I have been been selling real estate for the past 26 years and I know this for a FACT. I have never gotten such top level, knowledgeable and selfless service as I have gotten from Lenny at iHouseWeb - He was more than incredible. Let me give you some background. I know a bit about seo and other things that get me into trouble. I was an early adopter of tech back in 2007 I was real estate blogging when blogging was used by good dads everywhere. But, I remember the cost associated with online presence. Today, most agents accept the website their company has gifted, or charges them for. That is so substandard, to be not worth the effort. But, other agents are trusting that their clients will go to Zillow and not get taken by another agent with a more shiny profile. Agents under this false presumption are losing their clients. They need this - they need to call and get Lenny as their entry advisor to see how iHouseWeb operates, or contact me to I can explain more about why its not only important to do your best at a local level, OUT ZILLOWING zillow, by getting something that your clients will use, that trumps the other options. The worst! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. These people cost us all of our 15 years of search seasoning and have cost us a lot of lost business. They employ extremely outdated technology, have ZERO SEO skills, no meta data transfer and later claimed to be uncapable of transferring our 15-year-old blog (with over 850 posts/pages of extremely valuable SEO anchors). DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE TO DO YOUR WEBSITE, you will lose any and all SEO rankings which means lost business. Even for a new agent or brokerage, you will not place or even be seen anywhere on the internet. iHouseWeb is not capable of delivering anything other than a monthly debit from your checking account or credit.

We were really impressed by the service provided by iHOUSEweb and the quality of the website they created for us. We decided on iHOUSEweb to replace one of our existing websites. The designs are very attractive and surprisingly easy to add and modify content. The icing on the cake, however, was our web development coordinator, Lenny. He did an amazing first run at our site based on the information and colors of our previous site. Then we were able to meet with him multiple times to customize the site further. Lenny was so patient and helpful. He gave us an introductory tour of the website and its features and was able to answer all of our questions. Not only was he able to take our feedback and requests and implement all of them, but he was also able to make real-time changes to the site and give us a number of options on the fly. No matter what we asked of him, he was always ready to help and make it happen. We have gone through this process with another, more expensive company, and they were nowhere near as helpful and eager to help. Working with Lenny was truly a pleasure. I almost forgot to mention that these sites are really great for SEO. Out of the box they are pretty good, but if you follow the suggestions of their SEO expert (free training) and spend a little extra time, you have the potential to get fantastic organic ranking.

Unfortunate experience with this company. Sold me on promises and expectations that were not met. I was told that I would be in the top organic search results within 3 months. I was told that this service was perfect for me because I dont want to babysit another website, we take care of it for you I was told. Not only did those things NOT happen but my site was actually down for two months. This is where I decided to cancel. WATCH OUT for the 30 day cancellation (because you will still be charged) and they wont refund you your monthly subscription fees when your site is down.

We switched from our old website to ihouse quite awhile ago (about 2 years, I think... time flies and all) and we are so glad that we did! IHouse web is in the process of switching over to an enhanced IDX with big beautiful photos, faster load time, indexable pages, etc. The switch over was supposed to be seamless.Although I have been selling Las Vegas real estate for 23 years now, I am a former computer programmer/systems analyst. I knew this port over would not be seamless, but was unprepared for the initial slip shod port over that had taken place. So.....I called customer service at IHOUSE - which is ALWAYS ACCESSIBLE right away. I was lucky enough to get Carlos G. who had helped me before.After Carlos put up with my 5 minute rant on how careless the techies did the port over and how much content was lost in the switch, Carlos assured me he would take care of everything. And that the most expeditious way to get everything corrected was for us to stay on the phone while he made everything the way I wanted.Almost three hours later - our site is up and running and better than ever.Rarely, do you find a company willing to dedicate 3 hours on the fly - no appointment needed - to help turn lemons into lemonade.I have a second site with IHOUSE ( they have a lot of features other compared do not offer) and Carlos helped me brainstorm on the best way to get that one ported over so we can avoid the pitfalls that happened during this transition.Our Team uses 8 websites from 4 different providers to get our clients property the best exposure, and I must say that I house is very lucky to have Carlos G. on their staff. I was a very long term customer of I House over a decade. I have gone out of the business for four years. Upon my return went right back to I House. After paying my set up fees, monthly fee to my surprise syndication is no longer available. If I was told this when I called I wouldnt have paid this expense. They wouldnt refund my any funds.
