What a great experience.. immediately I felt welcomed and felt the love! Kendrick right away gave us all the good info… Taylor was just lovely, posted up in the cut she was willing to answer any and all questions for us… Adrian sealed the deal… gave us the best possible price and hooked us up!! The store is closed permanently, but the notice says by the door closed for renovation, I drove 40 min to get to this place just to find out its closed, I was told by the neighborhood store you closed permanently. The dispensary should update business hours on Google business and online website to avoid people confusion and time wasting and driving.

Who doesn’t like Ice Kream? I mean really. This place does not disappoint. Quick checkin, parking (the lot is one way ps) the shop is slick and clean.A smiling budtender was there too help us figure out where we could browse, where to find prices on the menu, and even took our order. After a few a counter service called our name with our order and we paid. Cash or debit for a 5$ fee. Quick and easy.Selection of flower was maybe 25 different strains and the rest seemed to be coming along. Prices are normal though my tax was like 30$ but still got outta there just over a hundred for a quarter. No FTD is my only minus- though they give you a joint if you text a number. ✌🏽

Theyve got great weed of their own that doesnt fall short on quality, but their selection is pretty small. Theyve got a great sized shop and yet they only use less than half of it. They have a special where a good review gets you a 1g joint for a penny, hence all the 5 star reviews. My first review of this place was on the spot as well. Good shop, they just need to stock and expand their choices

This place is great. The employees are real helpful and knowledgeable. You have access to all items so you can read package information without wondering what things are when they are in a glass case. Edibles are amazing, most are very potent even though they are 100mg. The downside is that they charge tax.

Deceitful, Wrong, Rude, and Thieving.Im never coming back here.Deceitful - They asked for my phone number, but did not disclose why until I pressed them for this info: to send you promo messages. No thank you.Also, their posted prices are not what they charge you (see Thieving section).Wrong - Mixed messages on pricing and discounts throughout the entire process. First-timers is either 5 or 10%. (its 10%).When I went to pick up my order it was double the cost I estimated. Turns out they were trying to sell me a tincture (double the price) instead of the other item I tried to buy.Rude - When I pointed this out to the cashier, he threw a micro-aggressive attitude at me thats why i check. No you didnt. I checked.I didnt have enough cash to cover the full order. So I had to send one back. The cashier threw mad shade and guilt at me for doing that.Thieving - I paid cash and they did not give me my change back! They didnt even offer.I debated putting in a tip, but they already helped themselves to my change.Also, it wasnt until I looked at my receipt that I noticed they charged me $2 over the labeled price.OTHER NOTES:Debit cards is a $5 fee PLUS a rounding up of your total.Early Bird special - 10% off from 8am to 10am.The product is similar to what ive seen elsewhere. There is nothing special compelling me to return here. NOTHING.

I love this place! The prices are competitive; they have specials every day of the week, and are giving additional discounts for pick up and delivery since Corona Virus. The selection is varied and quality. But what really makes this place stand out is the staff. Their staff is awesome, always incredibly friendly and willing to help out anyway they can! V different from other dispensaries in the same area (cough, sweet flower..) Keep it up, Urban Trees, you set a the standard!
