Called first to confirm if the inventory was correct and was greeted by great assistance from mike. He was very knowledgable and informative about the coilovers that I was interested in purchasing. He then called down to BC personally to reassure me there were some still in stock. Mike reached out to me personally shortly after and made sure my order was correct and also followed up with a tracking number. I would highly recommend ordering through is site! They will difinetely make sure the customer is satisfied before anything!-Update- literally less than 24 hrs later my coilovers are at my front door!!🤯🤯🤯Ive never in my life recieved a package so quickly! Go with the best decision, and thats to choose a company that strives to take care of their customers! They definetly live up to their name and in my opinion they are the Industries Finest! Super friendly and honest business. I wanted a part that needed to be shipped from Japan and the owner was honest with me that the price would be high due to new shipping rates from the manufacturer and that I would be better off getting it from another company that has it in stock.Businesses like this are disappearing, so when you do find places like this, they deserve your support.I will gladly buy other products from this company in the future. Thank you to Mike for the great service. Its clear why this company has such good reviews.

Industries Finest has some of the best customer service Ive received while getting parts for my car. Mike is very reliable, quick to respond, and cares about his customers build by going the extra step to get you parts. I purchased an intake for my civic type R at the recommendation of a family member from Mike at Industries Finest. Mike did an excellent job in communicating with me and got me the intake at a very competitive price that I couldnt ignore. When the intake came, it was missing a crucial piece. I informed Mike right away, and he made it right through contacting the company and getting them to supply me with the piece I needed. Of my 15+ years being an auto enthusiast - I have never worked with a company like Industries Finest. For the past 5+ years I have never purchased my parts elsewhere. Mike and I have actually become good friends over the years. His prices, customer service, stock availability, and friendliness are second to none. Where do I start!!! Mike has helped me hunt down parts for my cars. Worked with me on figuring out ideas on my builds. Pricing is great but to me what goes farthest with me is customer service!!!! I’d pay a premium just for good customer service and Mike has never let me down (he probably hates me cause I bud him so much)lol 😂 but seriously Mike is awesome at getting back to his customers like no one I’ve ever dealt with. Mason took such good care of my S2000. I told him what I wanted and Mason made it happen. Gave many updates along the process which was really nice when making such a large purchase. I was comfortable having him take the rains and do whats best for the car to create a long lasting reliable build while still maintaining my original vision. I would not trust my S2000 with any one else. He is truly the best in the business. Also his prices are amazing. I could not believe it. Mason is the GOAT with s2000s. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get more out of their car.
