Best place to come and get your broken devices repaired, you won’t be disappointed. i came in for a screen replacement on a 2020 macbook pro 13in and let me tell you guys how fast ezekiel was with it.. was here for maybe 30 min total while he was dealing with a karen about her child’s switch. best place hands down, come here!!

Stopped by this repair shop i found in ventura blvd, they had great prices on phone cases so it was a no brainer, i left with s new cellphone case for my new iphone 13 pro, thanks once again Ezequiel!To top it off he threw in a free screen protector!!

I broke my older iPhone (8+) late at night. With a flight early in the morning with all my itinerary, hotel, and rental car info I needed. I was stressed to have to take a trip without my phone! Apple, T-Mobile, and every other phone repair place was closed nearby. I saw this place phone repair freaks and it said open 24 hours. I didn’t believe it but I called and sure enough, the owner answered and said he would be able to help me out even with my outdated phone. He had to replace the charging port and a million tiny screws and he had my phone up and running in about 30-40 minutes. It only took that long because the owner was a pleasure to talk to and we had a nice conversation while I waited. Personally, I loved that he had his family with him while he worked. He is a hard worker who is willing to go the extra mile so if you get stuck and want a pro who knows his business, try this place!

I’m so happy I found this shop! I needed a new battery for my iPhone and Ezekiel fixed it for me same day and for literally half the price the other places wanted to charge me. This shop was able to successfully recover my unsynced data from a completely destroyed device. They were persistent in assisting me recover every piece of data off of the phone. They had exceptional follow through, when parts of the data was difficult to access they took different approaches to ensure every piece of data was recovered. Great service from this couples shop. Ezequiel is fantastic!

My son accidentally charged his new tablet with the wrong charging port and of course it broke and wouldnt charge. I brought it to Tarzana phone freaks and thankfully Ezekiel was able to get the parts in and fix it without any problems plus the customer service is amazing. Will definitely be recommending this place to my friends.

Woke up this morning with an emergency repair, the owners answered with a good attitude and energetic spirit. I completely ran over my phone, yesterday and had no hope of it being fixed. Fortunately the owners were able to fix it in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend. Fair price too!

Went to replace my iPhone 13 screen and was quoted $225, upon getting to the shop I was told $250. That was the first thing I noticed. After an hour, I went back to pick up my phone. The screen fit, but the top bar was too large and I was unable to see my wifi status or the time my phone was displaying. This was the second thing I noticed. I was told I could put on an official iPhone screen for $400 or my old screen for $25. I decided to put my old screen on, waited another hour, and when I went back was told it was $20 for the labor. This was the second time I was quoted something that was then different when I got back. He was extremely kind but didnt know his screen wasnt the right one for the phone, making it his fault. I hope they learned that their after-market screen (which I knew I was buying... so no discredit there) doesnt properly fit the screen of the iPhone 13 and they dont do this to anyone else.

If I could leave a negative star I would, unfortunately I had horrible experience with these guys, first of all they said one week to repair and confirmed that, and after said it will take 2 weeks and cost $100 more, on top of changing the time to fix it and price I came to them when they said it was ready, and it was not ready, they made me wait for 10 minutes and after that they said I can come back, I come back and again they say sorry it’s ready… and did you guess it? It wasn’t fixed and it had a new large scratch that looks like they dropped my laptop and made a dent in my laptopThis has been a horrible experienceIf you guys want to work with someone that lies and cheats go with them..

She’s got my iPhone 13 pro repaired, my earpiece speaker was tripping out. It wasn’t working at all, I went to a lot of shops, and they all told me I would lose face ID, came yoto this guy. He was able to give me an earpiece speaker with Face ID on it. Literally doing when nobody is I highly recommend.

They saved my life! A virus shut me down during a business trip which could have ended in disaster not only did they begin working on my laptop immediately but they called someone in who was otherwise off that came in within 30 minutes to fix it. They even allowed me to use one of theirs to get some work done while I waited. Unbelievable customer service and I was very impressed at their ability to get the job done quickly. Called this place looking for a good price on an iPhone front glass replacement. Immediately heard a professional enthusiastic voice on the line who answered my questions confidently. Gave me a great price and went to see him first chance I had. Had a nice little shop and even had a big ol fat lazy dog lying on the ground! The guy was totally cool and would suggest him for any kind of electronic repair.

I just brought my phone into the store today because it cut off and wouldnt work. I went to Apple first and they wanted to charge me $140 to fix the screen without being sure if that was the actual issue.I have been to Dr. Digital before and have had a great experience. I actually dont know why I didnt come here first! But I came in and they fixed my phone for less than half the price and in 10% of apples estimated time. Now I can go back to work! So appreciative of this business!

Being at Dr. Digitals shop is a great experience. Judahs prices are fair and he is very friendly. I called around and he was the best price I could find and he didnt ask me to leave my phone and come back. I was able to watch him fix my phone on the spot. I felt respected and taken care of. He stayed with me after hours on Christmas Eve. He put his life on hold to make sure I was good for the holiday weekend. I wouldnt recommend anyone other then Judah and Dr. Digital. HE IS THE GREATEST!

I had a problem with my laptop and went to another business to fix it and was told it would take at least 2 days to look at it. Not satisfied with the response, I went to Dr. Digital and they fixed my laptop in a couple hours. The service, price, and accommodations were great! Vasilius (spelling?), the technician who serviced my laptop, was extremely pleasant, professional and competent. I highly recommend Dr. Digital!

These guys...wow. They went above and beyond and then some. Went in for a data recovery (which was successful and far cheaper than quoted elsewhere) and then they wound up being key to me being able to relocate out of the country with a tight deadline, refurbishing two laptops with just a day to spare and staying in constant touch with me to make sure that the job got done, dealing with all the weird little bugs in a timely way, and even staying late one night to ensure repair was complete so I didnt miss my plane. They even took care of recycling my old computers and took one of them in trade for the recovery. These guys hooked me up big time. I cant thank them enough (and yes guys, I did successfully make the move and spent Christmas on a tropical beach far from the madness thanks to you).

Terrible service. Dont recommend. Quick easy cheap service would have put this review up weeks ago but I was too busy. Had to stop in today to be told I was going to have to pay 170 dollars for a new LCD screen that came slightly out because it was siting in the car. Glue from the edges came off weeks ago but I guess somethings cause the LCD screen to malfunction so the owner salesman/ quick talker tells me at no charge from me but have to pay for the part and thats him saying again 170 dollars. Look it think its not fair he uses janky materials to fix it the first time to the point I have to come out my pocket with 170 when there should have Never been in issue in the first place.Unsatisfied customer

Dr. Digital is a gem. He is a master of all cellphone and computer repairs. I wouldnt think of ever going to anyone else. I came in with my Apple IPhone 4s with a badly damaged screen and back and 30 minutes I walked out of his shop with a brand new looking phone. He is such an honest guy and will go over every option with you to save you money. Great prices!!!!!!! He also quoted me a great price to repair my MacBooks cracked screen. Im going back. I brought my iMac in for repair. They first told me 2-4 days for it to be fixed. On day 5 they still had not contacted me about any update so I called them. They said the part they needed was delayed in shipping and now it will be an additional 2-4 days... Since they had not contacted me with any update the first time, I asked to be informed of any further changes/updates and they said sure no problem. I then waited a full 5 days and there was NO contact, NO update again. I called again and they said the part came but they believe the part arrived already broken so they will have to order another one which will be another 2-4 days. At this point i was a little annoyed. I can understand that shipping can take some time, and something can arrive broken. So i gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them one last chance and said okay but PLEASE UPDATE ME if there are any changes to this plan and they said sure no problem again..... so 5 more days go by, NO contact, NO update for the THIRD TIME IN A ROW!! -- UPDATE THE CLIENT! ESPECIALLY IF THEY ASKED YOU TO DO SO!! The next day (this is now DAY 17!!!!!!!!!!!! when the initial quote was 2-4 days) I picked up my computer, NOT FIXED because I lost trust in them. Extremely unprofessional. Really strange how they have so many 5 star reviews if this is how they treat clients.

Every once in a while we are fortunate enough to come across a person of exceptional personal and professional excellence, so much so in fact that we are compelled to tell as many people as we can about this gem; Juda is that person and Dr. Digital, his service business is that company. I was referred to Dr. Digital by an associate of mine who, upon learning that I was planning on buying my daughter a new iPhone because her screen had gone black and the power button was worn down, told me that Dr. Digital was reasonably priced and could very easily simply repair the phone. She gave him glowing reviews and so we went in, almost on an impulse and met Juda.Juda was personable, professional, welcoming, kind and honest. He clearly knows what he is doing and he set about the task immediately. He easily multi-tasked with the others in the shop and was very engaging and open in all his dealings with everyone throughout the whole process. The phone was repaired while we waited, it took about thirty minutes and came out of the process in like new condition. The price was very reasonable and fair and was dramatically less than what a new phone would have cost. I recommend Judas services most highly and I encourage you to go see him and let him service all your electronics. I cant wait until my next phone breaks!

0n 12-09-17, after reading so many 5 star reviews* (see PS below), I took my Note 5 to Dr. Digital to repair the charging port. I paid owner/Juda $75 upfront. He was rude to a customer leaving the store & when I asked why, he gruffly stated, If my customers are not nice, neither am I!I was told the part would be in the following Tuesday and he would call me. In all fairness, he did lend me a remote wireless charger so I could continue to use my phone. On Wednesday, not having heard from him, I called and reminded Juda he told me the part would be in yesterday and he would call me. He lashed out, I have no control over UPS, and you are not my only customer!After I called him again the next day and learned the part came in, I returned with a box of bakery cookies to show him I was a nice customer. He warmed up for a few seconds and then warned me the screen could break while repairing the charging port, but in 20 yrs, it never happened. If I was his first, he would only charge $35 (for breaking my phone!), back up my data & I could still file a claim with my T-Mobile insurance ($150 co-pay)--Not true.During the repair, he first said he caused slight cosmetic damage & then the LCD screen broke & my phone was no longer operable. I called from his store to file an insurance claim & was told as an outside business broke it, the warranty was voided. While in tears, after asking Juda if he still felt he should charge me, he blew up, angrily lashing out again, “JUST FOR THAT I’M NOT GOING TO BACK UP YOUR DATA! SO SUE ME!”--CONTINUING WITH A BULLYING TIRADE, SARCASTICALLY MIMICKING & INSULTING ME throwing $75 cash back at me which I left on his table. Im 64 yrs old with a disability, recently having been hospitalized with pneumonia (which I previously told him about). Seeing the visible anger in his face, fearing he may become violent, & learning all my data & pictures were lost, I broke down hysterically sobbing which continued uncontrollably for several hours--I didnt feel I was in any condition to drive home. He admitted to having Anger Issues. He reconsidered and agreed to back up the data but he had to leave. I gave him back $35 he originally said I owed him & sat there for over 7 hrs (all the while still in shock and sobbing) with the back-up still not completed. His two employees, Yassivis and Kyle who were both very kind & sympathetic, to my chagrin, said I had to come back the next day.The next day Juda said my flash drive was defective, nothing had been backed up. I could bring another flash drive or he could repair the LCD screen he broke for $225 plus tax, including the $35.00 I had already paid him! When I asked if he would pay me something for my phone (for the parts), he said Why would I want a phone that doesnt work! Worst business encounter ever! I have never written anything but 5 star reviews in the past.PS: Re 5 star reviews: For some reason, Yelp has omitted many one star reviews with several stating Juda gives you a good discount if, while youre at his store, either you or he writes a 5 star yelp review/rating on your account.

I took my cell phone repair to Dr. Digital for repair, the guy I believe the owner opened my phone for diagnosis, I asked question about the cost and damaged part that needs to replaced. He got frustrated and went crazy completely for no reason, His eyes pup out and started talking non sense and later turned to coursing . I was afraid he would through something and would act crazy, I kept my self cool and tried not to agitate the situation, of course he got his response, Form my experience he is psycho and need to get treatment. His behavior is dangerous to general public.

Misunderstanding from beginning of type of phone I had, so took longer to get it fixed due to difficulty getting the right part. They did get it fixed, good as new and less than their competition. Even after not working after the first time taking it home and I had to bring it back (not due to their workmanship but due to part failure) they took it back and got another part and fixed it right back up, no extra charge (with three months part warranty). They know what they are doing for sure. Only thing is they are not the best at keeping you posted on what is happening with the phone.

Juda and his staff are the best in the field!!!In short, I dropped something on my HP Laptop and the impact damaged it. Luckily, the computer booted up normally, but very slow functionality and I could not even move my files to a flash drive. I called Dr.Digital and after speaking to Juda over the phone, I knew he was knowledgeable. I took my laptop in to Dr.Digital and they diagnosed the issue, but most importantly, he talked with me to figure out the best option for data recovery and how to proceed. Good guy, no nonsense. I broke my phone (for good it turns out) while trying to repair it myself. I should have taken it there first. He offered me some good used phone options. Im going to take his advice and move on. Would recommend you dont try to re-assemble (or even disassemble) your phone, let a pro do it and fix the simple stuff. My repair would have been simple if I hadnt broken a circuit board component while reassembling it.

Dr. Digital is my go to for any phone or computer issue. Juda repaired my HTC Evo 4 sceen and the screen wasnt work correctly right away. Juda replaced the screen two more times until it was fixed with no extra charge (bad batch of screens - not the install as I watched him do it - he hides nothing and will fix your phone in front of you if you want to wait).At another visit, I had Juda update the operating system on my sony vaio. The install went great except for one driver that ran the scrolling on the mouse pad. Juda spent a great deal of time to find the correct driver and solved the problem. On my last visit to Dr. Digital, I switched my phone plan from Sprint to GoSmart and once again Juda didnt disappoint. Hes always fair, transparent, and the store is clean. Go see Juda - you wont be disappointed with the service.

They were unable to fix my laptop after 2 weeks.They then told me they could attempt a solution that involves soldering my laptop with a warning that it might brake my laptop.They proceeded, my laptop is niether fixed nor completely broken. I just cant sell it now because theyve damaged the integrity of the software and hardware.When I came to pick up my laptop I ran into the technicians buisness partner and he charges me $150 because of all the time that his partner put in my laptop. After trying most other tech places in the area, dr digital was the only one to correctly fix my computer for a good price. I had several expert friends look at the computer and it was too complex to fix but the masters at dr digital didnt even flinch once I brought it in. The owner has truly hired some masters in the tech repair field and the pricing was almost below market average. Whats most important to me when it comes to tech items is trusting the shop and I can vouch that they gave me back my $2,000 computer cleaner and newer than when I handed it in, proving that their serious about their customer service. In the end I would just recommend getting a receipt for exactly what your services are but they truly can fix anything.

NEVER GO HERE - Brought my Mac to them to fix. They told me just a few days, after no response for 2 weeks, I called and they said they are still looking at it. I waited another two days and then I just picked up my computer because they were taking way longer than they said and they were not communicating anything to me. I brought it to an Apple repair center and they told me that iMobile LA took my computer apart and when they put it back, there were missing screws, cables not glued back down properly, and iMobile LA did an all around sloppy job.
