I recently made the trip across town to see them after getting junk printer ink from an Amazon seller. I got a similar low price on great quality ink that worked the first time and has lasted a while. I took the old ones back to their Sebastopol location and purchased even more ink for an old HP printer I have at home. All of it worked great for a great price over factory ink.

IBUYER BEWARE::f you have a Epson printer do not bother buying cartridges from here. They are not compatible and there is no refunds if they do not work .As you all know we are in lock down due to covidSo I was grateful to see this business was open and I would be able to avoid big box store.I purchased a full set of ink cartridges for my printerWas hoping to purchase genuine product but all he had was generic brand.. I assumed since the guy was in the ink sale business these had to be the best generic. Brand out thereOh boy was I wrong!Total was 60 bucks after my $5.00 he gave me as a discount for being a teacher.Went home to load up my inkAnd my printer did not recognize the cartridges it recognized 1 of the 5Called him up and the best he could offer was to look at my printerMy printer is 2 months oldThere is nothing wrong with itAny ways. I am now out $60 bucksend up at target, 73 dollars later my printer works fine .Moral of the story: dont but from companies who dont back there productStop selling junk sir!!

Ive been buying my ink here for years and I love this store. The new owners are so friendly and helpful and always have answers. My only ink spot! They also offer the best prices I have found.

Words cannot describe how bad of a customer experience i had here...almost comical
