It’s one of the rare Mercedes’ service companies. I understood my problem technically but didn’t tell them. They fixed my issue on the spot, no appointment, but without inflating the price or trying to upsell anything. That hasn’t happened in years. They’ve earned my loyalty.
I was referred to independent Mercedes by my friends dad. I called to setup appointment, very friendly over the phone. I took my vehicle in for repair. They diagnosed it as I waited. He explained in detail my problem. Price was lowered then I suspected and service was fast.
Cant say enough great think about Independent Mercedes. Lost my air suspension. Not only did they get me back up and running with in hour but they were also knowledgeable about my issue and installed a better product. Before Independents recommendation I had changed my front suspension 3 times in less then a year. It has been also two years since Independent Mercedes installed the suspension they recommended and it is still going strong..Thank youIndependent Mercedes.
Called over the phone and asked the guy how much for a high pressure fuel pump replacement, told him I had my own part and the guy quoted me $1000. Must be out of their mind. 1 hour job quoted $1000 don’t recommend
These guys are amazing! They are professional, honest and make a woman who knows nothing about cars feel secure about taking my car there for service and problems. I was going to sell my 2006 280SLK, even though it only has 45,000 miles on it because I was so nervous about how expensive it was whenever I needed anything done to it and the possibility of something major going wrong. Now, I can keep my little car knowing that I have someplace to take it, get excellent service and know with confidence that I wont be ripped off . . . a huge relief! Thanks, guys!
Awesome service by guys who really know their MBs. They do a far better job than your MB dealer ever will. They got our Sprinter campervan going again just in time for a trip we had booked. Well be taking the Sprinter back for full service when we return.

I had a pretty rare problem with my E320 4matic wagon... Had to have it towed in as it just would not stay started. they had it diagnosed and fixed with in the next day! That guy is brilliant! He also is trustworthy, fair and fun to talk with. He sounds like he has been trained with some of the best Mercedes mechanics around and old school with up to date knowledge. 2021-11-11 18:45:48The team at Independent Mercedes in Walnut Creek did a tremendous job on my car. I asked them to inspect my car after a maintenance made by the local dealership. So, they inspected everything, engine, wheels, under the car, etc., and used a very advanced diagnostics tool to make sure no issue was reported by the onboard computers. They are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I very much appreciate their high integrity and I wish them a lot of success. Highly recommended to all Mercedes-Benz owners. Thanks!
