I cant thank enough Alex Davidov for his assistance in financing my property. He is a gem, one of a kind professional. Great communicator, always answers calls, experienced in real estate, financing. Got me the best rate, proactively communicated with escrow company to insure time lines were met, insured low closing costs. The process was as painless and as efficient as could be. It was the third financing with Alex. I can highly recommend him.

My husband and I had first hand experience with ID Mortgage Broker.The loan officer Alex Davidov was absolutely amazing. I don’t have enough words to describe how easy and efficient was the process of getting a loan. Alex took care of everything. He contacted our real estate agent, our insurance broker our escrow officer. He discussed with them all the details of our transactions, made sure they provided all the necessary documents. Our job was only to sit and wait while he was doing everything. He didn’t lock the interest rate at the first opportunity. Instead, he was closely watching it until it became the most beneficial for us.I can tell much more about our experience, but I don’t want to bore the reader.The main point is that ID Mortgage Broker and Alex personally, are the best of the best.
