Love this place! The WHOLE team is friendly, caring and professional. I had such a great experience with Rochelle the hygienist/therapist- lol, she was very thorough, funny, kind and compassionate. Nancy at the front desk was helpful at getting me in right away for a cleaning and looking into my insurance. Dr. Kachalia has a kind demeanor and a gentle touch. Thank you everyone for helping me today!

Dr. Duncan and Dr. Kachalia are, hands down, the best dentists we have ever worked with because they give you options and recommend the best solution based on your situation. They are also phenomenal with kids, my 3 love going to the dentist! They have also hired a team that is thoughtful and keeps you laughing and entertained while you wait. Love them, and highly recommend

Innovative Dental Concepts gets a 6 out of 5 stars! Their brand new office is outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment, televisions with headphones, and even dental chairs with a massage feature. Dr. Duncan is warm, friendly, and the kindest dentist Ive ever been to. She has a great bedside manner and is committed to maintaining a successful relationship with her patients. She has taken care of my teeth for years- everything from cleanings to crowns to addressing my teeth-grinding habit. I am grateful to Dr. Duncan for taking care of my teeth. Highly recommend this amazing office!

Great customer service! Quick, easy, and very informative of how theyll be going about your procedure. They also have computer screens, massage chairs, and headphones set up for you during your procedure to get comfy and watch TV or listen to Pandora.First dentist Ive ever had where Im actually looking forward to the next visit and not dreading it like I have with previous ones. These folks will take care of you during your stay and let you know how you can better take care of your teeth each visit. I highly recommend them.

Both Dr. Duncan and Dr. Kachalia are extremely innovative in finding just the right solutions for your dental needs. You can trust their integrity because they will be honest about issues that need to be corrected quickly and what can wait without causing more harm. I have seen Dr. Duncan primarily and she is gentle and highly skilled. I appreciate that she tells you what she is doing and checks your comfort along the way. She has repaired two chips on my front teeth and you cant tell that anything was wrong. She takes great pride in her work and strives for (and achieves) perfection. She recently offered a couple of options to fix a problem I was having which she often does so that I had a choice. I used to think that my previous dentist was the best there was but Dr. Duncan has exceeded those standards. Her office staff is also very friendly, accommodating and easy to be around. Dr. Kachalia has the same high standards, skill and integrity. He is also highly respected in the dental industry and travels the country giving presentations and sharing his expertise with other dentists. He consistently learns and brings new innovative ideas to their dental practice. ive always hated going to the dentist, but I gave to say, I love this place!!

Dr K and Dr D are fantastic! Great looking teeth are very important to me, and having dentists that are perfectionists is exactly what I was looking for. They both came highly recommended and I quickly found out why, Id absolutely refer any family or friends to them in a heartbeat. Furthermore, the office staff is SUPER friendly and they always come with a smile on their face, great group of people!

Best dentist (I am seeing Parag K) I have ever seen, would absolutely recommend to anyone who is seeking a caring husband and wife team - who do not pressure you to have cosmetic work done. They not only do cosmetic work but also work for regularly insured people. The office is very modern and has a very welcoming appearance. If you are looking for a very professional approach to dentistry (regular work) or cosmetic work, this would certainly be the place to go. Personality is also high on my list and they both certainly have great personalities and make you feel at home (which is not something I would usually say about a dentists office).

Five stars doesnt do this office justice. Dr.Duncan and Dr.Kachalia are the most compassionate dedicated dentists I have met. If you are looking for a dentist who has your health and comfort in mind, look no more. With competitive fees, a beautiful office, and amazing staff you will wonder why you ever went anywhere else. Dr. Duncan and Dr. Kachalia have an excellent practice. I have been Dr. Duncan’s patient for eight years and she is the best dentist I have ever encountered. I have had small and major work done and Dr. Duncan has consistently demonstrated her extreme competence. Not only does she have the hands of a fairy when she touches my teeth and gums, but she has the most wonderful cheerful and compassionate personality. I have also been Dr. Kachalia’s patient a few times and he is as competent, gentle and compassionate as Dr. Duncan.Their offices are beautiful and they have state-of-the-art equipment which helps make a patient’s experience the best possible. I also want to mention that everyone who works in their office is always friendly and pleasant.Thank you all, you are the best!

Wow! If I could give more stars I would!I havent been to the dentist in *gasp* 10 years! I was nervous but more excited to start getting my teeth fixed up. Thats when I found Dr Kachalia and his team, who are all just wonderful!The office is just gorgeous! Not like an outdated, old school dentist office. So modern and new!Ive been to the office twice now, the first time for exams and a cleaning and the second time was today. I had a bigger appointment today that lasted around 3 hours and was shocked when the asked, Hulu or Netflix?!!!I mean what a way to make the appointment go by so much faster and way more relaxing.bi had some headphones and just tuned out. And I thought they were kidding when they said they said theyll turn on the massage chair but they werent!But more seriously, Dr. Kachalia is just great! He very professional and kind, hes thorough and made sure I was in the loop about all my dental needs. He sat me down and showed me all my teeth and explained everything in detail to me.And his staff, they are incredible. Friendly and professional!!!I might be one of the only people who looks forward to their dental appointment!10 star rating!!

Truly innovative! Dr K, & Dr D have taken the art and science of dental care to a whole new level for my family and I. This practice has everything you might wish for. The new office seemingly has all the latest technology and they stay at the leading edge of what is possible in dental health care. My sons emergency broken tooth surgery and my experience in getting fitted for a sleep apnea mouth guard are 2 recent examples that revealed how fortunate we are to have this quality of dental practice available. Maybe most important is this is a fantastic family business and environment with Drs and staff that truly care!

Two times in the past two months I have had a dental emergency. In both instances, Dr. Duncan was able to see me within 48 hours (I was not in extreme/dire need of treatment). Dr.Duncan listened to my concerns/complaints, did a quick analysis of what needed to be done, described what was going to be done and then got right to work. In both instances the work was, in my opinion, thorough and excellent. Never thought I would say this - but I actually enjoy going to Innovative Dental Concepts. They listen, they care and they take care of every dental issue I have and they treat me like family.

Best dental office ever!! All the personel are professional and caring. Providers are excellent and dedicated to dental actualhealth. The office has all the latest technogy. They have excellent bedside manner, and always allocate enough time for all your concerns. They are always warm and its always a delight visiting with them. Hands down best dentists in the Bay Area!

Awesome experience today. Both my boys met Dr Kachalia for the first time and he put them at ease straight away. We were all smiles at the end of their appointments. Lovely clean office and Liz at the front desk was extra helpful with the huge pile of paperwork that we needed to submit. Will be going back for further treatment and would recommend this place to others any day.

All the staff was super cool, extremely welcoming and very friendly- During the appointment you can watch TV and they give you a sanitized headset-I had to get impressions of my teeth except they dont do impressions anymore, they have a super cool machine that can scan your teeth! The technology here is super advanced and really awesome. Seriously the coolest staff ever

Excellent dentists and great service. Not only have they been wonderful dentists for me and my family, they consistently found ways to go above and beyond. I had a painful issue catch me by surprise one weekend and they diagnosed me over the phone (even through they happened to be out of town) then quickly referred me and had me scheduled with a top notch specialist who solved my immediate issue.

I had a dental emergency and i found there office they worked me in on a very busy schedule I found them to be very professional,friendly and outstanding when your hurting or something is broken who are you going to call there office of course there office has the best state of the art equipment and there dental chairs even gives you a little massage.
