Mike and his crew came through when we were in a very tight deadline with a print for our shirts and saved what could have been a very disappointing turn of events. Our last print job seriously failed to come up with what we wanted and Impression Design not only nailed the vibrance and timeline but they came in under budget!! There is something to be said for Mike and his team, they are some of the easiest and friendliest people to work with. I will absolutely come to Impression Design for ALL of my print needs in the future. - I had to post a pic of the failed Tshirt (changed our colors and design) next to Impressions just to show how nice of a job they did related to the competition. ALL of the shirts were gleefully taken within an hour and a half of the start of the event. Thanks again Mike - Huge success!

Mike helped us get exactly what we were looking for. We worked closely with him on the design for our shirts and he always made it clear on the dimensions of how it would appear as a screen printed item. We also had some embroidery work done. Everything looks great! Well be putting another order in when the time comes!

I emailed Impression for a screen printing quote. They were so responsive and helpful. The quote seemed very fair in comparison to other quotes and I know they do quality work from the uniforms and embroidery work I have done with them in the past. We ended up deciding not to have the t-shirts produced for other reasons, but if I ever needed future screen printing I will definitely go here.

We use them for all of our business printing and uniform shirts. They have both print screening and embroidery. Friendly and knowledgeable staff

Top Notch: As a business owner myself, i know the value of great service and good communication. Impression design nailed both. I asked for them to embroider an odd object for an award for one of our agents. After first checking to make sure they could they gave me a great quote and a short tur-around. Super pleased will repeat business there for sure. Give them a shot

I needed my business logo embroidered onto several shirts and Impressions was recommended by another shop. The turnaround time was quick and in time for my conference. I have become a repeat customer.

For the lack of 0 starts option.... I have ordered my daughters uniform jackets on September 3, as of today, (December 11th), I havent received them. I am trying my hardest to be understanding of the whole supply-demand issue, but I think this timeframe is completely unacceptable at this point. It seems to me that unless you are a big company/institution, you cannot rely on any reasonable service with this company. As per other parents, complaining about this issue gets you banned from their services. in other words, unless you are a big institution/company customer, dont bother using their services.
