to get it. innovative gave the best offer and the follow up was excellent. It took a while to schedule the appointment because they were so busy but they came right on time and did a very good job installing everything. The fan is amazing. You can feel the rush of air throughout the whole house once it’s turned on. We’ll see about the longevity. The installers did an excellent job. There was almost no dust or debris left in the house even though they cut a hole in the ceiling. They were very friendly. They did not mind many questions. No negative so far.

We got the largest and most efficient Quiet Cool Fan, the 7.0 Stealth Pro installed by IHES 3 weeks ago and it has been awesome. The install guys showed up about 5 minutes early, and patiently inspected various locations for the install until they found a space that was just barely big enough to fit it in. We have various lines and things in the attic that made it more difficult. Wife was concerned about how it would look but the only thing visible on the ceiling is a nice modern white grill. Weve used it nearly every day since it was installed. We open some windows in early evening when the outside air is just a few degrees warmer than the inside and the airflow immediately starts exhausting the hot stale air and the flow makes it feel cooler than it really is. The only caveat for us is that we should add more attic vents to take full advantage of the high air flow mode. We will do that eventually, when we need to re-roof.

If you are considering purchasing a Whole House Cooling Fan System, I highly recommend contacting Scott at Innovative Home Energy Solutions, Inc., in Temecula. They offer the high quality QuietCool System that will be appropriately engineered to fit the size of your home. I purchased a QuietCool 6.0 Stealth Pro System from Scott in August 2020. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and his customer service is excellent. In October 2023, I had an electrical issue with the system. I contacted Scott and described the symptoms, and he diagnosed the problem over the phone. He directed me to contact his assistant Amy and she processed the order, and mailed out a new Electronic Timer right away to correct the problem. The communication concerning the appointment for a whole house fan was excellent. The technicians were professional and courteous and clearly knowledgeable about their product and their service. They cleaned up the little mess that they made, and left me with a fantastic answer to the hot weather. I had never needed air-conditioning here in carlsbad except for maybe a couple of weeks in August, but the past few years have been much warmer. This is taking care of that heat wave admirably. The cool air is pulled in through the windows in the evening and the hot air is pushed out of the attic in the daytime. It works like a charm!

I have waited several months to complete this review. We installed both a whole house fan and an attack fan. The entire experience of working with IHES was excellent. From description of the products during initial consultation to completion of the work on time, professionally, and complete including clean up and taking care not to mar our new wood floors.The whole house fan works well, is a little louder than I had hoped, but is well placed away from our bedroom for continued cooling at night. The fan is only audible on the highest setting. The team spend extra time during set up to find the right place for the fan to maximize efficiency and minimize the noise heard from our bedroom (they crawled around the attack for quite awhile to find the best spot).I would highly recommend EHIS and the products they sell.R

They installed my whole house fan in no time at all. They were able to completely install the unit in less than an hour without any mess or issue. They were so clean & well organized that they didnt even leave any ceiling crumbs after cutting the hole for the vent. Two years later my motor failed and they came out to replace it in less than 30 minutes after receiving the warranty replacement from the manufacturer. I met IHES back in 2017 at the San Diego Fair. They installed my QuietCool attic fans that help to keep my home cool by reducing attic temperatures. The guys are super professional and did a great job with the initial install. Fast forward 6 years later and one of my fans failed. They managed the warranty replacement and install. While they were at it they reinstalled both fans using new noise reducing rubber gaskets that dramatically reduce the noise on my fans.These days its hard to find contractors you can trust. Scott explained the process in detail so everything was clear with no surprises, great communication!We didnt use it during the winter and when we turned it on this Spring with the remote it preformed beautifully then one time it would not turn on. I am having a very difficult time with your company. Your whole house fan installer fell through my ceiling. It took you over a month and seven contacts with you to have you send a drywall guy out. He did a lousy job patching and painting. You could clearly see the damaged area. I waited some more so that the manager of your company could come out with two guys to paint the ceiling. They, too, did a lousy job. You can still clearly see the area that was damaged. When I asked the two young guys how often they paint, they told me that they are installers and dont really ever paint. It has been a long time now, and you are not taking this seriously. I cant believe that you didnt send painters to fix the problem. Fan installers? Seriously?

Our friends had IHES install two house fans and they were very pleased so when we saw their booth at the county fair we invited them to give us a quote.Brady came out and explained what he thought we needed. It was the same as our friends which we expected. He was professional and on time.The crew came out to do the install a few days later. Ricky and Justin were great. On time, were very clean and had to do some sheetrock repair because they took out our very loud and not efficient older house fan. You cant tell where they patched it. Awesome job. They installed a big fan in our house and a smaller fan in our garage.The fan in the garage was where their customer service really showed. The levers on the garage fan werent closing properly so the guys took the cover back to their shop. A few days later a different crew including Scott the owner came out with a new cover and it had the same problem as the old one. This was not their fault in anyway way but they ended up having the pull the fan out and said they were going to come back with a new fan and start over.They also recommended that we install a couple roof vents since our traditional ones would not provide the best ventilation. They recommended a roofer, Luis Roofing and he came out this past weekend and installed 4 new roof vents. He was awesome too. We were concerned about how they would look and you cant even see them from our front or back yard. They were clean, professional and very nice.Today Scott and Pierce are here installing the new fan. They also blew insulation into our attic space over the garage to help maximize the efficiency of the fan. And before you think they were just trying to sell us something, they did not. We didnt even know they did this service but when we mentioned maybe doing it before they came to install the new fan they said they did that and provided us a very reasonable price.This company delivers the best customer service one could ask for.
