A technician came out and looked at my problem with the shower head leaking. He explained everything to me so I understood. This shower was installed in 1958 and have had no problems until now. The information he gave made perfect sense and by the end of the week I will have a great working shower.Another technician came out today and fixed the leak and put in new knobs. I am so happy with the results and will use them again when needed.

We cant say enough about In Demanding Plumbing. Again, they have saved the day. Before leaving for work this morning, I heard a hissing sound coming from the wall between the shower and toilet. The worst comes to my head! Reached out to them and they were able to have someone out by 10am. Gem was able to locate, identify and fix the issue - and completed the job within two hours. A cracked valved was the culprit. Imagine if we had to wait a few days for a plumber to come out! Thank you again for In Demand Plumbing for fast and efficient work. The handle on my tenants tub broke off, leaving the entire unit without water. I called In Demand Plumbing and they came out within the hour and fixed it. I did not have the opportunity to meet the technician, but it was fixed very quickly! I would definitely use them again and recommend them

My water heater stop working so I re-lit the pilot but two days later it stopped again. I was expecting out of town company on the weekend and did not want to have an intermittent water heater.I called In Damand Plumbing and they did what was needed to install a new water before my company arrived. Great service, from Ariel at In Demand Plumbing. Had a water leak somewhere at my home. City of Brentwood said the leak was in my house. In Demand sent out Ariel and he found the leak in two faulty sprinkler heads. We ended up from potentially thousands of dollars in repairs to about 10.00. Cant recommend highly enough.

While we recently had a not so great experience with a water heater issue, I really appreciated the companies responsiveness to fix the problem fast and get us back up with working water. Had a tankless water heater and a Halo 5 water conditioner installed on two separate days and within a week.Looks very professional and Halo works well and takes a load of worry off my mind. Also as a bonus we now have a extra spigot in our garage to wash our cars! The plumber showed up and didnt have the correct tools. He left to go get the tools. Then he said he couldnt do the job unless I kicked everyone out of my house. He then wouldnt fix the gate lever for the water claiming he didnt have time. Didnt even suggest that I call the city and have my water turned off. Left my house with a huge water leak that ruined my floors and some of my kitchen cabinets.

I have used In Demand plumbing a few times now, including previously for faucet and refrigerator water line installations, and water heater maintenance, and now this big job----so this review is overdue. Each time I have been pleased, so they have turned into my go to plumber. Most recently I hired In Demand for tub and toilet installations. The team was great. Russell, Derrick, and Jesus were efficient hard working pros. They excavated the old tub in no time and were very careful and detail oriented throughout the installation process. They were also so patient with all of my questions throughout the process. They ended up getting the main work done faster than planned. John was also involved too at one point. The whole team is so friendly, including the office and owner, and they took good care of me throughout the whole process. I called “In Demand Plumbing” on Wednesday around 5:20 pm because of an emergency water leak above my water heater. A friendly voice answered the phone and after receiving my picture they gave me a possible reason of the problem. She said they could send someone out that evening or can save money by having plumber come at 8 in the morning next day. I still had water and just turned water off to the water heater. I was grateful for that information and agreed to next day service. Jesus arrived on time in his On Demand logo truck and Shirt with same so I knew who was at my door. He was courteous and explained what the issue was and changed what was needed.I had called this company few months back for a shower head a family member had incorrectly installed. Jesus remembered he had been here before and advised me of their savings program. I told him I was hoping to get a water filtration system sometime soon. He said it would save me 10 percent with this program and also explained all the other benefits it offered at a fair price.I think this is a great company and would recommend to anyone that needs plumbing work.Antioch Resident

Vince and Andre cleared 3 drains and had to replace at joint that was probably as old as the house. Polite and efficient, they were better than the last tech that came out a year ago in the fact that they needed to do. The last tech was good, but these two were better .Prices about par or a little better than others, but the service really makes them stand out .6/6/24 I’ve had several plumbers from In Demand out this past year, and each one continues to be the best in the business, polite, helpful and caring . I had a very positive experience with In Demand Plumbing thus far. I was able to schedule an appointment easily and promptly. We had our pipe thoroughly cleaned and even the debris prior to the appointment was cleaned up. We were also given further information on a membership program that allowed us to save money on that service and subsequent services. Our home has quite a large and expensive project that needs to be completed. They thoroughly went over the video footage of the pipe. The company was very transparent about pricing and the break-down. They even priced matched an estimate received from another local plumbing company. We had three plumbing companies inspect the issue we have and ultimately chose In Demand Plumbing. Regards. The property was left in a clean condition and as it was prior to the pipe being replaced despite a large hole that was dug and amount of dirt that needed to be moved. They power washed and swept. They arrived on time to the appointment. 1 star removed because the workers did play music, used profanity when talking amongst one another loudly, and smoked cigarettes while on site in the front yard. Lets face it, no one likes having to call a plumber - it almost always means something has gone wrong in a bad way. And it always financially hurts.In Demand Plumbing made my whole experience about as good as it could possible be.Ive had lots of trades people do work at my house over the years. Absolutely no one has been at this level. Best communication, professional & polite correspondence, prompt service, quality work. Better than anyone I have ever worked with. Hands down.I had a failure of my water main underground near the house downstream of the water meter. I called them at ~1700 on a Monday and they were onsite the next day at 0900. They offered to come same day, but since I was able to shutoff the water at the street there was no need to spend extra for an emergency response.Jon & Daniel showed up right on time, with prior email notifications, and texts including pictures of who to expect. I work all day and last thing I need is to lose money by not going to work and pay additional money for a repair on top of that. Since the work was all outside the house, everything was able to be done without me being there, which was great!They dug up and diagnosed the problem in exactly 30 minutes, called to give me a quote over the phone, and then asked if I wished for them to proceed with the work. I approved and they had the repair completed about 3 hours later.Jon & Daniel not only repaired the exact problem, but extended the repairs to include some nearby fittings that were in poor condition just so that I wouldnt have to worry about a similar failure in the future.Water was turned back on and they stuck around to verify the repair held before filling in the dirt again. They did a water pressure check on the house and let me know my pressure regular was not within spec. They didnt try to upsell anything, but just wanted to let me know about it so I could plan to have that handled on my own schedule in the future.When I got home I fully expected to have to repair the landscaping around the dig area. Jon & Daniel had refilled & compacted the dirt, re-applied the mulch, and even hosed off the sidewalk. Aside from some damp dirt leftover from the original leak, I would never have even been able to tell anything was done.Super job. I wish every company was this good.

I gave them 4 stars because the time it took the inspector to draft up a report and give us an estimate for the repairs, took too long. Maybe the inspector was new. Would I hire them again? My overall experience with InDemand plumbing was excellent.My phone call was answered right away and they were able to get me on the schedule that same day for “an estimate” on a bathroom sink job. I was surprised to find that the technician (Andres) that gave the estimate was able to complete the fix then and there. Well Im a bit perplexed. I appreciate their prompt service to come out, and the service guy was quite hospitable. My frustration comes as I was charged $175.00 for them just shutting off a valve 🤔. Thats it, 5 minutes, quick look at the meter, an explanation of why he cant do anything and gone! Again, he was very polite, although he got to me a little as he made a statement of I have to charge you a service fee, I have to get somethingfor my time coming out 🤨🤔. He patiently installed the new PVR and new valve as well as replace all the outside copper lines from the main water connection including re-installing the irrigation connection. He even came back upon my request to re-check the H2O pressure to my desired strength. Price on the high side. I had a toilet wax ring issue. Jesus charged $325 initially. Then he said the toilet tank valve was leaking (but it was working fine). In April a day after my husband left for a week long business trip to Switzerland our water heater began leaking, this was the first time weve had a water heater issue out of the several homes weve owned. My mother kindly gave me references but they were extremely overpriced, thankfully my daughter thoroughly researched and found Jeff of In Demand Plumbing. In comparison to the previous estimates I received Jeffs was reasonably priced, he was honest and straightforward, keep in mind our water heater wasa huge 75 gallon we needed to replace! Long story short we had slight water leakage into a few walls of our home, no mold was found and the walls were dried to code in eight days. However the water heater installation was delayed, cancelled & rescheduled several times because our home owners insurance took their sweet time to perform a few minor repairs. Jeff was on standby for over 30 days and we were displaced and put in a hotel for 32 days! Our insurance treated us rather harshly and negligently but Jeff was very sympathetic through our entire ordeal, he was extremely patient, professional and understanding.Fast forward now, we are extremely happy with our new water heater it actually looks 100% better than our previous one and I love that its digital. I contacted In Demand Plumbing on Sunday. They set up an appointment for Monday between 8:30 and 9:30. They were there as promised to look at my water heater. We discussed my options and I decided to replace it at a competitive price. They also had to replace my main water shut off valve. Russell was a great technician as he removed and installed all new straps, valves, and connections for the water heater in under 3 hours.

I called Jeff to ask about some sewer issue I had at hand. He patiently listened and provided some suggestions without hesitation. Because of his professionalism on the phone, I decided to have them come and provide an estimate. First of all, I absolutely loved how quickly I got an appointment just by text a short explanation of what we needed. Their communication system is the best I’ve ever dealt with, simple to use and efficient. Russell re-hooked up our hot water heater recirculating pump properly so that it finally works and he also set the timer for us. He called ahead and was on time, explained things really well things, wore his mask and was one of the most delightful repair techs we’ve ever had come to our home. I have a minor water leak from the city water meter box that goes into my house. The leak could be anywhere between the water meter box, the sidewalk, or the underground front yard. Matt came on scheduled and right away identified the cause of the leak. He explained everything he might be doing and estimated the cost of repair. I agreed on the cost and he worked immediately to address the problem. Since the work took longer, he replaced the pipe so I could have water in the house. On the next day, his teammate, Darek came and finished the job. A good job well done. I would definitely call them again for my plumbing work.

The overall experience was great. My kitchen sink was leaking and I assumed it was the garbage disposal. It happened Sunday and I needed help then since you know the kitchen sink is quite important but after communicating with Jeff the owner, it happened to work out for us both to have them come out on Tuesday so I could be here for anything that was needed. Not only was the garbage disposal replaced but I also had the faucet replaced. I was quoted a price and while doing the job the hot water valve broke which had to be replaced. Russell told me about the extra charge and I gave my ok since now the price changed. Ohhh the joys of being a homeowner. Technician Jesus Aguilera looked at and replaced an outside faucet. Checked our water pressure and explained various reasons for it being in the lower end of the spectrum. He cleaned out the spout which improved the outflow. He checked the flapper in the toilet tank, but it seemed to be working fine. This company never takes advantage of its customers, and never does price gouging. I highly recommend them. They are our “go to” plumbing company.

Had an incident with a 2nd floor shower drain pipe that disconnected. After remediation was done, had to find a plumber to repair it. I also wanted some shower fixtures replaced. After the busy Thanksgiving weekend, was able to get a next day appointment. Russell came and took a look. He had to go get additional hardware. Only took about 2 hours total to get all the work done. Was fast and very communicative about what he was going to do, what choices I had, and recommendations for other possible work. We were having problems with our shower and bathtub draining and backing up. We had 10 plumbers to come out from other companies and not any of them could fix the problem. But Josh from In Demand Plumbing came out and he went in the crawl space (other plumbers would not go in the crawl space) and he took pictures of the damaged pipes. I would absolutely recommend this company, they are amazing. I called and asked for a water heater repair for my tenants and they told that the water heater still had insurance which I wasn’t aware of and they contacted the insurance for me. The insurance is sending us a new control valve for the water heater for free and I only need to pay for the labor to get it changed!!

So impressed! I recently purchased a home and called several plumbing companies regarding a project I had in the master bathroom. Some never returned my call. While others didnt seem to know how to install pipes within the walls (the current pipes were coming through the floor and exposed).In Demand arrived on time, assessed the job and explained how they would complete the process. They provided me with an estimate within a day. They created an opening in the wall and ran the piping for a double-vanity (in place of the existing single vanity).
