I came in to get a suit for my wedding. An associate named Grant helped me out and did a fantastic job. He walked me through all possible options and took the time to go over each individual detail that you can customize. He explained the different styles and looks giving his professional opinion. I really felt he went above and beyond in the time he took and attention to detail when taking me through the fitting experience. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and will be confident that I’ll be looking my best on my wedding day.

Grant is the man!! Awesome time picking out a custom suit. Tons of different options, materials, colors and even inside lining for the suit coat. You can get the jacket embroidered on the inside too with your initials, nickname or gangsign. Measuring takes 5-10 mins and shipping takes a week and a half. Worth it! Fits perfect and honestly may need to stop by to get a second one. 11/10 don’t go to big retailers anymore — custom fit and ship is way better. Damn, Grant did it again!

I had a thoroughly disappointing experience today with the employee working the evening shift at the UTC Mall store. Unfortunately, I didnt catch his name, but his customer service was the worst Ive ever encountered. I had booked a one-hour appointment to purchase my wedding suit, but he was dismissive, rude, and completely ignored me. As a result, I will not recommend this store nor will I ever return.Instead, I visited SuitSupply without an appointment and was treated with excellent service, as though I had one booked. I ended up purchasing my suit there. To the owner of this store: I strongly advise you to address your staffs behavior. Otherwise, a far superior store is just around the corner.

Ky was amazing! I ordered my suit from Houston, and because I currently live in NC, I thought I would swing by this indochino after a wedding to get my “final look” customizations done. Ky didn’t hesitate to note that the alterations wouldn’t be worth it and to just redo the suit free of charge. He was quickly able to assess necessary corrections and definitively exhibited a humble yet knowledgeable understanding of the industry. Highly recommend!

This was my first time ever getting anything custom made. Went to indochino to have my wedding suit created. Ruben helped me throughout the process. Took all my measurements carefully and made sure I liked the way things looked on the test suit. He gave good suggestions and his opinions but wasn’t overbearing at all about it. He listened to what I said I wanted and helped me piece together the perfect suit. Many places aren’t too accommodating for big & tall but indochino is. It feels good knowing I’ll be getting a suit that fits me perfectly and not only looks good, but is comfortable in the all the right places as well. Can’t wait to get my suit. This review is mainly about the experience and it was A+. I love that once you schedule an appointment, that window time is all about you for whoever is helping you. A couple people walked in and asked some random questions but Ruben was definitely giving me and my experience all his attention which I appreciate. So many color and fabric options, the combinations are endless. Definitely glad I chose to go here to get my suit for the big day!

Yk you’d think at this time and age many wouldn’t experience racism. I came in for the first time to this establishment to get a suit ready for a friends wedding. They didn’t even want to help me. I walked around blindly for 10-15mins before being told that the waitlist for a suit will exceed 8 weeks. Which wasn’t a problem for me but they insisted I go else where. A friend of mine who is white went there a day after I did out on a whim and got a tailor made suit with a wait time of 4 weeks. Before anyone can say it might have been materials or something similar I didn’t even get there far. It was pretty much our suite have a 8 week waiting list go else where type of thing. I’m actually extremely dumbfounded on how I was treated. I usually get treated differently at most place which I am use too but at this level was extremely insulting. Something I thought would have been of been a smooth and easy experience turned into something I now regret. Will never recommended this place or company.

This place was amazing. The materials offered were top quality and the service was spectacular. I had mixed feelings about my idea for my wedding suit but Reuben was such a key factor in helping make my final decisions. Finding a custom tuxedo is difficult. Indochino made that completely opposite. I scheduled an appointment 1week prior and was greeted instantly. They got me in and out in 30 min and were prompt with information. Measurements are now saved so I dont have to get refitted.

Wonderful place to have custom suits. Buying a suite has become dream to me because premade does not fit me. Lucky to find a place where you can get some custom suits. Went there without any appointment looked at few suits and ended up ordering one. Very friendly staff with very professional attire. They have lots of collection. I needed size beyond 44, so this place they go beyond that size. Made an appointment to get measured. Looking forward to keep the appointment and proceed with the order.

If you are a woman with any curves do not get a suit from Indochino. Although they offer women’s Suits, they don’t know how to measure or tailor for women’s bodies. When I asked if there would be darting to accommodate for my chest when they measured me, they said yes. When the suit came, it had no darting and it looked terrible. They had to redo the whole thing because it was measured poorly. The second suit came and it was too big. They did a final look and it did not turn out well. I wish I had listened to the person who was there the first day and told me that it was his 4th time and his suit still didn’t fit right. The employees were nice and as accommodating as possible, they just don’t have the right tools to make decent women’s suits. I got the suit because I was officiating a wedding. I ended up not wearing it because it didn’t look good. Unless i pay for more tailoring, I’ll probably never wear it. I wasted $400+ and all the time I spent going to their store

I went to Indochino to find a green suit because most other suit shops are limited in color. The shop was a mess and the floor was covered in suits. They don’t do try ons, so I went in person and only had the chance to see swatches. For a more common color like blue or gray that’s fine, but I’m not going to buy a suit in a new color without seeing how it would look on me. The experience wasn’t great, and I ended up going to a nearby competitor. Not sure if I can say the name in a review, but I got a much better experience at Suit Supply.

Always heard about Indochino but never been in one until yesterday at the UTC location. Grant helped me get fitted for one look for a wedding I’m standing up in and another look as a basic black suit to have ready for any occasion. He was very knowledgeable, effectively answered all my questions, and was honest and suggestive without ever being pushy. I was able to make customizations using a mix of some of his suggestions and some of my own personal style decisions, based on him explaining all features and benefits of most choices. Grant was also very personable and relatable so that the entire experience felt like you were getting fitted by a friend!

Please note that this review is strictly for the experience I had with Maddie, which is why it’s getting five stars. If you come to Indochino, request Maddie! Her attention to detail, her experience with tailoring, and as a woman trying to get fitted for what seemingly a man’s clothing style, she made me feel extremely comfortable. Her opinion and expertise really came in handy during my process. Because of her, my suit will fit me perfectly for my wedding day.I do think that the alteration process and person I worked with during my original alterations could use some major improvement and would’ve eliminated the need for me to come up three total times, but Antonio, the store manager, really knows how to take care of customers. I will be coming back to get more tailored outfits for my wardrobe.

A bunch of us groomsmen went to get fitted for our friends wedding. It turned out to be a pleasant experience, everyone was accommodating and friendly. My suit took about 4 weeks to arrive and I set an appointment to have adjustments made. The pants were perfect the coat just needed a little length taken off and the shirt needed slimmer sleeves but everything else was fantastic. Both visits I had two different people and they they were very helpful in my fitting and expert opinion on the overall look and fit of the suit on me. The only gripe is that I wish they honored their 10 day adjustment policy. On the website it says as long as we call in within 10 days of receiving suit we can set up an appointment outside of the 10 days but the store I was at didn’t honor that. I’m a business owner and most of the time my schedule and travel itinerary is booked in advance. I had to make adjustments which took away from my income producing activities. Other than that I had a good experience. I’m waiting on my suit now for final (fingers crossed) fitting.

Recommend ordering off another website or shopping off the rack somewhere like Nordstroms - the made-to-measure is great branding, no substance & no sense of accountability/quality.Missed all promised timelines, initial measurements resulted in initial suit ordered to not even be close to size which Im sure meant a more challenging job for their in-house tailor. Staff had no idea of tailors schedule (??), phone updates indicated disorganization & no communications. Received suit late, 2 days before wedding, suit pants had a silly Bunching on the seam on butt - a basic check from any proper tailor wouldve caught this.I emailed complaints several times to get a resolution promised in WRITING since they had broken any trust - Showroom manager Antonio refused to respond via email & kept delegating to in-store staff to chat via phone to avoid any record of accountability. They have the record to respond & promise us a fix for free but seemingly want to avoid commitment to actual delivery of promised services.We paid ~$800 for suit & level of service - safe to say will never risk again. 2 stars since jacket was fine. The vest was still not fit-to-size after numerous measurements so really not sure what they measure for 45min.

Had an appointment for my friends groomsmen, and upon arrival we werent greeted, and when we said we are here for our appointment didnt really acknowledge us. Customer service was very rude, and when we said what we were looking for the guy just looked at us and said that they cant have the suits ready by our timeline and just walked away didnt even attempt to fix it. No worries we went to suit supply and dropped over 4,000 on custom made suits with shirts and ties. I recommend Suit supply much better service and care. I guess you get what you pay for. Your better off at express if youre not gonna be taken seriously.

I have a very odd body shape to buy suits off the rack. I don’t think I’m chunky, but from years of playing rugby, I’m sort of thick all over. I’ve had custom suits made for me in the past but literally paid thousands of dollars for it. This is by far the most seamless (No pun intended) method to get a great looking suit. The process is super easy. And the price is fantastic. Production only took about 3 to 4 weeks to get made and it ships right to your house. I stopped in to get a final fit and RUBIN was awesome. He knew exactly what I didn’t like before I said anything. So it looks fantastic. Highly recommend!

The quality and selection along with the price was reasonable. I bought two suits and six shirts, as the suits needed additional alterations. When I took them to the store, I was promised they would be ready in 2 weeks as I needed them for a trial. When I went back two and a half weeks later they were not ready, and it took them another week and a half and I had to decide on other clothing to wear. Great suits and material: the worst service !I had my suit re-measured. First, it took over three weeks for simple alterations. But even worse, I was never called when the alterations were complete. I had explained to Antonio, the sales manager, that I would pay for the suit to be sent to me when it was finished. He never responded two two telephone messages and two email messages to his account. I had to drive thirty miles to pick up my suit, and all he did is shrug his shoulders. The suits are well-made and good material, but this is some of the worst service I have received from a company in years. Three people standing around in the store. I have a lot of mixed feelings about this place. I got a suit for my wedding. They over quoted my time frame which is understandable. They quoted 6 weeks it came in about 3 1/2. The first set of measurements were not right. Trip 1.I took it in to get it altered and they told me two weeks. It took 2 weeks. I had to call like 2 times. Once Wednesday, they said thursday. Called Friday they said end of day. I called Saturday and it was ready they never called me. Trip 2.I picked it up. I swear they didn’t alter it. The same guy measured me for both sets. I didn’t like the fit. A new guy measured my alterations. Told me they would rush it. Trip 3Trip 4 I picked it up after 4 days. They called me to let me know this time. It fit way better this time. It wasn’t perfect but it was like a 8/10. If the other guy measured me from the beginning I bet it would have turned out right. My sleeves were too loose they told me they couldn’t make them smaller. I couldn’t get buff enough in time to fill them out.

I felt very well taken care of at this showroom. I live in Montana and was in San Diego for only a week. I had an appointment for an alteration after I had first received my suit, and asked about options for getting the suit sent to me in MT. They said they dont mail items, but pushed my alteration ahead of a 2.5-3 week wait so that it could be ready for me in about 4 or 5 days and I could pick up before I left. Sadly the production quality is not great. I waiting 9 weeks for my suit and the rear vents are messed up. Two days later 3 custom shirts arrive . I cannot even put them on because they are so small. I bought a suit online and came into the store for measurements. The gentleman who assisted did a very poor job, and neither the pants nor jacket fit when they arrived and the jacket had to be remade.The pants were even worse. The staff that remeasured, though they did a better job on the measurements, said that they would alter the pants in-house at the store. That was in November. By mid-January, I had received the new jacket, but nothing on the pants. I called the store—they said their sowing machine had broken and they couldn’t get the pants to me until February. Note that I had to call them! They did not call me to let me know of the delays! I told them that wasn’t acceptable—I had a wedding the first week of February and they told me the pants would be ready beginning of January. If I hadn’t called I never would have received my pants in time! They said they would reimburse me $30 if I wanted to take them to a different tailor, but the problem was, the original measurements were so bad, the pants had to have more work than just a simple hem adjustment—work that would definitely cost more than $30 for a good tailor. And it was their fault!! When I pressed for another solution, the female associate Sara got flustered and actually hung up on me!I called back, spoke to another associate, and then the manager, who was able to fast-track the alterations. They were completed the next day. While I appreciate the manager’s efforts to make the terrible situation right, the bottom line is this: if you buy from Indochino, a bargain suit supplier, you are GAMBLING that your measurements/fit/customer service will be good enough to make the savings worth it. In the end, it was NOT worth the hassle, and I will never buy from them again.(EDIT): in the response from the owner they misspelled my name and failed to address their terrible customer service, instead choosing to try and play up what they did right. They are not worth your time.

Service was good. They measured right. It is the customer service etc. they messed up our shipping address twice. The first time I had to go door to door to find my clothing, contacted dhl several times, contacted indochino, trying to find the suit. It was “lost” to them but I eventually found it and told them. The second shipment I got it re directed to our address after several hours on the line. One of those shirts were completely wrong, so there was a remake order needed. We had to go back. We asked them to update the system, but when my shipment came through… wrong address again. I just called and basically they did nothing. I was really excited to check out this store. I’ve seen the ads on the web for competitively priced semi custom suits. I went inside to check it out and it seemed promising, nice store layout and materials nicely displayed. Unfortunately the customer service was B-U-M BUM. No one greeted us for a good 5 minutes. Once someone came out they said hello and we told them we had a fitting scheduled. They said to pick out a fabric and then theyll get started.No intro, no explanation...nothing. We asked for guidance and they offer info on the difference between luxury and premium and then walked away. We were left to wander... another associate came out and did not acknowledge us. I went up and asked for the most popular colors... generic response.I expected way better customer service. The associates were polite but they were not helpful nor intuitive. They could have easily sold us by educating or even engaging in conversation but they did the bare minimum. Yeah your suits are nice but there are so many other stores with nice quality made to order suits.So we left and no one was there to say goodbye.

This was my first visit at an Indochino.Me and my fiancé were traveling through the area looking for his suit for our wedding next year. I was very impressed about the customer service I had received from this store. And let me tell you we have been to so many places within the last year . The girl who helped us went above and beyond to assist us with all our questions and concerns . TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!I scheduled a consultation and showed up to just have the manager tell me that I need to schedule a walkthrough where I’m ready to pay at that moment. They shoo’d us away after 5 minutes even though I was hoping to have a consultation to be able to know if I wanted to pay.Showed up for a fitting and ordered. Once it arrived the pants and shirt fit worse than a high school prom rental.Brought it in to get alterations and they said it looks great…. I would’ve been happy if they said it looked bad and they could fix it.A week later got a call and two emails saying that the alterations were done. Went to pick it up and the pins were still in the shirt and chalk marks still on the pants. NOTHING WAS DONE.I just want my money back and to not deal with them anymore but that’s my mistake for dealing with a place that has such a strict refund policy. If they actually gave good service and had good products they wouldn’t be worried about a refund policy.Save your money and DONT GO HERE.

Low quality cuts for the suits. No ability to ask for adjustments. Youre better off going to a department store and buying a suit off the rack. My department store suits look 100% better with only a small amount of tailoring than these custom suits. Lastly, during the one and only adjustment they give you for alterations, they actually gave me the shirts back after 3 weeks with the tailors pins still in the shirt i.e. they didnt adjust anything and just gave it back. I have purchased 2 suits from indochino.

What a disappointing first time experience at the Indochino retail store. I was looking to get a new suit made for an event later this year and have had good experiences with the online portion of indochino in the past. Ive heard amazing things about the retail experience and could only imagine how fun it wouldve been to pick out every detail of my custom suit, unfortunately I was sorely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service I received. Upon entering the store I was quickly asked if I could come back at a later date because they are all booked up. What? How can your store be totally empty at 3pm on a Sunday and youre booked up? No attempt to offer a solution was made and I left feeling very disappointed. What couldve been a fun experience picking out lapels and button styles was nothing but a disappointment. I would not recommend going to this store, the person helping me was very short and rude. Looks like I will continue going online.

Indochinos customer service is AWFUL, and they should be ashamed of it. I ordered three suits online and opted to get fitted in the store, and to confirm fabric and colors as its always hard to tell from an online photo. I wanted to get a refund for a suit or two and the lady said not possible. The store manager said it as well. I told her Indochino hasnt incurred any expense or altered any suit. I understand the return policy for a semi-bespoke suit once the process starts, but here all they did was process an order. Its too bad because I was the first one up in my company to buy a suit and shirts. I would never recommend Indochino to my friends and collogues. Well continue to go to Nordstrom, Suit Supply and others who offer the customer service you expect. Buyer beware.UPDATE: Replying to the manager. You must not have read my review. Long Story Short we ordered suits for a wedding, one suit never came, the company was extremely unhelpful 4 months after ordering and after multiple times being told it was on the way it never came and then we were told they were out of the material so we couldnt even order a new one. The entire group of groomsmen have to buy new suits (from elsewhere obviously) Thought it was a pretty good store until we paid our money and the nightmare of working with the company started. They never delivered the suit or try to help and did not seem to care in the least. As I looked into it there were multiple other reviews saying the same thing happened. Would stay away at all cost. I have been buying suits at Nordstrom in this UTC mall for over 20 years . It had never crossed my mind that there might be a better place to buy a suit. During a recent visit to the mall to return a purchase from Amazon I noticed the suits on display in the window. After my introduction with the sales girl my first impression was this is the future of suit shopping. Everything was meticulously displayed, the store was clean and I felt very safe during my interaction with Elliana. The prices are exelent and material quality is good, 110s 265g to 380g depending on the type of suit you want.Make sure to make an appointment prior to coming in. Otherwise you may have to wait a bit for the hour long measuring and customization session.

Unhelpful staff told me that I could not try a coat had put on to see how it fit. I get it that their clothes is made to measure but instead of offering their help they simply said you cannot try that coat. So I politely removed the coat, put it back in the rack and walked out. Staff made no remote attempt to offer anything. A shame as the coat fitted really well.

I went to the store with my boyfriend for his suit shopping. This was our dating plan for the evening and I was very excited to see him dress up until they said I couldnt stay. They said only the one getting the suit would be allowed to be in the store. I dont know what comments to make now being outside alone. Interesting experience 😑. Also, the staff was not wearing a mask when we first walked in. If this is a COVID guideline, please make sure your staffs always follow the rule first.BTW, the website said you may bring a guest.
