Our first In-N-Out experience. It was great. Staff all super friendly and helpful, clean restaurant and ample seating. And of course, incredible burgers. Chips (fries) were cold and dry but no major concerns when you add some Ketchup!

This is my 4th time I dined at In n Out. Again employees here look happier than any other fast food joint and make me feel happy to dine. It was busy on Sunday around 5pm but my order was relatively ready fast enough as always they were delicious!

The food is obviously outstanding. The service is great and they never mess up your order and do a great job. However, they need to open more of these because the lines are always insane.

Always consistently good. My orders are rarely incorrect and the employees are so happy and kind. I only realized recently after eating a hamburgers elsewhere that the perfection of an In-N-Out burger lies in the equal proportioning of the lettuce, tomato, onions, and patty. Also, the crispness of the toasted bun adds that extra bit of texture that makes it all come together.

Everyone who works there seems very happy and great full. They appreciate customers, and they greet you like they care about the service it offers. Unlike McDonalds, Jack in the box, etc. The workers dont know how to treat customers. Very ghetto and incompetent. Keep up a great job In-N-Out!!

In-N-out always have great costumer service. Always polite and they are good giving what you request for. But I have to give them a 4 star review because my last visit I order a protein burger and my lettuce was not in good condition. It had warm feces and they did not notice it. I did called costumer service and they apologized and sent me a Bouchard. I hope it wont happen again.

I Always order the same thing. The order cost went from 12$ and change, to 15$ change....figured, well inflation etc.Then a few weeks later same order cost me 16$ and change. At that point I decided well, I enjoy In n Out and would save the experience for a special occasion or when I was in a pinch. Anyway that price change was maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago.Last night, I was in a pinch and figured In n Out would be a good meal for the evening. I was more than surprised when they upped the previous increase in price to 17$ and change.Up another dollar in just a few weeks!Honestly I was not happy, but the real kicker was the quality of the product. The shake that i got was absolue garbage...full of foam, So bad I didnt even drink a quarter of it. The burger sloppy.I poured the unconsumed remainder of the shake into the sink, only to find in the morning I a big pile of unmelted goo and foam. What a big disappointment. The burger was sloppy, all kinds of spread stuck to the outside of the bun.I realize it was super busy, but still, should the consumer settle for a inferior experience because there was a large demand?New prices, new product, new experience?Wow, the new In n Out....not the same place, not the same thing!Buyer beware.

I love coming here when Im craving a good burger! Everything I come they are always consistent! I get my order in a timely manner and its always correct. I always leave happy everytime
