I’ve been following Dr. Justin Yovino for about 5/6 years now. I’ve dreamed of the day I could see him, I even inquired before but the timing never worked out. Finally, I bit the bullet and called for a consultation. From speaking with ashley to Justin himself, I instantly felt comfortable and knew I would be in good hands. They got me an appointment for the next week- omg it’s really happening!! The day of my appointment I woke up feeling ill but thought maybe it’s just nerves. I went into the office and Justin was so sweet and kindly sent me home to get healthy and 100% for surgery. 1 week later- the day has finally come! I was ready for my awake liposuction of arms, armpit and buffalo hump!! Being awake during surgery seems so scary but with justins gentle bedside manner and his sweet staff by mine and his side I was at ease. I’m 2 months post op and I couldn’t be happier. It was truly the best decision I’ve ever made!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Justin Yovino and his team! I had Lipo 360 with fat transfer to my hips one week ago today. The procedure was not bad at all, and I honestly cannot believe how easy this recovery has been so far. I did not take one single pain pill and managed my soreness with Advil. I traveled all the way from Boston to see him specifically because I did not want to take pain medication and of course because he gives the best results. I am beyond thrilled with my results!!

From the moment I walked into the Ideal Face & body facility I felt extremely comfortable. The staff was beyond attentive warm and caring. Dr. Yovino did an AMAZING awake breast lift on me. No longer have to wear a bra, my breasts are back (up) where they should be! There was almost no recovery time, we were out to dinner that night. Took it easy for a week, back to life quick! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I’m writing this review strictly on pre-op communication and everything that happened day of, as I received services yesterday and it is still to early to appreciate any results. I was a patient for precision sculpt: chin, neck and jawline, with the addition of Renuvion. All of the pre-op communication with Ashleigh was fast and informative. I followed up multiple times with questions and she was always quick to respond and cull my nerves. This was my first cosmetic procedure of any kind and Dr, Justin Yovino, Ashleigh and Antoinette made it such a cozy and pleasant experience. I arrived at their office at 8:15 AM, was given meds to calm me down at 9:05 AM and was on the operation table at 9:30, done by 10:30z the quickness of the surgery was stunning. It was so easy, I didn’t feel a thing. I can’t wait to update this review when I see my results! So far with the meds I was sent away with, the meds have been minimal and manageable. My compression garment also isn’t as uncomfortable or anxiety inducing as I anticipated! Thanks Dr. Yovino and staff for all the care.

From the very minute I called to schedule my procedure I knew I made the best decision. I needed to find a surgeon that performs awake surgery due to my issues with general anesthesia. Dr. Yovino’s technique is absolutely incredible!!! I had Double Chin, Neck & Jawline done via awake liposculpting using only numbing and PRECISION SCULPT along with RENUVION for skin tightening. Dr. Yovino is beyond amazing!!! I got lipo 360 of the abdomen with a fat transfer to the breasts after an explant. I couldn’t be happier with the results! My stomach is so flat, my love handles are gone and my breasts look perfect. I can’t even believe my breasts could look this good without a lift. The shape is so nice and he gave me cleavage, which I never had before . My breasts were always far apart even when I had implants they never looked this good!!! I’m so happy with results and I would recommend Dr. Yovino 10000% also, he is so kind and so caring, he makes himself available anytime. I got awake liposuction Buffalo hump removal with Dr. Yovino 2 months ago and I am very happy with my results. Before my surgery I would always wear a sweater and my hair down at all times to try and hide my buffalo hump as much as possible. Now I feel very confident having my hair up. My experience being awake during surgery was the best. I felt no pain, and was comfortable during all my procedure. I don’t think I can have surgery done another way after this great experience. Dr Yovino is the best. Excellent Doctor, great person. I absolutely recommend him.

Dr. Justin is truly an artist. I was meticulous in choosing a surgeon and went to consultations with different doctors, but as soon as I met Dr. Justin I knew he is the one. He is super knowledgeable and is very friendly and patient. He understood my vision but also made sure I was realistic about my expectations. It’s been almost three months since I got my awake lipo buffalo hump removal and I could not be happier with my results. I had been wanting this procedure done for years and finally decided to just do it and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Yovino took his time explaining everything prior to the procedure and continued to talk me through the whole thing as well, making sure I stayed completely comfortable from start to finish. I found Dr.Yovino through a friend who had her double chin removed. Her neck looked so good that I decided to contact his office. The consultation was virtual on zoom and he went over the whole awake lipo process from start to finish, including the expected recovery. I decided to move forward with the surgery. We met in person the day of the surgery. There was some minor pinching sensations during the numbing under the chin but overall I was super comfortable, and honestly, the procedure was a breeze. Dr Y was so thorough ever step of the way. I now see why they call it precision sculpt. I spent a few days recovering, not because of pain, but mostly because of the compression garment. It’s been a few months now and I’m thrilled with the results. Now I’m the one recommending him to my friends.

My experience with Dr. Yovino and his office was exceptional over the last four months from initial consultation to the three month follow up. I reached out to Dr. Yovino after having followed his work for two years and deciding to take the plunge on buffalo hump removal. I felt so confident with my choice based on the office professionalism and the extensive knowledge the doctor had on that particular area of removal. They were able to get me in quickly and made sure I had everything I needed, such as virtual consultations and follow ups, since I was traveling from out of state. The procedure was exactly as described and went off with no issues. Dr. Yovino and the staff were incredibly communicative throughout the following weeks and always had quick responses to any questions. I would recommend this practice to all of my friends and hope to be back next year for another procedure!

Dr Sarah has done amazing work, I have done Venus Viva, chemical peels, and most recently Morpheus to improve the texture of my skin. It has decreased the acne scars I have from teenage acne, reduced the wrinkles on my forehead and smile lines and tightened up my jawline and neck. I get so many compliments. This is by far the best thing I have ever done! I wish I had done this sooner!! I had my dorsocervical fat pad removed and an old scar excised and I am so happy with the results! Being a surgery nurse, I was definitely nervous about the procedure since it’s done while you are awake, but Dr. Yovino is amazing at what he does! I was comfortable and pain free the entire time. I was even able to fall asleep for part of it! My only regret is that I wish I had done it sooner! I hands down recommend him! He is definitely the best!

I have extreme anxiety at doctors offices, but the care and compassion by Dr Justin is beyond compare. He says “he treats people the way he would want to be treated,” and that absolutely shows in his practice. This place is the go-to for awake liposuction, his very own advanced technique called ‘Precision Sculpt’. Dr Justin also took extreme care of my wound after an emergency surgery went wrong in the hospital. If it weren’t for him, I would have spent much more time healing.I have been seeing Dr Sarah for several years taking advantage of her medical grade skin care techniques. This review is for a consultation with Dr. Justin Yovino regarding liposuction and fat transfer. Although I cannot move forward with surgery at this time due to personal reasons, I feel compelled to write this review because I was impressed with my experience during the consultation and with the office. I chose to consult with Dr. Yovino not only because he has many glowing reviews, but also because he has more lipo before and after images than any other physician I researched – just look at his extensive portfolio of images on RealSelf! He is clearly an expert in this area, working on all types of bodies, even skinny ones like mine. The pictures speak for themselves - his results look phenomenal and natural.During my consultation with Dr. Yovino, I did not feel rushed, and he took his time with me, answering the numerous questions I had. I got the impression that he is extremely meticulous because he takes his time during surgeries and consultations. That is the exact quality that every surgeon should have (sadly, not all do). He is also refreshingly honest and told me where I can and cannot expect to see improvement. If I can have surgery in the future, he is definitely the one I will go to.Additionally, Ashleigh from his office was super responsive, flexible, and did her best to work around my crazy schedule, which was much appreciated. Dr. Sarah is great! I see her for my Dysport and lip flips. My lips are already full with the upper lip being slightly smaller and she does the perfect amount of units each time for that perfect pout. I’ve also been using the enzyme cleanser, pH balancing toner, and vitamin c cream from her YovinoMD skincare line religiously for the past 2-3 years. The staff are awesome and super helpful as well!

I wouldn’t trust anyone other than Dr. Sarah to do my lip filler. Other providers in the past have never been able to give me the shape or look I wanted. People are always shocked I have filler because they look so natural, which is exactly what I ask for. I’ve been coming to Ideal for my filler, Botox and skin needs for years. I did awake arm lipo with Dr. Yovino. I have to say, I was terrified of the thought of being “awake” but I don’t think I would do any plastic surgery any other way now. The recovery was so much easier. Less bruising. I’m mind blown by it. I had some conversations and zonked out for parts of it.Gotta trust the process. My photos are seven months out from when I got it done. Swelling takes forever to go down. I do workout and lost another 10-12 pds after surgery from diet and being better at working at but my arms would NEVER look this defined. I’ve got broad shoulders and my arms are the last place I lose fat. They are my best asset now thanks to his artistry.I’m not one to post my private business online but I owe some credit big time to him. I haven’t seen anyone do arms like Yovino does!

My only regret is that I didnt do this sooner. First of all, Dr. Yovino is an artist and his aesthetic is gorgeous. He has so much experience, you have nothing to worry about. Recovery was a breeze. I was shocked that after two days I didnt even need a Tylenol. To do what he does without requiring general anesthesia (or even IV sedation) is a HUGE deal, and speaks to his experience level and confidence. This cant be overstated. There are doctors who require general anesthesia for even the simplest of procedures, because they can only work on a person who is basically comatose. Dr. Yovino is so skilled that he can do lengthy surgeries without needing general, and this is more work for him because patients might talk, move, need to use the restroom, etc. In my case, the experience of surgery was very easy, and actually I dont remember it at all.Beyond that, his team is STELLAR. Ashleigh the surgical consultant/liason was helpful, communicative, warm, and responsive. Teri, the OR nurse was reassuring, present, professional, and kind. Dr Yovino has the best bedside manner, Im such a baby with these things and he was very patient with me. He even gave me his direct cell phone number and followed up with me regularly, even on his birthday lol! My results look so, so good. Put your body in his hands, you will not regret it!

I had an awake fat transfer procedure with Dr. Justin Yovino 3 years after my explant surgery. I was not an easy case given the amount of adhesions and complications I have had from previous breast surgeries. Im beyond happy that I found Dr. Yovino, to say he changed my life is kind of crazy but he truly did! Ive been self conscious my entire life about my double chin and no matter how much weight I lost it always remained. after consulting with him he recommended the precision sculpt on the neck, chin and jaw and explained why he recommended it and what to expect with the results. I booked my apt for 3 months later and the entire process was seamless. His whole staff is on top of everything and so kind and makes sure you are informed and comfortable along the entire process. When it came time for my procedure the entire process took probably around 2.5 hours and was painless and super easy. An amazing experience! I had 360 abdominal liposuction with fat transfer to my buttocks on November 2nd with Dr. Justin Yovino. I did the procedure under local anesthesia. My experience was flawless from beginning to end! I did not feel any discomfort at all during the procedure! I had been considering having a breast augmentation since i was 19 years old, (I am now 24). But for some reason or another I kept postponing it. After multiple consultations with top rated surgeons in Los Angeles and Orange County, I decided to get my long awaited awake lipo and BBL with Dr. Yovino. It was his and his teams professionalism, his knowledge on the procedure, and the results of his previous cases that confirmed that he was the right doctor for me. He listened carefully to my goals and set very thorough and realistic expectations. I am a size 2-4 asian woman, height 56, weight 125 pounds. I wanted a natural, yet perky and defined butt from BBL to complement a more hourglass figure from abdomen, back and flank lipo. I also decided to remove the buccal fat from my cheeks and did lipo in my chin/jawline to make it more defined and slim. I always thought of myself as skinny fat even though I followed a healthy diet and exercised 4 times a week.Dr. Yovino dedicates his full time and energy to his patients. I went in for surgery in the morning and was out in the afternoon. I was padded up very nicely and securely and the only discomfort I felt was having to stay on my stomach most of the day and while sleeping. I did not take any pain medication, not even advil.After 48 hours, I was able to take off my garments for the first time and I was so pleasantly surprised. There was swelling, but overall my body and face were still slimmer and more shapely thanks to Dr. Yovinos meticulous work. He is very thorough and got a lot of fat out! I cant say enough good things about Ideal Face & Body, specifically Justin. I got chin/neck sculpting (lipo) here and it was excellent from start to finish.I wanted to reduce the chubbiness under my chin. Probably one of those things no one else would see, but it bugged me for years.First, we had a consultation. Dr. Yovino let me know what to expect from the procedure. He gave me a conservative estimate of how the results would go, and let me know all the other options I could use and how effective theyd be in enhancing my profile, in comparison to lipo (we went over Kybella, Venus, chinplants and I think 1 or 2 others) so I could make my own informed decision. (My chin ended up even better than what he predicted, which I was thrilled with of course.) I decided to go with the gold standard, good-old-fashioned lipo. We set my appointment not too far out. He gave me prescriptions to fill before I came back.At my appointment, he and his staff got me lightly sedated -- some Xanax plus laughing gas and I was good to go! They numbed up the fat to be removed (it feels super weird, like youre wearing a collar of your own skin) and then they did the procedure, which I dont remember too much of but it wasnt painful at all, just weird-feeling (I mean, theres a cannula going in and out of your neck so theres no getting around weird sensations).They bandaged up my chin and neck and made sure I was good to go home. Id opted for an Uber to take me home (no driving yourself home under that much sedation!) and one of his staff walked me downstairs to make sure I made it safely inside the Uber. Justin gave me his actual cell phone number and said to check in if I had any questions. On the first day and a few times after that, Dr. Yovino checked in via text to make sure that I was doing okay and had no problems or questions.The first day I took the chin strap off I could not believe how good the results were. Not only was my chin fat bump gone, I had a jawline! It transformed my face immediately. A few months later I got a pixie cut for the first time; something Ive wanted to try out for a while but never dared to with my old profile! :)They scheduled a few in-office checkups with me to make sure everything was going well (and at the 3-month mark they take your after pics :). At one of these appointments, I mentioned that I had noticed a small lump on one side of my chin that was some scar tissue that hadnt healed right. Justin said he could schedule me for a few Venus treatments (skin tightening/collagen producing machine) if I talked to the front desk. I asked how much it would cost and he said...no charge! He really really wants you to be happy with the results. I doubt most surgeons would throw all that in for no additional cost. We scheduled me for 3 of those and by the end of those 3 appointments, it was almost but not quite there. So I got another one (this was very recently) and he said if it still isnt exactly even, we can discuss other options. He was totally cool being as equally perfectionistic as me about my chin!Finally, it was very affordable. I got mine done while they were having a special, but even without the special price its competitive with the other surgeons in town. They also let you sign up for Care Credit which is a credit card for doctor services that allows you to defer interest if you pay within a certain amount of time. There might be another plan too but thats the one I took. Plus, consultation is FREE (as it should be...I got so mad when I would talk to other places and they let me know its $100 just to come in and ask if the procedure would be a good fit for me!).I really cant say enough good things. This procedure has changed my life and self-image for the better, and Dr. Yovino and his staff were professional, friendly and personally attentive the whole way through. Dr. Yovino is a true artist. He has done my chin lipo, my cheek fillers and my lip fillers. His bedside manor is out of this world. Ive never felt more comfortable, sometimes I forget that im having work done because I am so relaxed. My boyfriend is now his patient, after seeing my results he decided he wanted to have work done as well. At this point I dont want any one else enhancing me. Im so tempted to get a BBL, If I do it, Dr. Yovino is the only man for the job! I feel very lucky to have him as my doctor :)

To be quick and to the point: Dr. Yovino was delightful, professional, and informative. I have had Botox injections in the past. He recommended Xeomin which doesnt contain additives that can cause your immune system to developing antibodies to injections. Botox has additives. In short-the injections of Botox could wear off quicker or not work at all. So far the results with Xeomin have been equal to Botox. I also had Voluma injections in cheeks and in creases where aging and weight lose have decreased these areas of volume. Im happy with the results. I will be back for more visits to continue the youthful look that Dr. Yovino has restored upon me. One personal observation: I didnt feel rushed or that Dr. Yovino was in a hurry to inject 20 people that day to stay competitive with the other Beverley Hills plastic surgeons. That alone was worth my visit.
