I highly recommend iCreative for your computer maintenance, updates, etc. Jonathan was extremely patient with my lack of computer expertise and explained my computer issues and options in an understandable manner. Ive taken my previous computers in for service and either didnt fully understand the issues or felt like the technician was talking to me in another language. The appointment setting and turn around time was excellent. The entire experience was a positive one and I know where Ill go next time I need computer service!

I didnt end up getting my laptop fixed at iCreative because it wouldve been too expensive. I panicked and took it here because the nearby Apple Store didnt have an appointment that same day, but from the get-go, I was out $65 for diagnostics, or to be told my laptops display needed to be replaced -- something I could see for myself. At Apple, they dont charge for diagnostics. Additionally, I ended up spending $300 LESS of what I was quoted at iCreative for the fix at Apple. I understand Apple may have more resources to remain affordable/for speedier repairs, but price is a big factor to consider with our tech. devices. Both iCreative and Apple staff were polite, so not about that.

I had a Scheduled through apple online and they sent me here. I actually preferred this experience over the Genius Bar in the store. Brian was a wonder and went above and beyond the problem solving as well as just sincere kindness. The store is also beautiful and clean and have accessories for your computer as well. I will be going directly to them from now on. I don’t live local and had to drive over an hour each way as I live by Joshua Tree and the professionalism made it worth it. Thank you!

I moved here after living in NYC for 26 years where I had trusted tech guys I worked with over those years... and I was worried that I wouldnt find a new, reliable, trustworthy tech company here. BUT I did! iCreative is a professional outfit and is an Apple Authorized service provider. Brian at iCreative was specifically who I worked with and he put me at ease with my MacBook Pro and explained what was going on and when the parts would arrive and etc. I got text updates and notification when my laptop was ready. Candi helped me when I picked up my computer and she has all the best qualities you hope for in customer service. I am so grateful for iCreative and their excellent team and techs.

I had an amazing experience with Jonathan. He made the process very seamless, especially since iCreative was the only apple certified repair store in Southern California. I would highly recommend iCreative for any repairs, purchasing and selling. His purchase value for items is higher than Gazelle.

This place seriously rocks. My trackpad on my old MacBook wasnt working. The Apple store diagnosed it but they dont do hardware repairs on computers as old as mine. They said a third party could replace the pad and suggested that iCreative was nearby. I went there, they put in a refurbished one and in 30 minutes I was as good as new. Five serious stars here!

ICreative was amazing! I found them and I told them I was having battery issues but could not be without my Mac for longer than a day because I use it in my business and home. They identified the part I needed, ordered it and called when it arrived in a few days. I dropped my Mac off at 8 and had it back by 1 PM! My second hand iMAC was not worth the cost to repair. However, the 35$ fee to find this out was far more economical than the exorbitant Best alternative, given Apple is closed for COVID. The store was well staffed, pleasant, and the technician provided regular updates via email and text. I felt like they knew what they were doing, and they were striving for a positive customer experience. Id gladly take my electornica back to them for service and repair when/if the need arises.

My Iphone decided to break during the CA Covid-19 lock down. While I was busy being stressed out, the team was cool and calm. Once my apple repair request went in, I decided to give them a call as I was driving over 100 miles during the apocalypse to see them. Even though it was a weekend and the shop was closed (a Sunday to be exact) Jonathan got back to me and helped coordinate my screen replacement to closure. What had the opportunity to be a nightmare was turned into a 5 star experience with Jonathan and his team. I highly recommend using this place to help with your issue, they are fast and extremely professional. I really lucked out with this shop.
