I don’t understand the way this company does business…I schedule a meeting online and Tony Becker contacted me 3 minutes before the meeting with this message:“ I noticed that you marked your budget as under $2,500/month. I would like to be upfront that our earned media plans start at $3,000/month and our paid media plans have a minimum budget threshold of about $15,000/mo.Given it sounds like we are out of range for your budget I am going to cancel our meeting for now. Please feel free to visit Clutch.co to review a list of agencies that may be better suited.”Information that’s not on their website and more over this guy didn’t even take the chance to explain their services or tell me how investing more could be beneficial or something like that… he just sent that email and cancel the meeting right away…Great way to do business! You’ll definitely get more clients like this, good luck!

My time at Ignite Visibility has been nothing short of disappointing and disheartening. While I cant speak to the hiring process, my experience as an employee has left much to be desired.The internal structure of the company is a disorganized mess, with unclear roles and responsibilities. Navigating this convoluted landscape has been a constant struggle, and its challenging to make any meaningful progress when youre constantly stumbling over organizational obstacles. I had high hopes when I initially joined Ignite Visibility, but it has turned out to be a letdown in every sense of the word.To those considering a career at Ignite Visibility, I would advise you to think long and hard about it. This company might have its strengths, but its internal disarray and lack of clear direction have been a significant source of frustration for me and many of my colleagues.

*** Update 10/07/2023 - As a parting gift the Ignite visibility account associated with our companies Ads account was hacked causing our ads account to be suspended and thousands of dollars spent. Unclear if that has been credited back.That same user account had access to analytics, search console and other locations. We have worked with a third party to make sure our website and computers are safe but our adwords is operating at a fraction of what it was and we have no idea if our analytics or GSC information was used.At first their reaction was good. I got a call after hours and was told they would follow up with me. Crickets. So I emailed the CEO and he replied that he had though about contacting me and had three emails in draft.Aside from the above I have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and they have left me, in my humble opinion, worse off than when I started in almost every way.What is concerning is at each and every meeting and in Johns final farewell email to me asking me to revise the review, it feels like they twist stats to their benefit.It is my opinion that if you are going to use this company you need a solid reporting tool outside of their control and the ability to read it. They blow a ton of smoke and if you are not able to understand basic SEO /SERP reports you might just believe it.*** Update 08/30/2023 - First to give credit where credit is due, the CEO joined one of our meetings and offered to get some additional things done to hopefully help. Unfortunately to date much of those suggestions have not been completedAs of our meeting on 08/29/2023 things were continuing to move in the wrong direction. As of todays report from MOZ we continue to see significant decline in search visibility while several competitors are seeing massive increases.*** End 08/30/2023 updateI had such high hopes for this company. We hired Ignite for SEO in April. Honestly it has been setback after setback. We changed account representatives after it appeared the one we had was showing up disoriented on multiple occasions.They definitely have not helped and based on their numbers, in their reporting, one could argue they have done the opposite.Months in they still have their team ‘working’ on analytics. SEO is going the wrong direction for major terms and it feels like they will find a set of numbers that fit their agenda to say look life is good.So far this has been an insanely expensive mistake. I’ve given notice but I will update this review if things actually get better.

Ive been working with Ignite Visibility for a little over 6 months. They do absolutely amazing work. The team is very experienced and professional they are my super heroes. They turn things around so quickly and make sure our needs are always met. We meet on a weekly basis and its probably the highlight of my week.I work very closely with Lauren and Presli on our email initiatives. They go above and beyond with making sure emails go out on time and are up to our brand quality. They always have great feedback to better our emails and create better experiences for new email subscribers.Schuyler is another team member I work closely with. He is very responsive and also goes above and beyond to make sure Im getting my questions answered and he keeps our website in tiptop shape!Overall the whole team is great their culture is amazing. They are very transparent in all that they do. They are super professional and they make things so much easier for our internal team!
