Mike Nurmi and Bryan (“Ox”) worked with my wife and me in getting our new Ariya. Both gentlemen far exceeded our expectations. First off, neither were pushy or aggressive at all; none of that dreaded “car salesman” business. We’ve purposely walked out of dealerships which treated us that way. Rather, they were polite, respectful, and friendly. They encouraged us to take our time. They both thoroughly knew the car. They answered all our questions. There simply wasn’t anything more that they could have done to make the whole experience any better. You can’t and won’t find a salesperson better than Mike or Bryan.

How unfortunate is it that after 5 calls, I have to end this with a bad review. This has nothing to do with the sales people, as I had a great experience with them. I bought my car back in the endings of May. I received the car with sticker plates of JANUARY 2023. (should have a 2024 sticker on it already). I noticed this 2 days later in which I have picture proof. That was my *FIRST call made. I was told they would speak to someone from financing and get back to me but that the temporary windshield paper should suffice. 2 MONTHS later, no call. I call again *SECOND CALL*. Im transferred to a DMV Clerk he then said he will order a NEW sticker but shouldnt worry about being pulled over as the police can run my license plate and see it has its plates paid(??). Another month went by *THIRD CALL?* and i spoke to another person who will again leave a msg with finance but they saw prior notes about the sticker being ordered. *FOURTH CALL* i was upset by this point. the receptionist saw the prior sticker order nd mentioned he can have the sticker mailed to the dealership and i can just pick it up if its not arriving to my address. I agreed that was the best option. *FIFTH CALL* the finance people were unavailable to take my call (and i understand) i asked him if i need to leave a review to be noticed by someone because this is absurd. He apologized and now here i am. I understand I couldve easily gone in person, but that is not my responsibility. This will have to be the last time i come here, because the first time 5 years ago we were also fd over.

We found the exact car only at Mossy Infiniti of Oceanside. Absolutely the most amazing and unforgettable experience for a remotely purchase. I was blown away with the service provided by Robert Ochoa, salesperson, Larry Tulio sales manager, Carlos Quintero, finance manager. They all very professional on the phone, email and in person. They definitely care for the customer to bring more to stay with the luxury of Infiniti. Larry made it happened to put us in the best QX60 Autograph. He was very transparent, responsive, and made the transaction very pleasant with his laugh and unlimited time on the phone. He is totally a no pressure sales manager and give you the opportunity to hold the vehicle while a decision is made. No common in these days that there is a short supply and high demand. Robert, very professional, a dedicated salesperson responding calls/texts even on his day off. Carlos in finance knows well how to run the most critical part. He was very helpful we understand the options for additional coverages and did an excellent job with the paperwork, highlighting and explaining every important line.I found out that at Mossy Infiniti of Oceanside besides no marks up over MSRP is not only about selling the car and they make sure the customer has a positive experience. They all are nice and make you feel as a true value customer. I had to fly into town and the nice experience started with a VIP treatment from Robert who pick up my wife and I at the airport. It continues as we were meeting others in the dealer, the GM, finance, reception, detailing and the rest of the salespeople who came to congratulate the purchase.Robert, salesperson, was at all times making sure the transaction and delivery was very smooth. He took his time to show us and explain all the features and packages on the car. I was totally impressed to find out he had setup all the features and applications like In-touch Services. The car was intact and it was a perfect delivery.The transaction was very pleasant and the whole paper work was done in 90 minutes. Do not leave your car here overnight for service. They have no security, they had my car stolen because they kept my keys in a box OUTSIDE, where a thief broke into it and drove away with my Infiniti. The general manager was uncooperative, and showed zero concern for a loyal customer. I will never own an Infiniti again and would never trust this dealership.

Mossy is the best hands down. I recently purchased one of my dream cars. If your looking for a new car I highly recommend talking to Tyrone, he will get you into your car quick with no hassle. My wife and I were in the market for a 2017 to 2019 Lexus GX. For about 2-3 months we did research on what the best full size SUV would be for our family. We had a mid-size SUV that just wasnt cutting it for our 2 boys and monster yellow lab. We needed more room, a 3rd row seat, 4x4 and V8 power. Most importantly we wanted Toyota dependability/reliability. We decided on the GX because its basically a luxury 4-Runner / Land Cruiser but for less money. We started looking around and was about to drive hours to LA dealerships until we found this one at our local Mossy Infiniti of Oceanside. My wife contacted the dealership and Mike Rodriguez with sales helped us out. We told him what we could do and what we could afford and he came back at the end of the day with his manager Dana Lozano and just straight up hooked us up exactly what we wanted. Dana told me what they could do for us over the phone. I grabbed my wife and youngest kid and headed down to the dealership around 7pm. Both Mike and Dana stuck to their word and what they promised us. They even got us a better trade in and better deal with the loan! Dana wanted to earn our business and he sure did! Ive bought cars before at other dealerships and felt like I was locked in their office showroom for 12 hours being tortured to sign documents. Not at Mossy Oceanside! They let my young son run around the showroom putting hand prints on all the sports cars while my wife and I signed away. We left with our 2018 Lexus GX at around 10pm. We had this all wrapped up in 3 hours! Fantastic service from both Mike Rodriguez and manager Dana Lozano. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a new auto to at least talk to Mossy and see what they can do for you. I would buy from them again. This Lexus GX SUV is beautiful inside and out and drives like a dream.Thanks Mossy! You made me and my family very happy!

I had a prepaid maintenance plan which was expiring so I scheduled a service appointment with Robin Rush. I requested all the covered services and inspections applicable to service# to be done during this time and found out that one of the covered services listed on the prepaid maintenance plan cannot be covered as for some reason the system does not list that as part of the allowed services. She gladly contacted the warranty services, explained the situation, and made sure so it can be covered per the agreement. She immediately called me the next day and scheduled a follow-up visit. She is courteous, reliable, and easy to work with. Thank you Robin for making this process hassle-free. I highly recommend her to anyone who is visiting the Infiniti of Oceanside.

He brought the car to my home for me to test drive it, and we were able to take care of a majority of the negotiations and purchase over the phone. Robin Rush, our Service Consultant is AMAZING! We brought in our 2008 M35 Infiniti for an oil change and complete checkup since it wasnt driven very much since 2020 and was recently given to our son to have as his first car. We wanted to make sure that the car was still safe and in great driving condition before having our son driving it regularly. Robin did an awesome job to make sure that it was thoroughly checked and that it had a complete inspection. As a result, we found a few issues that needed our attention to which Robin was very good at explaining and prioritizing the work needed. We had a list of work completed in a timely manner and then got the car back sounding and driving almost like a brand new car! Robin is very professional, friendly, and always goes above and beyond.It is always a delight working with her and wouldnt want to go to anyone else. Infiniti car dealership doesnt really care about their customers. As soon as you want to buy a car, everyone is always very happy and takes care of you, but as soon as the purchase transaction is completed, they immediately forget about you. Because of their oversight, I lost a lot of working time. In addition, for additional services such as an active security system are included in the purchase price, I have to wait 1 month for its activation as they cannot do it in time.

Great dealership with friendly service advisors. Alex was my service advisor and he was very courteous and followed up with me several times about the status of my car. They gave me a loaner car with no fuss so I wasnt inconvenienced while my car was being repaired, unlike the other dealerships in town that lie about being out of stock when you make an appointment. I was in and out within like 10 mins tops. They pinpointed the issue with my car which I appreciate it. This is a larger volume dealership (Nissan/Infiniti) so Id definitely trust their work since they see a lot of cars.

Well, not happy because of the cost of repairs. I kind of wish it didnt take 2.5 and a half hours because they initially told me it would only be 1.5 hours WITH the work done but they didnt even do the work because they found so much more.I hate going to the dealership when theres any problems and this is why. Not even sure I trust their reason for inability to do the work.UPDATE : so, I was kind of wondering why she (Robin rush) didnt give me a print out of the estimates for recommended work while I was there. She had a copy in her hand but I distinctly remember her holding it and kind of exhaling when I decided to leave without asking for it. But after getting the email of it, now I know. They lied. Straight up without a doubt they lied and now Im wondering what they were doing for 2.5 hours with my car. It takes 7 minutes to do an oil change. So 2.5 hours?? They did a (something) point inspection. I know theres a 300 point inspection but after asking her directly and her ignoring the question, Im not even sure what they did. I know it wasnt 300 point because they claimed my brake fluid needs changed. On record, it would appear that way but I literally just changed it myself. Its clear as brand new fluid so I have no idea what they are even talking about with that. They claimed my tires are worn but strangely, theres no pictures of them with the wear they now have. They send pictures of all of the issues but theres only one of the tires and it isnt even that worn. When I got the car, Robin showed me where the wear is. Whats really strange is I dont recognize these tires. None of them match. Not even one. This is impossible because I bought all 4 from the same place and I have record of them all being the same brand. Im not quite sure how that happens but it sure seems suspicious that it took 2.5 hours for an oil change. On top of that, she flat out lied and told me (after 2 hours of waiting) that they were finishing up washing it. So 30 minutes later it finally comes out NOT WASHED. I know because I had bird poop on the roof. It was still there, not even faintly moist. Dried like its been there for 7 days. So Again, I cant help but to wonder why they took 2.5 hours to change my oil and do this little inspection. When I checked in with her after 2.5 hours, she claimed they were just finishing up with washing it. She was showing me the inspection on her computer so I sat there feeling bad for being upset that it was taking 2.5 hours when she told me 1.5. But 30 minutes later, and the car wasnt even washed. So what the heck took so long?

I just had a very bad experience in this place today. We went through the negotiation process on a pre-owned QX50 and we agreed on a price. I gave them the check and we started doing the paperwork. I provided my personal information including my Social Security Number SSN. And then, suddenly the sales manager, the one that agreed on the deal, asked the sales guy (very nice gay btw) to cancel the transaction because some body else offered more money. I was very disappointed and I would never expect this kind of dealer do such a thing. Hope this does not happen to anybody else. The Sales manager was mean the while time. Very disappointed!!!

I just purchased a 2017 QX70 from Infiniti of Oceanside. This has to be one of the easiest car transaction I ever made. The car was priced right so no negotiations had to be made. The sales person Emilio was great to work with showing me the car and even letting me test drive it twice. Car shopping couldnt be easier! Cosmo Bisazza, our agent, is very helpful and patient. He is not pushy. Our experience with him has always been pleasant. We initially went there on a Wednesday night to check out a used MB. He showed it to me and my wife but it didnt checked out with us. He showed other vehicles we may consider like the other used Benz, Inifiniti and Nissan. Its late night, we werent prepared for that, so we called it a day. After some research online on Infiniti vehicles, we headed back 2 days later and requested to test drive a couple of Q50. As expected, Cosmo was there to assist us with everything we need to inspect this vehicle successfully. He treated us with respect. He treats people like family and that counts the most. He made the supposedly stressful shopping experience a lot more pleasant and fun. If you are shopping for Nissan or Infiniti, I highly recommend Cosmo! You will not regret it!

My salesperson was amazing. The sales manager? Justin? Horrible. I found the car I wanted to purchase on the dealerships website. I was quoted an out the door price (which was an additional 10% of the price listed so that made sense). I set up the financing with my bank, emailed the purchase document from my bank to the dealership and was ready to purchase the car. All of a sudden, Justin claims the internet price listed was wrong. Justin felt the internet price was 4K lower than he wanted it to be. - AFTER HE GAVE ME AN OUT THE DOOR PRICE. So he quoted an out the door price based of the internet price and the internet price was ok then. But a day later, when my bank paperwork was completed and at the dealership, that price was wrong? Lol. Bait and switch. My heart goes out to people who are as pathetic as Justin. They just cant help themselves.

JOHN R received a complaint to his upper HR, the BBB and Infiniti Corporate regarding his less than stellar way of conducting customer service and he still continued to lie through his teeth on his bbb response.Hello John R. Only person I was hostile to was YOU. Sounds like a thin skinned individual to me. Of course id be hostile after receiving a bum new vehicle. Anybody would.Infiniti MV was happy to warranty all 3 of our issues at no charge and did it with class.
