There aren’t many businesses like In Trust Legal anymore, sadly. I believe I have only done 3-4 reviews in my lifetime, but I do think that these nice people deserve a top review as they helped me with 5 trusts/ wills for my family and executed their skills with kindness, efficiency and expertise. We have recently retired and traveling the world, it was absolutely time to get our financials in order. We called several attorneys and we were shocked by the cost of forming a trust. We found “In Trust Legal”, they had great reviews so we scheduled an appointment. We talked to Carol who was very knowledgeable about creating a trust, will and power of attorney for end of life decisions. She and Jennifer walked us through getting these documents filled out and finalized. Carol works with an attorney and has a notary, so everything is completed in-house. The experience was professional and positive in every respect and through out the entire process. I personally went through a difficult divorce and Carol was very patient with me and the hundreds of questions that I had. I was looking just to update my old will and trust, then get forms myself to change my home into the trust to keep out of probate, plus was going to complete my Advance Health care on my own. My trust was outdated and over 20 years old. Carol reviewed the will and trust and advised everything could be redone including the Advance Health Care and Power of Attorney. The entire process did not take very long and in less than a week, everything was completed and house was changed into the trust the next day. True story, my husband passed away and I suddenly had to take care of all financial and family business while in shock and grief. I also needed to figure out how to transfer property to the named beneficiaries. While interviewing two attorneys to take care of the confusing, overwhelming legal issues of my husband’s trust and will, I quickly became overwhelmed and realized it was going to be expensive. One attorney wanted to charge me $500 for a consult! Both attorneys wanted $3K to start and up to $10K in legal fees to complete. OMG! I finally found Carol Ramirez of In Trust Legal.
