We have been doing business with iCRco since 2010, it was great at the beginning, until recently.... as their supplier, unfortunately they do not pay us on time ( not the first time we have to email them every 2 weeks to reminder the overdue invoices). No one reply our email reminders, nothing...Oh, wait, .... we received an envelop with a cheque just now... BUT...the cheque came WITHOUT authorized signature on it....Its hard for me to write a review like this, but I have to. I dont believe a business treat their suppliers this way could have a great outcome in other way.

We purchased a new unit back in April 2020. We have had nothing but issues. The lack of communication between the reps, tech support & CEO Scott is extremely frustrating. We have spent countless hours on the phone with tech support. It was recommended we purchase a $1,200.00 grid to fix the image quality with no prevail. We were told to completely remove the grid and keep in mind they are asking me and my staff to make these changes (we are not certified in X-ray equipment repair.) When an update was made to software problems were not resolved.Currently multiple steps have to be completed in-order to achieve a somewhat Quality image. Although requisition time is faster with the new unit all the other steps have drastically slowed down the processing of a patient. I have reached out to Scott the so called CEO via email and have not received a response. I would absolutely not recommend iCRco.

We recently lost our 4 year old ICRCO unit/sensor to a power surge. ICRCO representative Brian Dunleavy handled all communications with our insurance company and due to his diligence, we received full replacement costs. Unbelievable!We liked our past unit so much, we stayed with ICRCO. Their product is fantastic. Images are ready in seconds and can be adjusted on the computer screen (included with unit) in too many ways to mention them all.Installed by a local X-ray company in a couple of hours. They told us this product is very low maintenance, great quality - and costs thousands less than comparable units.I fully recommend the ICRCO product and a special thanks to Mr. Dunleavy.

Brian at ICRco is amazing, has great integrity, and follows up which we have really appreciated. When he found out out our local dealer was NOT doing his job he has taken the measures to resolve the issue and work on our behalf. Paula is also, a very kind, workable, and person of integrity. Been using ICRCO for the last 7 years. Recently forced by the company to upgrade our server for $3k and $1k for support. Since that time, over 3 months, we have had nothing but issues. They initially sent our server to the wrong address, twice, and when we finally did get it, they didnt include the dongle to allow for proper installation. After finally getting the dongle, it has been multiple additional issues with server not connecting correctly, the AET sends not working, Clarity PACS not allowing us to send or export our films, and interfacing with PostureRay not working correctly. Over and over ICRCO support has no answers for us, or an answer that only works for a few days. I even had to pay my own IT guys $3K to deal with the issues and the problems continue which have horrible effects on the proper running of our business and patient care. Once again, waiting on ICRCO tech support again because we cannot send films. Stay away.
