There staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. From the time to I called to place order to the return and I forgot to put the card in the returns for my core deposit and they were very polite and helped me start my warranty and core deposit back. UPDATE: I am at the one year 10.000 mile miles since I replaced the injectors, no problems at all.I had no issues with ID, I got 6 new stock Bosch injectors and feed tubes. They shipped very fast and were well packaged. I returned my cores in the same packaging no problems. Truck runs great8 month review, these injectors are still running very strong, no issues at all, I will definitely buy from ID in the future.

This is the first time i have used Injectors Direct since i only do personal vehicle maintenance. So far my experience has been exceptional. From finding the correct replacement part to the price along with the ease of returning my core parts was effortless. However, if you do need to call to verify compatability, they actually answer phone and are very helpful and friendly. The kit for my lb7 injectors had everything I needed. I also wanted cups but they were out of stock so I had to order from elsewhere. The kit worked well but this is my one complaint.The injector lines were remanufactured and did not meet my expectations for a remanufactured part. 2 of the lines I got were bent funny. One of them wouldnt get a good seal at all. The other was so far out of shape I couldnt get both ends of the lines to even get to the rail and injector holes at the same time.Other than my issues with the injector lines it seems like a good product so far!I changed my 3 star review to a 4 star because of their customer service. If you have an issue with your lines or other things they will send you replacements. Expect about 2 to 3 days for shipping.They do seem like they are trying to improve so for the price it is definitely worth it!

Everything went great with my purchase of fuel injectors for my 2003 Dodge Cummins. They got my order out on a Friday afternoon and I had them by Tuesday. Installed on Saturday and I shipped the old ones back for the core charge. The other parts that came in the kit all fit well with the exception of one fuel line that I had to bend a bit to get it to seat correctly. I did talk to customer service after placing my order as they were confirming shipping address and checked to be sure I got exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend them!

I have never dealt with anyone more difficult than injectors direct. It almost feels like they sent us on the most difficult mission ever. They are not helpful and continue to show how much they do not care to help their customers. I do not recommend to ever work with them. If I could give zero stars I would.

After replacing my injectors and high pressure lines for my 2001 LB7, I kept fighting fuel leaks from my replacement high pressure lines. Injectors Direct was great to work with in getting me replacement lines, but even then the lines still leaked. I had to take them off and re-bend them a few times to stop the leaks. That wasted a lot of time and I wish they were bolt on ready. On the other hand the brand new Bosch injectors and GM fuel return lines worked great.

I had a great experience. The injectors shipped super fast, and there was no core charge because you can send them back inside 30 days with no charge. On a full set of injectors that can be 800+ dollars that never has to hit your card or bank account. I will be using them again.

I have purchased several sets of injectors from this company and they have been fine no issues as you would expect with remanufactured or new injectors that is why I am leaving 2 stars instead of 1 but the second there is a warranty issue with an injector they claim it is not there fault and it will not be covered and there will be a charge for looking into the warranty. so long story short there injectors do work great but if you happen to need any warranty service forget about it.

I tried a rebuilt set of Duramax LB7 fuel injectors from Amazon which they failed in one hour if running. I bought a new set from Injectors Direct which worked great. The absolute best place for Injectors, Fuel Systems, and Conversions. As an Advisor for a Diesel Shop in Amarillo, Tx, I buy their fuel systems and conversions for CP4 replacements on a regular basis. Every time, I get my package fast. Would give it no stars if i could. Claim to sell OEM parts at great prices, however they are not OEM. If it sounds too good to be true it is. I ordered OEM cross over tubes for 6.7L they are not OEM. No Bosch stamp or serial number. Returned them and they charge me a 15% restocking fee for their false advertising! Done with this company! I ordered a new Bosch CP3 pump at least it was stickered as a Bosch. The truck wont run. Towed it in to a shop said the CP3 pump was bad. Done with this company. Save your hard earned cash and go elsewhere.

From start to finish the process was flawless, I needed injectors but was thinking of going with a dcr conversion kit. I happened to see the injectors direct website to check prices and they were great and they also happened to have not only the dcr but kits that included injectors and dcr along with fuel lines and everything else. A lot of websites have kits but this site had several different kits all with high quality parts but with different brands and different price points. I found exactly what I was looking for but was still weary of ordering online so I looked at their BBB scores and they were great and ordered the parts. There was an issue with my credit card because I have a P.O Box and was having parts shipped to my Mechanic but they e-mailed me right away with a phone number to call. I called and had an actual person on the phone in less than 30 seconds and had the whole situation resolved in less than 1 minute. That was at 1:30 pm on January 22nd by Wednesday at 12pm the parts were at my mechanic. Fast shipping and great service.

I purchased a set of supposedly brand new Alliant Power fuel injectors for my 7.3 power stroke 2 years ago for 2800 dollars and received 400 back for core. Shipping was great. I have put 30,000 miles on these injectors since. I did an oil change yesterday and when pulled my fuel filter out which I change every 10,000 miles it had engine oil in the fuel. So begins a twelve hour day of changing injector o-rings. Not only were the o-rings hard and cracked the wire harnesses in the valve covers were cracked and bare.Warranty was 150,000 miles or 18 months.Two years and 30,000 miles in it looks like I got screwed over.This has taught me to pay much better attention to reviews.Needless to say I will not purchase anything here again.

Our company has spent tens of thousands of dollars with injectors direct, we have used many many of there injectors over the years. The quality of the parts has always worked satisfactory so far and is a good product. We have had some billing issues and were wrongfully charged for cores, we have had to be refunded a few times, an error on their part and was corrected once we contacted them with proof. For real legal shop owners that purchase from injectors direct all year and support them, it would be nice to a least offer to build a trusting relationship with shops to float cores for a certain amount of time or give some other option like other suppliers. The cores always seem to be the billing issue.

Bought a new injector kit and got rusty damaged high pressure fuel lines.I’m required to pay shipping to return their bad product and I get ripped off $900I bit the bullet and bought new for the peace of mind and got robbed of that, I might as well have got remanufactured!I wanted to keep my old injectors free of core charge and they wouldn’t hear of it.I would recommend having your original injectors rebuilt by a reputable shop and stay as far away from injectors direct as possible!VERY poor customer care, and worse quality!!!It’s pretty bad when you pull injector fuel lines out of a package that says new and it looks like this!👎

Indeed, I experienced an issue with Injectors Direct straight out of the box. As a seasoned ASC mechanic, I quickly discerned that the injector was faulty. To confirm my judgement, I conducted a bench test, which the injector unfortunately failed.Subsequently, I returned it to Injectors Direct for warranty repair. Initially, they denied that the injector was theirs. However, after some deliberation, they admitted that it was indeed their product. They then claimed that the injector had passed their inspection and insisted that I pay $60 to retrieve my warrantied injector.Given my experience, I would strongly advise against using Injectors Direct. I also found the customer service lacking, particularly the sales representative named Jacob, who was both disrespectful and impolite over the phone.I simply advised Jacob that the injector failed all test and he advised that there was nothing that could be done.I attempted to resolve the issue with Jacob, asking for a simple refund of the $60.00 fee. However, he maintained that there was nothing he could do. As a result, I am committed to sharing my experience on every review platform available. I have also taken further steps by filing several complaints with the California Consumer Protection Agency and the California attorney general’s office.

Wish I would have read how they treat other folks when their product isn’t right before we bought their kit. $400 later, and the Bosch remanuf injector did not work. Like others here have said, sounds like some dirty business going ?? Look up whether remanuf injectors are a good idea?? I should have known when my mechanic rolled his eyes.Yea it tests out, still doesnt mean in your truck it works. Great place to go. I work for a large Ford dealership and havent had any problems with the 8+ kits I needed. The contamination kits come very well packaged. Better packaged than the OEM ones and also not on backorder. All kits fit perfectly and we havent had any come back so far. Ordered a set of 6.0 injectors, installed them as soon as they came in, put the truck back together and instantly ran worse than before, did a contribution text, and buzz test, Injector #4 was getting power, but cylender was dead. So I sent injector back to the company and they found it was a cracked nozzle. Which they put under the improper installation or contaminated fuel category. And refuse to warranty it out! When we called in to see if they would send us the correct set of parts, the customer service representative and manager both said that they would not send the parts needed. When we asked to speak to their superior, they refused and we were told that they were the highest person their and they wouldnt help and, that just the way it is. We had to spend an additional 550 dollars on parts and wait an additional week costing us thousands of dollars because of the way they use false advertisement and refuse to help when you call them. The way we were treated when we called in was the worst part. Hopefully a manager or owner sees this and can fix the problem instead of deny it like the customer service rep and manager did

They do not hold themselves responsible for anything they send you damaged, it is a lie that they give a guarantee, my husband bought them Conversion Kit + the pump failure kit for $5,758.98 for his Chevrolet Silverado truck, one of the injectors arrived bad, a few days later the truck It started with the same problem, he bought a new injector to do the test before complaining to this seller, as soon as he changed it the truck started working perfectly. When we wrote to the seller because they say they have a warranty, I sent them the injector so they could see that it was bad, I sent them my husbands automotive mechanic certification who has years of experience so they could see that it hadnt been changed by just anyone, because They even blame the mechanic who did the work, all to avoid taking responsibility for the problem. The solution they gave us is that we buy another new injector because they are not going to be responsible for the bad one they sent us, so expensive that they paid for those parts so that now they can get away with it so easily. Order #I dont think the system has been contaminated since we bought the complete kit, pipes, pump return hoses with its two filters. The tank was removed and cleaned rigorously. In case there was anything left in the tank, thats why I bought the pump with its two filters. Can you explain to me where the contamination was? My opinion is that the kit was contaminated or the injector was defective, why is only one injector damaged?

I am a mechanic, EVERY time I buy injectors from this company they send me multiple bad ones in a set. That do cause serious damage to the engine. Working with the warranty department is horrible. If your lucky Your options are buy more injectors or have a large amount of down time. If you do figure out which injectors are the bad ones. they wont warranty them! Ive bought 100$ Chinese injectors more reliable than this companies! With better customer service!((The truck wouldnt run on your injectors they were pouring so much fuel into the exhaust it actually fired up backwards causing engine damage. I pulled out your injectors tested them and they were bleeding off with just shop air. The rail couldnt build pressure even with the fca on the injection pump unplugged I tested our old set and your set and found you sent 3 injectors that leak internally I used 3 of our old ones and the three good ones you sent and it ran great. All we want is a refund for the 3 of your injectors we returned to you. And ill happily leave a good review)) I can teach you guys the trick to testing these injectors so you dont send any more bad ones out. :)

Vicious cycleI bought remanufactured injectors for my Sierra lb7, but after installation, injector number one got stuck wide open. InjectorsDirect asked me to send it back, claimed nothing was wrong, so I got a Bosch injector from O’Reilly, which worked until injector number two failed. When I asked about upgrading or exchanging, they refused, and the gaskets in the kit looked used. Despite returning parts and receipts, they only refunded a fraction of the cost. Bought the - 7.3 Powerstroke 1999-2003 AD/AE Injector Replacement Kit – Remanufactured injectors. In the kit you get glow plugs, but 6 out of the 8 plugs were bad right out of the box! Damage was to the solenoid which is normally replaced in any kind of reconditioning. Second issue I had was with a leaking line. Properly torqued and was leaking. I asked for a replacement line but was told I would need to provide a picture of the leaking line. I understand the need for evidence of a warranty issue but to disassemble an engine to get a picture is a little excessive. I asked for a simple line replacement but was told no until a picture was provided. Instead of sending one line to help me get my customer back on the road I’m tasked with additional labor to get a $25 replacement part. I will order a new one from GM to get my customer taken care of.

Returned the cores in a usps flat rate box. Perfect. Installation was simple. It took about six hours. The truck runs great.

This is a good company. I ordered an injector for my Duramax and replaced the one we thought was bad. Didnt fix it. Ordered another one. Still didnt fix it. Ordered 6 more. Truck runs great. They were prompt and shipped the injectors out within a day every time. Then I ordered a case of Stanadyne fuel additive. Came right away.

This company was really easy to work with. From beginning to end, and awesome team of costumer service, their products are incredible. I installed my own refurbished set of injectors and it’s almost 2 weeks and I haven’t had an issue at all. The truck improved 100% after I replaced the injectors. I totally recommend them.

5 out of the 6 where ok. Im not sure how the longevity will be i dont have high hopes. Dealing with the warranty dept to try and get the one faulty injector replaced that never worked when i got it is a headache. Ended up going with a local diesel shop for the one Injector. In the future for my other diesels Ill deal with another Company.

I had a problem with my order that was my own doing -- no sweat. The problem was solved quickly, easily and politely. When I sent back my cores I tracked them so I had a good idea when they arrived. The same afternoon I received my refund email. Very quick turnaround. Best of all, the truck runs great! My impression of these guys is that they are trying hard to provide customer satisfaction and know how to do this as evidenced by their well deserved, excellent rating. Well, Ive just received my core refund from injectors direct, wherein they were supposed to refund $100.00 per Bosch Reman injector times 8 injectors returned. All returned injectors were in the factory bubble wrap, with protective caps installed, just like the remans received. I was also required to pay the return shipping on the spent injectors, which rang up at a net cost of $25.00 via USPS, to include $800 insurance.There appears to be some policy confusion, perhaps more on the part of Bosch than Andrew at Injectors Direct, insofar as what constitutes a correct core return. Andrew claims that Bosch demands injectors with all solenoids and tips intact, as well as (of course) threads and bodies undamaged. One of my cores had an issue with the solenoid being broken, which was initially deemed a discount against the core deposit. But I pointed out that I had purchased NEW solenoids and NEW tips, thus I didnt owe these items in my core return.I credit Andrew for making good on my entire core deposit in light of this reality, but I have an uneasy feeling hes eating this relative to what Bosch will actually credit him....which is not right.No report yet on the injector performance....Ill update in about 6 months after I get some miles behind me!Good luck!UPDATE 8-23-2020: Ive run these injectors for about 80,000 miles now; its 4 years later, and I have NO ISSUES, so Ive apparently gotten a good set. I know Ive read some reviews of reman injectors, and folks experiencing shockingly short lifetimes on their second set, but thus far, thats not a concern from what Ive experienced.Update 12-7-2021: 130,000 miles now since replacement and NO ISSUES whatsoever. These have now gone further in mileage than the factory-installed set. Whatever they did to rebuild, it apparently worked out BETTER than original, at least for this set.Update 4-25-24: Still going strong and have just purchased the CAT filter adapter kit that takes the filter granularity down to 2 microns from 5 microns. I think this VERY reasonable kit (I think I paid about $150 for the adapter and FOUR CAT filters) makes all those expensive setups like the Nicktane filter pretty much overkill and obsolete. GREAT customer service. Updated STAR count to FIVE.
