There is a young guy here named Vincent and he made our dining experience SO much better. First of all I think he loves his job. He was smiling the whole time we were there. It was our first time dining in and eating burgers with our little girls and Vincent offered them stickers and hats and was so smiley and kind. He helped us clean up afterwards and offered to help us take a family photo… he deserves a raise and a promotion and a free meal.

The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. One of my new favorite ways to order from here double double protein style, animal style, +extra sauce +extra tomato +extra pickles + extra onion & chillies +extra chillies. Usually just order water with that when Im being healthy, if Im indulging Ill order a neapolitan shake strawberry, chocolate & vanilla.

Shoutout to Vincent at the Foothill Ranch location for having a great attitude at the drive-thru window. Im used to their staff being friendly but this afternoon while picking up my order, Vincent was professional, nice, and SUPER friendly. I could tell he enjoys his job and he happily goes the extra mile to let customers know. It really made my day to see his extra positive attitude and excellent customer service. Thank you Vincent, keep up the enthusiasm, it makes a difference!! Oh yeah, the food? great, always the BEST!!!

The crowds are challenging during peak times. Probably one of the worst milkshakes in the fast food industry--poor. Undrinkable once served, unappetizing, and not full when served. Something is very wrong.

The wide variety of of food sold on the secret menu of In-N-Out is very impressive. I got a burger animal style and protein style and there was a glorious amount of cheese/onions/sauce on my burger.Fries are uniquely fried in sunflower seed oil, and have a very distinct taste due to the fries always being fresh.If you want a burger early in the morning, arrive around 10:30am there is no wait. I wouldnt recommend waiting too long for a burger, but the burgers are great!

Super friendly and warm service, the dress and tone of each clerk made me instantly go back to the 1960s, and I felt very kind and warm! Everyone is so heartfelt love! I like it here very much! Hamburgers are still super huge and super delicious! I hope to come every day and chat all day! Relax every day!

Vibe: Very nice vibe, inviting and clean.Service (quality/ response): Amazing customer service, very professional workers and super polite.Food: We ordered the #2 which is the cheeseburger fries and a drink, And it didn’t come out very nice in terms of presentation however the quality of the food was not very good, the bun was oven heated (crunchy) and the Hamburger patty was not so good, fries were to salty.We still enjoyed the experience:)Thank you In-N-Out Burger!

This place was phenomenal I loved the service and the food is delicious but I am confused over one thing, is there really no way too store yellow peppers. We asked for some and they handed us this wowwwww, really just a complete waste of plastic. Thanks for the helping our carbon footprint.

Very convenient location for me.We went through the drive-thru. It was a big chaotic, cars blocking one of the side entrance for the Foothill plaza. Then the order takers decided to make two lines instead of one. I am not sure if this is normal procedure, but for as a first time here, was a bid crazy.Then after the two lines were created, then the lines took turns entering the driveway to pay and get the food.My order taker decided to also stand like 10 feet away from me while I yelled out my order. Like if he was going to catch something from me. Very weird guy.Food was good, as usual in other locations. Tasty burgers and good fries.
