IHOP is an amazing place for any course meal, running 24*7. I would appreciate Mr. Luis, my server who is a very kind and nice person whom I always look forward to meet whenever I visit here. I have tried almost all their eggs & omelettes, and this time I wanted to try a steak for the first time.I ordered New country fried steak from the Entrées menu, which is a golden battered beef steak smothered in country gravy. It comes along with a garlic bread & two sides of your choice. (I chose french fries & rice medley).The beef steak was perfectly golden crisped and smothered with hot country gravy which was an absolute delicacy along with the rice medley. The fries were a side snack which I preferred but I would suggest to go with salad the next time.Atmosphere even at 11:30pm was pleasing and all servers were upright and having smiling faces. This IHOP has a positive vibe. Will definitely visit again for other steaks.

Food was great but Sonic Menu isn’t anything special 🙁 I went hoping there would be some sort of element (maybe a character toothpick topper, themed straw, etc) that would set the the dishes aside from the rest of their selection, but it was just normal IHOP items with sonic characters slapped on the name. However, I understand that isn’t their fault and the food and service was great nonetheless. Just wish the collab felt more real. Here’s the Eggman’s Egg Benedict and Tails 2x2x2 😼

I would come again, my experience was fantastic. We were seated once we came in. We order our beverage soon as we sat. Got our drinks, our order was placed. Took about 15 mins to get our food, no hassle. Enjoyed our delicious breakfast. Our server kept checking on us, refilling our drinks. (Orange juice was refill, thats was a PLUS) Making sure our food was delightful. Very spacious, the room temperature was great (not like other places where the AC is blowing directly to you) nice a cool. Restroom is very CLEAN, toilet papers seater were available. Door handle and door glass seem to be clean. They also have a coffee shop in the diner. My partner got himself a coffee as we were about to exit the restaurant. The coffee was on point. Overall with this experiment Id give it a five star. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely coming back 😌💥

Extremely poor customer service. Kaitlin our server took forever to attend to us, and it took over 40 minutes for our food. We left before they could serve us because it was ridiculous how long it took. God knows how long it would’ve taken if we continued waiting. The service on this place has gone down, they used to be good. But based on recent reviews the service has been horrible lately. They need corporate to fix this place

Pros: plenty of parking, didnt have to wait long to be seated (approx a minute or two,) great deals of their menu (currently they have a $6 menu of select items. )Cons: severely understaffed (we had to wait maybe about ten minutes to get a server to bring us more coffee, napkins and creamers.Other than that, Ill come back cuz the deal was great but I need to have in mind that Ill probably wait to be served and checked on.

Wow. Its been a long time since I have been to an IHOP restaurant, and it will probably never happen again. There are so many problems. One thing that really stands out for me is that I pay with cash, and it seems that cash is a problem. I dont want to use my cell phone to pay for my meal. There was someone in the kitchen banging on something for ten minutes. I meant it was loud and annoying. This was Sunday morning, so it was not a construction day. SLOW SLOW .

Took a while to seat us. Something like 30 to 40 minutes after being told 15. Host kept forgetting which name we were and wasnt giving useful updates. The server was very nice and the food was up to IHops usual quality. The people, well there was a guy just dropping cigarette butts on the floor. Not their fault but definitely some characters come through.

Read some reviews that service was bad but still decided to try it out. Boy were they wrong! Service that we got from start to finish was absolutely great. Food was great, hot coffee was overflowing with refills. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend and come back.

Poor customer service. We were not served properly at all. Could not get any service until we addressed the host. When we initially came in, there wasnt a crowd. But after we took our order, other people began to be sat. The people who were sat after us were served and had finished their food, and by that point, we still had not received our food. After about an hour, my wife and I were so mad, and we notified the horrible server that we were going to leave. And then she gave us an attitude and told her boss mockingly that we were leaving because they took too long. I am never coming back to this IHOP.

The food and service was ok. Kinda expected at an establishment like this.The problem was when we went to the bathroom. It smelled awfullll from a sewage pipe. Terrible for a place that serves food. I spoke with the manager. He said they couldnt close it cause its rush hour. Im sorry, but thats not ok for a restaurant.Ive completely lost my appetite.It was also over $40 for one adult and a kids meal. There are much better breakfast/lunch locations.

Ihop is Ihop. They are generally pretty consistent in food quality and service. I dont go to IHOP very often because they are usually pretty busy but I was able to get in and out of this one fairly quickly. Bonus points for that.

I dont write a lot of one stars but here we go. So firstly me and my girlfriend arrived there, we were seated and the waiter asked what we would like to drink, my girlfriend said 2 coffees, and I said 2 waters. So she comes back with one coffee and one water. It took awhile but finally we were able to order our food. My girlfriend got the strawberry banana french toast, and I got the Monti Cristo turkey and ham crepe. It was kind of busy, since it was about 10am or so, so it did take a good amount of time to get our food. Finally our food arrived, and we asked for another mug for coffee, the waiter gave us a whatever look on her face. The food was served room temp, didnt take a single bite of hot food. The food was made well, my crepe shouldve had a lot more cheese, but if the waiter didnt let our food sit so long then probably I wouldve enjoyed it. Probably am done with that IHOP after this.

Please be advised that this review is based on what was going on during the days of Covid-19, everything has changed once again and its business as usual. I was really pleased with how IHOP has their set-up during these days of covid-19. I felt very safe as the tables are spaced a safe distance from each other. The servers have all the proper equipment and of course everyone is responsible for their own safety to a certain degree. The only downer was that we were ignored for quite awhile by a server wearing blue. But a Server wearing red came and hooked us up and was great. And we are great tippers so, yeah we hooked her up too! Anyway aside from that tiny hiccup it was a nice Sunday morning brunch.

My issue with this restaurant is the fact that when we were there, the water was shut off because they had a pipe burst. The server said it would be turned on 5 minutes after we found out (my daughter couldnt flush the toilet), yet it wasnt turned on until we were almost done with our food. In Utah, it is illegal to be open when when the water is shut off because at that point theres no way of washing their hands or maintain sanitation; this was proven by getting a mug with lip stains all over it.

Hello, first time we went our server TINA she was so kind and attentive very patient and friendly with our 4 kids. Because of her we went again the following week and will keep going. she has an amazing costumer service, she’s quick and didn’t forget any detail of our order. We had the best waiter that morning. We both had a short stack of pancakes and drinks. I used my points from the IHOP ap. I recommend using the ap if you frequent IHOP. I’ve bought enough staff breakfasts to have a weeks worth of short stacks! All the same, we went there to eat during a very trying time and the waiter made it a pleasant experience.

They sat us down in the rear of the restaurant by the kitchen door. It was hot, turn on the AC you cheap as. Waited 30 minutes in an empty restaurant, cook was so slow. Waitress never checked on us for drink refills and when food came never re filled drinks. Typical poor service. I will never come here again. It’s just not worth it. McDonald’s has better food than this place. It’s pretty dirty too bathrooms not clean at all no soap in bathroom. Do you want a cook making your food that is unable to wash his hands after using the bathroom?

After waiting about 45 minutes to get seated, me and my wife started to notice people who arrived after us getting seated. So I went to check on why I we were getting passed up, it turned out that another couple had took our place when our name was called. We were waiting outside with other people and they never went outside to check. They called our name inside and this couple took our spot. The manager and the waitress were both apologetic for the delay; and the manager gave me a brief and reasonable explanation as to why it took such a long time.He also gave me 20% off my entire check.Overall Im definitely returning and I hope theyre able to hire the much needed help. 😌

Visited the Palmdale location on 10th St. Very busy but was seated immediately despite the longer wait for bigger families. It’s IHOP, so you know what you’re going to get. I’ve never had anything other than breakfast foods here or at any other IHOP location. It is always good. The only place like this where I’ve never had undercooked bacon, it’s always cooked to perfection. However, the eggs are usually just a tad undercooked from what I order (over-medium). Although I’d rather have them undercooked a bit than have the yolks overcooked. The prices have gone up, but the service is always good at this location. Of course, I’ve never been here when it is crowded, either.

The food was great and service was good for the most part, the only thing I do have to say is, for the restaurant being as empty as it was the time my mom and I went in, and for the amount of employees they had standing there, the wait time should have been a lot lower to receive our food . And they even forgot my mom’s chocolate chip pancakes originally, which isn’t a big deal but if they are able to stand in a group in the front, use profanity, which multiple customers not just my mom and I all heard, which we all do we’re human but at least use it away from the customers ears to uphold a standard of professionalism. Ive been here twice and both times the service was EXTREMELY slow. The second time, there was hardly anyone there and it took almost 20 minutes just for us be greeted at the table and to get our drink order taken. There were 2 other tables that said they had been waiting forever too. We ended up just leaving after we waited another 10 minutes to actually get the drinks. Dennys is about a minute away and has far better service.

Ordered online for a curbside pick up. Instructions after paying for what i had in my cart were that my order would be ready at 10:46 AM. I arrived at 10:52 AM Parked in the designated area called in to advise that I was in space #1 for curbside pick up. They said thank you Ill be right out. 11:15 AM still waiting, 11:25 AM. Finally I go inside and no acknowledgement after a few minutes I finally had to address one of the workers that are just standing around or just walking around. I noticed a bagged order sitting off to the side. On a table finally Im approached, I tell them Ive been waiting for over 30 minutes for my order. They said well sir you have let us know you have arrived. I said I did and gave space # I was in. No comment from them gave my info and sure enough that order on the table getting cold was my order.I never planned on having a steaming hot breakfast. But I also didnt ask for cold soggy breakfast either. So disappointed really dont know if I will ever return.......

Our last experience was by far the absolute worse yet. Our waiter was incompetent to say the least. He asked us what drinks we wanted, we answered. We waited about 15 minutes until he came back and asked us again because he forgot what we ordered. To make it better, he did not use a notepad to write things down. We then ordered our food and he tried to memorize it again. We even repeated it back to him to make sure he heard us correctly. Of course he didnt and mostly everything was wrong. We even got food we didnt order, he misheard us. So much was wrong that we got tired of sending him back and forth to fix our order. The things he sent back to fix came back to something completely different. Some of the items we ordered were never served to us. If I can rate less than one star, I would. -10/10

Last Saturday i went to try to breakfast and i commit or made mistake to try to speak spanish to the girl who was at the cashier or in front booking people!! And she told me so mad with very bad attitude “i dont speak spanish” and after thar i tried to speak english and she ignoreme!! I spoke with the manager about that but I think nothing happens!! That happen at 12 of nov around 11:30 am by girl who has a red letters tattoo in her neck!! I enjoy breakfast food a lot. Decided being close by IHOP that Id go in and order to go. The host was pleasant and helpful. IHOP usually has good pancakes but this location does not serve IHOP quality. The pancakes split in half and looked so dry and aweful. The omelette was dry and cheese on top was crusted and dry. For $17 youd think you would get nice pancakes and fresh eggs. This was not the case. Even after waiting 40 minutes and being one of two customers. Huge disappointment.

Im clearly injured and had my foot up on a chair, as was doctors orders, and each time the waitress, Roxanne, came to the table she kept hitting my foot causing me even more pain but it can also be seen that my crutches were right beside me. Trash! After they seat a table of 5 all of a sudden there’s no seats left? Clearly there will be people leaving soon and they have no idea what’s available or not. Trash! Won’t be back for that nonsense.

The food was very mediocre and the service was very minimal. The blueberry pancakes werent everything I hoped for and remember from last time I was there..Honestly prefer Mikes cafe or Cicis any day 😌

Typical breakfast fare, with a clean interior and exceptionally friendly staff. The prices, however, seem to have gotten a bit out of control. Had breakfast here one day, and had sushi the next for less than what I spent on breakfast. Although IHOP is a great place to eat, Id still choose Dennys.

We werent helped untill like 10 minutes of sitting there than 2 tables that were seated after us got their food frist we waited an hour and 20 minutes before we left and never got our food the only reason is because the hot chocolate and milkshake was good but took forever to get to us

Tried the online ordering and I thought it would be faster. it wasnt. still had to wait 20 minutes at the restaurant, no one helped me and my order wasnt even correct. very disappointed with my service.

My girlfriend wanted waffles towards the end of her eating waffles she pulled out a piece of paper that was in the waffle batter that you pulled out of her mouth she was enjoying the waffles but until she pulled out that piece of paper she was like mortified thats the only complaint that I had

Please, not not come to this restaurant chain. Service was awful; not bringing in the correct order and burning my breakfast to a crisp. This mistake shouldnt happen given it was a slow night. Will not be coming back to this location.

The food was 7/10 but the service was a 1/10. Rude waitresses... it felt like you werent welcomed there and as if everyone hated their jobs. Never going back to that location!..

What is the manager thinking- the 2 waitresses tonight were young snd SLOW. We waited 10 minutes after being seated to have our drink order taken. MyTurkey Avocado Bacon wrap arrived with NO avocado. When we asked the waitress, she was told by the cook that the turkey wrap didnt have avocado on it. Oddly, the menu called it a Turkey Avocado Bacon Wrap and the bill lists it as a TurkAvoBac Wrap so how is the kitchen saying it has no Avocado. The bill came with a Survey link and code for IHOPs Survey but the waitress took it with our money and didnt return it - was it because the manager was afraid if a bad review?

They dont change bacon for eggs, i cant eat eggs, allergic. So in an effort to not lose ot on the protein included in the meal, i asked for a protein replacement. None was offered, instead i was offered either carbs or sugars. Back to other guys.

IHOP Palmdale(10th St West) is supposed to be 24 hours open. I came in at 12:30 am and was told that theyre closed. The sign says open and the doors were unlocked. Server told me that he was just waiting for customers to leave and that the restaurant is already closed. Whatever happened to 24 hours open? Terrible service. Easy decision to bring my business elsewhere. Never coming back to IHOP Palmdale.

Food was excellent had Breakfast with my son service was as excellent as the Breakfast Great service our waitress was on top of everything! will forsure be going back to that IHOP to eat more often
