I thought I was doomed when my phone took a tumble and the screen shattered. Thankfully, I walked into this store, and they were amazing! The staff was super friendly and explained everything clearly. They were able to fix my phone quickly and at a great price. Now it looks and works like new! Theyre true lifesavers!Would definitely recommend!

Amazing 👏Service here⚡️at iDevice!!Professional, Personable and Really Fast!!Yet still very 😇 Patient with you .And this is crucial if you don’t follow the big picture with tech, which I don’t 🥺.First I spoke to 🧐 Mohamed and reviewed my storage situation. I was leaving in a few days for 3 wk trip to ✈️ 🧳 Balkans. They understood my 😱 urgency and set me up with their technician, 💪Max, that day!!Max was very respectful as he tried to comprehend the issues I had and what was 😓 me. When he was sure he understood my concerns, and how I mainly used my computer and phone, he gave me some overview on how my 🍎 apple iPhone and 3rd party vendors 👻👎operated. And it is not always in the consumer’s best interest (my own, not his words). Once Max was clear I got the information, he helped me come up with some better storage ✍🏼solutions.I will bring all my big and small problems to iDevice. I m so grateful 🙏 to have found ☺️ these smart, fast, and kindly technology professionals.

IDevice Repair was very quick and helpful and they did a great job repairing my iPhone screen. I wasn’t to sure what I needed and they were very helpful to make sure I understood what they suggested so I wouldn’t have to come back
