We wanted a pool but did not want to spend tons on an inground pool. So I started searching online for other options & came across Inland empire and their Doughboy swimming pools. I called and spoke with Terri who was very helpful & knowledgeable of the pool. She walked me through it all step by step and got me all set up. James who helped me finish it off was great and very helpful THANK YOU!Our pool is up and looks great. Gary and his team were here all day working hard and made sure that the pool was set up the professional right way.. THANK YOU GUYS! I am so very happy with this company,their team, and their product.

My husband and I were so incredibly pleased with the knowledge, patience and all around customer service we received working with Robert and James. One of the main concerns we had with a new spa purchase was where we would find support we could trust for the life of the spa. Robert and the team at IEHS have an incredible track record of doing just this. We never once felt pressured or like we were being “sold”. They customized our experience to our needs and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Easiest purchase we have made in a very long time. We truly didn’t think customer service like this still existed. If I could give more stars I would.

It has been a week since delivery and a week and a half since we walked into the showroom and bought it. James in sales was great, Ryan in delivery was great. The whole experience has been great. The only issue is that while the power cord may be advertised as 15 feet, 4 or 5 of those feet are unusable because they are behind the spas equipment door and can not be extended out. It is a Free Flow plug n play and it has been flawless so far. Thanks guys!

We just got our spa delivered and it looks awesome!! Can’t wait for it to get regulated so we can experience our first plunge!! Koodos to an awesome team!! Our experience was great all the way around!! Robert our salesman was so nice! Never pressured us into buying anything and let us take our time to decide what would work for us. The installer Gary also very nice and took the time to go over everything on how to operate our new spa!! We are extremely pleased with the service we got from James and team with our new hot tub! I ordered my Hot Springs Spa May 15th and it was scheduled and delivered today. Gary and the crew showed up early and worked hard to move the new spa in, wire it up and get all the chemicals in order. Then they had to remove a 15 year old spa. They had everything up and running and cleaned up in under 2.5 hours. The spa looks amazing and I cant wait to get it up to temp.Thanks for everything!!!!!

I first interacted with inland Empire Hot Springs Spa back in 2007 when I bought my Envoy. Recently, I sold my house and wanted to take the hot tub to my new location, so I called them. They rose to the challenge, lifted my hot tub and relocated it hooked up the electric and now I have the same service and some of the same people! You want a good service organization for your hot tub, these guys are great.

In these days of supply line turmoil and shortages these guys did as best as possible. It did take some a couple weeks longer for the manufacture my spa, which is common place these days. I highly recommend this business. No games in the buy cycle. Good honest business practices.

Ok so already left review here (below) re. hot tub purchase / installation.. This time we went back & decided to buy a 16 round above ground doughboy pool. Same as last time. Went to showroom to check it out, James answered all our questions without making anyone feel like they were talking to a sleazy used car salesman, just the opposite. Pleasant experience.Gary came by our house ahead of time & educated us on the best place in our yard for install, which worked out much better for us in the end. Extremely professional and very thorough. Everything was completed the same day. Had couple questions the following day, called & spoke with Terri at the office. Looked at Consumer Reports etc. Drove out to Moreno Valley to look at some different models. So glad we did. NO creepy used car salesman vibes whatsoever. The person who helped us was knowledgeable and very professional. This solidified our decision to make a purchase that same day. We found the model we wanted, put a down payment & even had someone come out to our home ahead of time to make sure we could get it into our backyard etc. The installation crew arrived on time with a call beforehand & were also professional. Everything went according to plan. I had another electrical outlet I needed installed (near the unit) which was able to be worked out right then & there for a reasonable price. Gary the electrician was especially helpful the whole time & explained everything I had questions about in a way that was easy to understand. Our entire experience with this agency was pleasant - front to back, top to bottom. Every single employee we had contact with was wonderful. The service we received during our purchase and installation was unmatched. I wish Jim would open a side business training others on customer service. From purchase to installation we received phenomenal service by knowledgeable, professional experts. We purchased a spa and pool together which was a huge purchase for our family that prompted anxiety and questions on my part. At every turn, throughout the whole process I was patiently provided the knowledge and expertise I needed to make me feel confident in my decisions. This was very important to me and truly appreciated.The installation was amazing. An incredible amount of work went into getting my pool and spa up in two days. From the masterful electrical work to the extra trenching for additional water filtering. Miraculously my yard was returned to normal with grass put back in place and no signs of the extensive work that went on except of course the beautiful pool and spa that resulted from the labor. The communication system is top shelf. Ryan was my Technician and reach out to me once my appt was made. I was notified when he was 30 minutes out. He was on time, friendly professional and knowledgeable about my spa. I bought my Hot Springs Spa brand new in 2006.my spa is a 2005 model and I cant be happier with the way it has held up.I have it serviced once a year now do to the age and the price for service is always fair. I got a new cover for it 4 years ago and I got the heavy duty one and it still looks brand new.

My spa decided to go rogue on me last night and I sent inland empire an email regarding the situation and asking if my spa was still under warranty. It was about 8:00pm, so I expected a reply in the morning. Nope! I received a text 10 minutes later stating that it is under warranty and they would like to send someone out in the morning! I was charged a deposit of $500 for a 30AMP and 20AMP breaker respectively to make sure I return them. Yet the arm that was sent for the hot tub cover was the wrong one. Now I have to wait for the right arm, but I have to trust them I did not charge them a deposit. I understand things happen and mistakes are made, but I purchased a 15K hot tub you would think they get the order right and if not Hot Springs expects customers understanding, the customer also expect a level of understanding from the vendor when there was a clear miscommunication of how the electric part of install had to be ready. Both delivery gentlemen were great, very respectful and attentive to make sure I understood everything from my new hot tub.

First of all, I spoke to the owner of 40 years, Jim on the phone. I had called many spa companies but Jim was above and beyond better than any other person that I had spoken to on the phone. He was kind and honest. So I drove 45 minutes to to Inland Empire hot springs spa and met Jim in person. He was even greater in person! I showed him my dream spa and he made it happen. A week after my hoa approval, the spa was delivered by a group of the nicest guys. All very kind and professional. They worked so well as a team! Along with Jim, the men that set up the spa were courteous, professional, and such good representatives of Inland Empire hot springs spa. After replacing the breaker my spa was up and running in no time. Two men arrived on time and did an excellent job of removing my old spa and installing the new one. Entrance through my gate was very tight but they accomplished getting the old one out and the new one in a timely manner. The new spa was then filled with water and necessary chemicals. I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a pool last June, was told they already had that pool ordered and it was already on a truck from Arkansas, it’s should take 3-4 weeks to get here since they already had it purchased and on the way. PERFECT!!!! Nope... then it was 8-12 weeks.. ok fine, I understand that there are delays.. we had an install date in August.. the pool wasn’t here in August, they didn’t call to tell me.. the installers called to tell me. Never once did anyone from this place call to tell me anything... NOT A SINGLE TIME! Months and months go by. I called many times was told 3-4 weeks each call... I finally received a phone call after I called demanding updates weekly... my husband received one phone call. We were promised a big credit on our account for supplies, when I asked about it they acted like they didn’t know anything and gave us $100.. gee thanks. 9 months later we had our pool, and awful customer service from them. And a month after our pool is installed, we get a phone call from the bank saying our payment is past due, the people there put the wrong address on our loan agreement, and name and now I have late fees and a ding on my credit score. Would never recommend.

If I could rate this alleged business lower, I would. Walked in and purchased a spa- everything went downhill from there. One of the reasons I purchased the spa was the FACT that Jim the owner promised the delivery in two weeks. When I called back after a week to verify the delivery date- James told me the spa would not be delivered in the two weeks promised by his daddy and written onto the contract by Jim. First clue that the business was not honest. Jim also hand wrote onto the contract all of electrical I would need. My contractor called into Jim to verify what would be needed. When it came time to have the spa delivered, the delivery people said the hookup - done to the specifications of Jim was not what they needed. Jim said the delivery people would also drill the holes in the spa for the electrical. Nope. That didn’t happen either. Daddy wouldn’t even get on the phone to help provide a solution. This company only cares about sales and numbers. Not sure if they confine the use of these tactics to females or those persons 55+, but Once they get your money, they give zero F’s. If this review can help one person steer clear of the horrible customer service and blatant lies, it will be worth the time spent writing this.

Do not buy a spa from here. I purchase a spa 2/20/21 and it is now 7/23/21. I was told when I bought it I would have it between May/June. I called the end of May and was told it would go into production beginning of June and would have it by the end of June. I made plans for the 4th since I was told i would have by then. I called June 21 and was told they would not have quoted me dates in June. I was told it would go into production 6/28 and I will have it by the end of July. I called today and spoke with Jim and was told it hasn’t gone into production yet because of supply issues, which I totally get. He told me he should have called to inform me but they are overwhelmed. I told him I am going to leave reviews and he cancelled my order and said he’s going to mail me back my down payment. So now I have wasted 5 months and money to have an electrician hook up the electrical box. They have bad customer service and communication.

James took her call and offered to come out to their residence. He presented several suggestions to my parents, offering a variety of options that could meet their specific needs. He made a very professional presentation; offering key points of difference between the models and made no assumptions as to what my parents wanted, needed, or could afford. He was indeed very polished, forthright, and answered every question my parents had about the different models. Most impressively, James knew every detail, and was a confident guide in helping my parents choose a spa best for them.James earned my parents trust. My dad requested to see the spas in person before they made the selection. James was very receptive of this and agreed that seeing the spa in person would be ideal.On the Saturday of Presidents Day Weekend, we visited your store in Moreno Valley. James greeted us with a congenial manner and showed my parents the various models he covered in his presentation. At no time did he pressure my parents to make a decision. He was again quite patient; answering every question they asked. It was easy to see that James likes his job, and he was very good at it.About 20 minutes looking around the showroom, my parents finally settled on a style they felt best complimented their needs. James processed the paperwork timely, smoothly, and efficiently.The spa my parents chose was a custom model, so it required more time to assemble and it was delivered within the time period James outlined on the purchase order/ contract.The electrician, Bob, came to the residence a few days later and completed the setup quite efficiently, and timely.Today, Ryan and John delivered the new spa and took away the old spa upon completion as promised. Ryan and John work well together as an effective team. The location my parents wanted the spa placed is not an easy location to get to. There is a two-tier section of elevated concrete/stonewall and there is not alot of wiggle room to help get a 600 pound spa into a tight area. However, Ryan and John did this project very smoothly. They were very strategic of making a smooth transition from the the truck to the spas final spot, all the while being very mindful of not damaging property, sprinkler heads or bushes along the journey. From arrival, installation and setup, just two hours in total. My brother purchased a refurbished spa from Inland Empire Hot Springs about two years ago. It developed a leak, and a service tech came out and explained that it was a crack in the shell. They explained that is wasnt worth fixing, but that they would give him a great deal on a new one. So he went in and purchased a new one.While he was waiting for it to come in, we spoke and I mentioned that instead of having them haul it away, that I might want to take a shot at repairing the shell. I have repaired fiberglass before, and figured if I got a year or two out of it then it would be worth it.The receipt for purchase of the new spa said that haul away was included, so at least according to the paperwork this was not a trade in situation. After all, who would want a defective spa anyway, right? Nevertheless, my brother called IEHS and explained to the lady who answered what we wanted to do. She said it was fine.I moved the spa to my house and repaired the fiberglass. It wasnt pretty, but it was effective. Yet the next day the spa leaked. I called a tech out, we drained it and found multiple plumbing issues. It just wasnt worth fixing. So I decided to buy a new one.I asked my brother where he bought his, and he referred me to IEHS. I went into the showroom, and was met by James. I explained the situation, and he immediately knew who my brother was. He then began to chastise me as to how we went behind his back and essentially ripped him off for the spa. That rubbed me the wrong way, so I politely but firmly let him know he was out of line, and that we had cleared it with his office to do what we did. He backpedaled immediately, but I decided I wasnt going to buy a spa from him.I had made arrangements to have Cal Spas haul away the old spa, and while we were waiting on the new one to be delivered my brother got yet another call from James. He said that the manufacturer really wanted the spa back, and said they had a problem. This really pissed him off, so he called me to tell me what happened. I explained that I had the spa, and that if they really wanted it that badly that they could come and get it.James called and made arrangements to pick it up. And this is where bad goes to worse.The delivery drivers arrived. My wife was home alone. One of them said he needed to use the restroom badly. My wife explained that this was unorthodox, and that she was not comfortable having a strange man in the house when I wasnt home. He insisted, stating that he had been on the road all day. He then proceeds to blow up our restroom for 20 minutes. It was so gross that it stunk up the entire hallway and my wife had to air it out for two hours. Im not trying to be vulgar here, but honestly...what kind of people do this? I have been an in-home sales professional for over 15 years. And I have NEVER used the restroom in a customers home. That is what fast food establishments are for. It was unprofessional on so many levels.And to top it off, they left a mess. They didnt bother to clean anything up, and there was a trail of insulation from the hot tub from its former resting place all the way to the driveway. And its the little stuff. They took a hummingbird feeder down and just left it on the ground. They moved three large potted plants and didnt bother to put them back. And they left without telling my wife they were leaving.This is the most unprofessional experience Ive ever had from a company in our home. From the way James pressured my brother and I to give back a worthless spa (he sites that it is because the manufacturer wants it back, but I speculate that it is because he plans to refurbish it and sell it again) to the unprofessional pick-up crew, this was an absolute train wreck. The only silver lining is that I didnt purchase a spa from them, so I dont have to deal with them again. In short, do yourself a favor and stick with a professional company such as Cal Spas.
