I’ve been coming to impact design for about nine years now. They are amazing. If you need any custom designs, printed clothing, embroidery, vinyl stickers, or any other custom apparel they are incredible! I’ve established a relationship with them and they have bent over backwards to make sure my needs are met. They always welcome you with an optimistic attitude and creative insight to make your ideas exactly how you want them. Casey at the front desk is super knowledgeable and knows pretty much every item in the catalog. The owner Nathan has literally worked extra hours to get my projects finished before my deadlines. I will support Impact Design forever. 🤘🏼

Amazingly fast turn around on getting some masks made with our company logo. The online portal they use for quoting and approving is super convenient and easy to use. I will definitely be using Impact Design in the future!

I am happy to say I have worked with Impact a handful of times. I work for Doherty Concrete and my boss does a lot of business with this place. We get shirts, safety vests, business cards, stickers, banners and so much more. I had a special request to get a bright orange safety vest with lots of pockets. I work with the sales person named Casey and she was able to get me a vest that fits comfortable and has plenty of pockets. I like how breathable it is and has lots of room for my things. I will definitely tell my friends and family to use this place for any of their design needs.

I had business cards, t-shirts, sweatshirts, long sleeved shirts, and banners done by Impact Design. The quality and customer service I received was more than 5 star worthy. My logo was a tough design to make perfect, but they did it with ease and stayed in contact with me to assure perfection. Justin handled all the front of house and was prompt and professional and very good at communicating. Nick and the rest squad in the back did such a great job with the printing and logo design. Worked with Impact through this year for various products I needed for a society at Cal State San Marcos. I got custom T-Shirts and Stoles printed. The T-Shirts were great and the Stoles came out amazing. Excellent cusotmer service with great turn around time. Would recommend to anyone.

I used them many years ago and they charged me a min $75 to do artwork, which consisted of placing the copyright Circle C. Next to my Artwork. The lady did it in front of me and it took just a few seconds. I was shocked to get the bill. But I paid it. It taught me a lesson, so I went to school to learn to do my own designing.
