Dr. Hanna was wonderful and very caring. I am 86 and today he performed surgery on my mouth and made 8 extractions! I did not feel any pain and it all happened so quick. His staff was also caring and amazing! Thank you Dr Hanna and team.

I had two lower molars extracted and bone grafting which took place on the same day. The office was very clean. The staff was kind, considerate, and thorough. They explained each step of the procedure to me before it took place so I knew what the goals were along the way. Dr. Hanna was calm and very skilled which brought peace of mind. He was meticulous and very careful in placing quite a few stitches to hold everything in place while it heals. I would highly recommend IEOMFS.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted today. The staff, including Kate, Valerie, and Lauren, were amazing, friendly, and very polite. They made my daughter feel very comfortable. They played her favorite song and gave her a delicious smoothie after the surgery. We are thankful for Dr. Dudziak. He is very knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. He answered all our questions and explained everything to us, making us feel at ease. Everything went nicely and smoothly from beginning to end, thanks to the very professional care of Dr. Dudziak and his team. My daughter was very pleased with the experience.

Super simple, easy, and comforting process from scheduling the initial consultation to the end of my wisdom teethe surgery. Would highly recommend coming to the this office. One of the things I loved the most was the smoothy they gave me at the end. Also, I appreciated the clear printed instructions they provided when it came to taking my medication. I was really nervous to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out but everyone was really great! There was this one dental assistant (I’m can’t believe I do not remember her name) and she was great! I absolutely loved her. I hate needles so when I got sticked she was holding my hand the whole time and talking me through it. Overall the Dr. and staff were amazing!

I came to IEOMFS for my wisdom teeth extraction surgery and everyone was super friendly. I want to Thank Dr Hanna and everyone who took care of my surgery including Hannah, Christina, and Mary Anne. I am sorry I was not able to say Thank you before I left since I was out of it. My experience was very fast and professional I really like how everything was prepared. I really like how I got my medicine before my surgery and everything was well done. I was put under so I fell asleep and once I woke up it was all done. I appreciate how they gave me a goodie bag at the end with an awesome card and the best part was the smoothie. I would recommend everyone to go to this place and to ask for Dr Robert Hanna because he was the best. Thank you guys again and I will recommend anyone I know to come here in the future.PS I want to go back just for the smoothie and was wondering what flavor it was because it was the best smoothie I had in my life.

Dr. Dudziak and his staff are amazing. I cracked one of my wisdom teeth over the weekend and called IEOMFS first thing Monday morning. They were able to get me in the same day at 1130. I was only in the office for 45 mins and my tooth was removed. Painless. Thank you so much Dr. Dudziak and staff.

We had the BEST experience at IEOMFS. I have nothing but good things to say. My 8-year-old son needed to have a procedure done and a biopsy taken. We went to two different centers for the original consultation, one close to where we live and then IEOMFS, which is a 40 minute drive from our house. Within the first 5 minutes we were at IEOMFS, both my son and I felt 100% more comfortable and relaxed than the place closer to us. Everyone at IEOMFS was so warm and welcoming, and engaged my son in a way that put him at ease. The office staff was so patient with me regarding questions I had about scheduling and insurance, and their willingness to coordinate with our pediatric dentist. Dr. Hanna performed the procedure and set my mind at ease both during the consultation and on surgery day. We also had seen Dr. Hicke during the initial consultation, and he was so kind to my son too. My son still talks about how much he liked Hannah and how she remembered his love for drawing and dinosaurs. Kate Christina took such great care of my son pre- and post-op. He loved the berry smoothie she gave him! They even wrote my son a card and wished him a happy birthday. I appreciated that I even received a follow-up call the next day to see how my son was recovering. I would willingly and gladly make the 40-minute drive for any procedure for my family, knowing the level of care and professionalism we experienced with IEOMFS. Thank you!!!!

The staff were very kind and helpful. They answered all of my questions. They were even kind enough to let my mom come in the room with me until I was relaxed before the surgery. The recovery nurse answered all of my questions. Plus they even give you a smoothie, and a goodie bag to try and make the healing process as smooth sailing as possible.

Dr. Dudziak is the best! I had extractions done by him with local anesthetics and I had no pain (took Tylenol twice), no swelling and the bleeding stopped the same day following their instructions. Great experience overall!!!’The staff at IEOMFS was wonderful and made the process very easy! I would highly recommend IEOMFS and Dr. Dudziak for your oral surgery needs.

Dr. Dudziak and his staff, “Emerald” took very good care of me during my wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Dudziak and staff listened to my needs and as a senior I feel that is important. No epinephrine, which makes my heart race, all pain meds carefully placed, explained procedure every step of the way, monitor blood pressure, calming music, blanket to keep me warm and Dr. Dudziak’s ability to extract whole wisdom tooth was amazing. Dr.Dudziak and his staff were amazing. My son was very anxious about his procedure and Dr.Dudziak did everything he could to make him at ease .Emerald took care of my son after his procedure and she constantly kept us updated throughout which I greatly appreciated. Once we went back to see him she was so caring and gentle .Emerald gave my son an after care kit and a smoothie that he really enjoyed on our ride home.It is the thoughtful things like that which make this place special. My treatment today went perfect. I have been in the dental field for many years but I did not know what to expect with having a sinus lift. Now I can share with my patients. Trying to find the best oral surgeon has taken me decades. I literally gave up due to how costly it was going to be. About 2 years ago I was told I would not find any oral surgeons in my area that would except any insurance. The 2 oral surgeons I went to only took cash paying clients. I had 2 terribly decade teeth that were beyond repair. The cost to have them pulled would cost me over $3000.00, cash only. So, I gave up trying & tried my best to keep them from becoming infected.Then about 2 1/2 months ago our insurance agent gave me a number for a new dentist in Upland, Dr. Bryan Stevens,who was so kind & caring for individuals that have had terrible experiences with dentists. Dr. Stevens knew I would need an oral surgeon to remove these 2 decades teeth. So, he highly recommended an oral surgeon by the name of Robert Hanna. My first impression of Dr. Hanna & his nurses & staff were beyond belief. First of all they all understood how how difficult it is these days to find a good dentist, & even more so a oral surgeon. They took my insurance & the only thing I had to pay for was a special type of Imaging so they could see the conditions of my teeth. After that we set up an appointment & I went in on February 26th, 2024 to have these 2 teeth extracted. His nurse made me so comfortable, even covering me with a soft blanket & gave me a pair of sunglasses to put on. I honestly felt no pain at all. Even the injection for numbing was painless. Within an few minutes Dr. Hanna started the extractions & within a half hour he was finished. During the process Dr. Hanna asked if he was hurting me & if I was ok. It was quite an experience Ill remember. If anyone is afraid of going to dentist like I was Dr. Hanna & staff will take those fears away.I was given medication for pain & anti-inflammatory. Also writen instructions on what to do when going home. This is a day & a half after procedure & I cant tell you how relieved I am to have this behind me.Thank you Dr. Hanna for being such a caring surgeon. I came in for a consultation regarding a broken wisdom tooth, staff was patient and friendly. I have been putting off getting my wisdom extraction for 2 years. The service here is beyond comfortable and incredible. I was nervous, they let me play my music on YouTube, gave me a blanket, once the IV was in DR Hanna said see you in 3 minutes. Knocked out 30 seconds after he left - what felt like 1 minute later Im greeted with a ok we are done. They gave me a smoothie after, lil goodie bag with a card signed by the team 🥲 the best. Seriously no 2nd thoughts about this place, just make your appt. My mom works at a dental office and she will be referring her patients here too.

I had a very rough start to my morning. Started off with a root canal, just to find out my tooth was fractured and the dentist had to stop. I got a referral to IEOMFS-Upland. They do all they can to make your procedure comfortable and pain free. I was given a thorough explanation of the procedure and even offered a choice of the music Id like to listen to during my stay. Great experience overall, treated wonderfully as a patient getting my wisdom teeth surgery. Very friendly and welcoming once I entered the facility. Really wasn’t scared and I’ve been recovering well. Directions and care are very clear on what to do and if there are any questions they’re willing to answer. Only one thing I didn’t like was the canceling of appointment with no reason and the wait is long in general. I’d still recommend Inland Empire Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons to friends and family. I came for extraction of a wisdomtooth. I got an immediate appointment and I was in and out in less than an hour on date of surgery. I went home and took 2 Tylenol. After that no pain and no bleeding. Coming up on 58 hours I have all but forgotten about it. Great job Dr. Hicke and staff!

Dr. Dudziak and staff explained the process logically and in detail, including timing between procedures and examinations, role of prescriptions in preparation and recovery, methods and techniques of the procedures, and financial considerations. Financials! I was surprised to learn limitations in my dental insurance coverage, but the staff didn’t want me to be surprised, their expectations clear and compassionate. Right blend of care and thorough transparency, giving this patient the information needed to make the right decision for me. Expensive? I don’t have a good basis for comparison but at least I am going in with what appear to be competent people who give me the straight story. Three days ago I underwent anesthesia to have a tooth extracted, bone grafting, and prepped for a dental implant. From my consultation to the procedure everything went great! Everyone at IEOMFS were so professional, knowledgeable, well organized, and kind. Everything was explained to me very thoroughly and in a manner that was easily understood. For the procedure everyone was so patient and gentle as I was very nervous. The surgery felt like it was over in a blink of an eye and I did not feel, hear, or recall anything. To my bigger surprise I’ve had zero pain associated with the surgery! I have not needed any pain meds at all and the only discomfort I feel is from the stitches and that is very minor. This entire experience makes it much more likely that I will opt for dental implant surgery in the future. Got to say that this doctor is a 10 star oral surgeon. Another dentist gave up trying to extract my tooth after an hour of clawing and scraping. She referred me to this oral surgeon who wasn’t intimidated. He took on the challenge. After 20 mins or so, he was done. Three roots were cemented into my jaw bone, but he got me out of there happy. My anxiety and panic for this procedure was through the roof. I was extremely nervous about getting the iv and being put under. When I came in, the staff was very kind and understanding regarding my anxiety. They were very reassuring and allowed me to take in some nitrous oxide before the iv. It significantly relaxes me and the nurse was very comforting throughout, saying I was doing a good job.Despite my nerves, it relaxed me to the point where the IV insertion was very easy. Dr. Hanna was very calming and professional. I told him about my love for Disney and got to listen to a show soundtrack from Disneyland. His Mickey Mouse impression and singing skills distracted and made me feel very at ease. I had to drive 2 hours to get to this dental office because no other dental office near me would take me in quick enough, I had sever pain due to my left wisdom tooth. I got my wisdom teeth removed here today. Amazing place, I have a huge fear of needles and they did everything in their power to make me feel safe and comfortable; from giving me a soft and cozy blanket and tucking me in practically, all the way to spraying numbing spray on the area the needle went in for the iv. They told me step by step what they were doing so I wouldnt be panicking. Even played my favorite song so it could help me calm down, and talked to me about the stuffed animal I brought. They were very supportive, kind, sweet especially Roxanne. Shes the one who helped me feel more calm at first by reassuring everything will be ok and it will be over super quick, also the one who gave me the blanket. The doctor made me laugh which was also amazing because well, I was having a panic attack. I 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for oral surgery, they are kind, professional, just amazing doctors. Everything was very clean also! My doctor was Dr. Dudziak!

I chose to have a dental implant here. I had a tooth extraction and bone graft this morning. Before the surgery, I could choose my favorite music. Dr. Hanna was excellent and made me relax. I just had 4 wisdom teeth removed at this office by Dr. Dudziak and mind you I had one 15x12 mm cyst around one tooth which made the procedure a little more complicated for both me and the Dr. I am now post op 6 hours and I still have not felt any pain whatsoever. The Doctor did a magnificent job removing all four of my teeth. He was very friendly and informative, he explained every detail and step to what he was going to do. He made me feel comfortable and confident that everything was going to go well. Bree and Sandi were also of great help as they talked me through everything before the surgery and let me know about that cyst. Morgan and maryanne were absolutely friendly and professional when I walked in the office. Overall a phenomenal experience for me especially since I came in nervous and anxious. My daughter had her surgery today. We went to their Rancho Cucamonga clinic for consultation at first but the doctor there didn’t have any available schedule. They referred us to the Upland clinic. We were glad that they did coz everybody’s very nice starting from the front desk, the person who did my daughter’s X-ray and assisted us to the room until we were wheeled out after the surgery. Mary Anne was so nice and she gave us a very detailed instructions about the after care. Dr. Robert Hanna, the surgeon, was very professional. He introduced himself when he came in the room. I have gone through the extraction and bone replacement procedure for a long-term infection under a root canal from 40 years ago. I have had to get my upper wisdom teeth out for a couple years and kept putting it off because of the bad experience I had at another facility when I had my lower wisdom teeth removed. The removal was MAYBE 5 minutes max for both teeth with local anesthesia and it was a smooth process. No jerking or immense pressure, and no pain for the rest of the day. Its my second day and I have not had any pain or discomfort, not even inflammation. Highly recommend :)

The inland empire oral surgeons were an amazing team. The receptionist was extremely accommodating to fit me in for an emergency surgery.
