Super easy to work with! We actually had to wait for about a whole year to start working with infinity management (trapped in a contract with the previous management company) and it was totally worth it. As a board member, infinity takes the load off our shoulders (we were the ones replying to emails before because our previous management company was so difficult to deal with). Lauren is so knowledgeable, we ask her all kinds of questions at the meetings she always has answers and is very familiar with our CC&R and the citys codes/rules. We definitely have a lot on our to do list but with infinity management we feel confidence well be able to get them done!

Infinity Property Services Association Management Director Ani has always been responsive to any concerns we have addressed regarding our HOA. All aspects of the staffing are always reflecting the expertise necessary for resolving most issues and clearly capable of providing legal alternatives when diplomatic resolution and mitigation fails to remedy the situation. I have lived in my townhome for many years and as a Board Member, we went through many property management companies with horrible results until we found Infinity Property Management. The owner and his staff are wonderful. They walked us though the correct way to manage our property. Lauren Stein is our contact person and she is the best. She is very professional and knows her stuff. She is very responsive and is always there to guide the Board. She is also very helpful to all the property owners. Since we have switched to Infinity we no longer have any issues at our property. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a company to manage their property.

I called Infinity earlier this week when I found a water leak in the master bathroom (water puddling on the floor) and couldnt tell where it was coming from. I asked if I should call my plumber or if the HOA plumber needed to check it out first. My call was referred to Micha, who called me right back with the answer. I appreciated the prompt response, then called my plumber. The leak was strictly in my unit -- not connected to a common pipe. Problem solved.

Ive lived in my condo for a year and a half and sadly this management co has poorly managed this building for 18 years. Our pool has been empty for over a year. Some units have major water damage. Our roof has repairs on top of repairs. It was a year before they started emailing homeowners, notifying them of meetings that had been taken place amongst only 3 board members for 100 units. The last meeting we had, we got 3 days notice. They lie to us about everything, the board members have not seen receipts/bank statements/management contract. The last 2 board members were recruited and not voted in by homeowners. Now they hit us with news of a special assessment requiring 50k per unit for a 5 million dollar project. Truly a nightmare

Lauren Stein, of Infinity Management Services, is the Property Manager for our HOA. Over the last 2 years working as a Board member, I have experienced outstanding service and support from Lauren. She works very hard for our HOA. I truly appreciate the way she follows up on all of our requests and her attention to detail is wonderful. Her communications out to our HOA members is clear and always professional, diplomatic, and courteous. I am impressed with how well she knows the details of our HOA (our CC&Rs, the unit owners, our operations and structural elements). I feel that we are very lucky to have Lauren assigned to our HOA.

It’s been 85 days since the roof leak, and they still haven’t fixed the roof (only put the tarp on today). They also created a construction zone in my bedroom, by removing the ceiling drywall, to see if there is any mold but they haven’t fixed it, so I had to move downstairs and have been living in the living room on my mattress since.This is unacceptable management. Outrageous experience.Now I’m promised the roof will be fixed in 2-3 weeks. We’ll be way into December and 106 days living on a mattress in my living room. That’s third of a year!!! I’m researching now how I can file a legal complaint against this company.

I am an owner of a condo where Infinity is the management company. They are SERIOUSLY AWFUL. They never return my calls about my requests. I asked for a contract from the cleaning vendor we have and they said they dont have the contract so they have to ask the vendor, they still havent gotten that to me. Also, I am suspecting some financial misuse of our hoa funds so I asked for invoices for 2022 and 2023 for a few different categories of expenses and they didnt get back to me for a week until they messaged me back and said it would cost me $285 to request those documents which under law I am able to access those documents and should be a reasonable expense. I dont think $285 for those documents is reasonable. They are horrible communicators, rarely get back to me. Also, I called them to ask them when the next HOA meeting is and they said tomorrow, they never communicated the next meeting until the day before the meeting, meaning if I had not called them, they wouldnt have sent an email to all members about the HOA meeting. They clearly do not want people to even KNOW about an HOA meeting. DO NOT USE this company. There is no communication, no accountability, and they are useless.

Terrible customer service and incompetence at best when performing basic tasks as a property manager. This company has been slow to respond to calls and is not proactive at all. They have been unable to get quotes from vendors in a timely manner, not available to coordinate with vendors on site, lacks in timely responses and accountability of work. Hurts homeowners the most. Look elsewhere for a reputable company.

Infinity Property Services manages the building where I own my townhouse and they do a great job. Chris and the team care about the building and the owners here. Things were in disarray before they took over and since then things have been running a lot more smoothly. William and Chris are the best HOA professionals I have every worked with period. They helped our 18 unit property transition from a self managed mess into something with clearly defined rules, procedures, and an understanding of legal compliance. They are also very nice, always answer the phone and explain everything thoroughly. The financial record keeping has also been second to none making it very easy to understand where our money is going and how we can improve cost control. We are in a 38 unit condominium, I was heavily involved in the board for the HOA the initial years. We have been through so many different management companies in Los Angeles, we were finally introduce to Infinity Property Services. They are amazing, super professional and most importantly do the job and get the job done. They also are very knowledgeable about law and regulation, conduct our meetings and all that is needed on time. I am very happy with them and would highly highly recommend them to any HOA board, please hire them save time and get your building taken care of.

Cecilia is professional and has excellent customer service. I contacted the general customer service email last week about what I thought might be a leak between my unit and the unit next to me. Cecilia called me immediately after I sent the email. Was very kind, and got plumbers out there the next day. Thankfully there was no leak, but the fact that she took my concern seriously and got someone out immediately to assess the situation and put my mind at ease was awesome. It is such a pleasure working with a very knowledgeable, professional, and kind individual like Cecilia.

Though I am not a first time homeowner, I am a first time homeowner at a complex with an HOA. We purchased back in January 2020 and from the very beginning, Ani Keshishian is the epitome of professionalism and excellent customer service. I am still not sure how she has such a fantastic memory, she remembers everyone’s names and is so detail-oriented. Most importantly, Ani keeps her word and provides realistic timelines. For example, I brought up an issue regarding washing machines at my complex in October. It is now early December and all the washer and dryers in the entire complex have been replaced with app-driven ones. I mean, cmon that is an incredible turnaround time, especially during a global pandemic.Ani never makes me feel odd or uncomfortable or annoying when I ask questions and boy do I ask a lot of questions!It is such a pleasure working with a very knowledgeable, super professional, and very kind individual like Ani. I have worked with many HOAs and management companies over the years and I have to say that working with Ani Keshishian is the best experience I have ever had. I have had many issues with a rental condo I purchased including needing to get balcony railings replaced at Board expense, getting new windows approved for installation in a timely fashion and several leaks and a plumbing backup and she has been extremely responsive and helpful with all of it. I wish all other HOAs used Infinity Property Services and Ani to help them manage the complex.

Ani Keshishian has been taking care of us for the past 4 years and her response time has been impeccable with every issue we had around the house. With every email we have sent, we get an immediate response and get same day service. She even answers phone calls and spends the time to listen to our issues in full detail. As President of a small HOA and homeowner in Studio City, we transitioned to Infinity Property Services almost a year ago. My experience has been wonderful, and I cannot say enough positive things about William (owner) and Ani (property manager). They helped guide us through the transition, are extremely knowledgeable and professional, are solution-oriented, provide feedback regularly, and help us navigate changes to legislation and civil codes.
