Just got my car back from the IC Details and WOW!! It looks amazing!!!I interviewed a handful of detailers because I was concerned about trusting anyone with my car. My black paint was oxidizing and it was looking really bad for only being 6 years old. Ivan met with me, explained the process, and provided recommendations. We went with paint-correction and the five year ceramic coating. Perfect transaction from start to finish. We are very impressed with Ivan and the services from IC Details! We are definitely taking our new cars to him in the future for ceramic coats to protect them.

Ivan, the owner, was always responsive and flexible since we were working around the weather. I left the car to be detailed while I was at work. His crew member, Miguel, called me when he arrived,?right on time. He was very professional and did everything I asked. My old car looked great when they were done. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Took my Subaru Crosstrek in that was very dirty inside and out and they made it look brand new! Even the engine bay was spotless. Highly recommended!!

I highly recommend I.C. Details for their fantastic car care. The person who regularly maintains my Subaru Outback decided to apply a produce to the hood of the car that destroyed the finish with swirling scratches that would not rub out. I thought it was permanently ruined, but Ivan at I.C. Detail came to the house and performed his magic and was able to leave my car looking like I had just driven it off the showroom floor. Ivan was on time, communicated what to expect throughout our contact, was reliable, honest and hardworking. While he was here we decided to have him wax our other car.because we were so impressed with his work. The price charged was reasonable and well earned. We will definitely become a return customer and again highly recommend this car detailing service. Thanks Ivan. J

We recently purchased our 30 year old VW van with dirt and stains from the 6 previous owners. Yuck! Ivan and his team at IC Details did an awesome job detailing the interior of our van. The entire experience was great. Ivan responded quickly to my questions and providing us with a quote. The drop off and pick up process was easy. They even provided updates and videos during the detailing. We will definitely use their services in the future. Up next…exterior detailing.

I have used a few auto detailers in my day, from brick and mortar car washes to backyard amateurs but I think these guys are the absolute best so far. Had been promising my love that I would get her car cleaned (6 months? 8? That’s like two weeks in honeydew time, right?) and I don’t even know how I stumbled on these guys but I am super grateful that I did. On time, very professional, worked diligently for five hours or so in the end result was fantastic! Five stars/would recommend

Ive been going to Ivan for my cars detailing needs for over a year now. Competitively priced and great customer service.My first car received the gold ceramic coating package. It was black and had major imperfections, swirls, and water spots. He was able to paint correct and remove it all, and it came out amazing; mirror finish!I went to Ivan for maintenance washes as well and I always got compliments on how I managed to keep it so clean, and referred them to Ivan and Miguel.I recently got another coating, gold package as well, and was just as satisfied as I was the first time. He even let me store it at his shop since I had no access to a garage and the weather was bad and needed time for the coat to cure.No plans to get another car coated, but I do plan on getting the ceramic coating re-done in a few years, as well as washes, and will go nowhere else but here.

The quality of the exterior detailing work was nothing short of impressive. The paint had lost its shine and developed a dull look. However, the team did an excellent job removing the oxidation from my vehicle’s exterior. Additionally, the team restored the headlights to their former clarity, significantly improving visibility. Overall, it was a noticeable transformation that made a positive difference in both the aesthetics and functionality of my car.

Previous to getting a ceramic coating I was very skeptical as to what would be the outcome. However, Ivan made sure I understood every single type of service they offer by explaining with reasoning and examples. So I decided to get the 7-10 year ceramic coating.When my car was ready for pick up, Ivan made sure again I understood how to keep my ceramic in good condition, not only by giving me precise instruction but also giving me the tools necessary. My car looks AMAZING, SHINY and its SUPER EASY to wash.He was recommended to me and I totally recommend him to anybody else. Ivan is a busy guy but still manages to check up on me and his service in case there are any questions or concerns.

I got a full interior clean with Ivan and his work was amazing!! My car has never been detailed before and I have a dog so you can imagine the horror lol, but now my car is sparkly clean and i would recommend IC Details 10/10. was on average if not higher average of cost but only due to the pet hair

With working during the day the last thing I have time to do is wash my car. I’m glad I was able to find I. C. Details to help with this issue. They are able to come to my house which is super convenient. Aside from the convenience, they do an excellent job detailing my car and keep it looking brand new. Miguel and Ivan do an excellent job and are experts to say the least. They also stand by their work. If they make a mistake they fix it no questions asked. 5 out of 5 stars well deserved.

Ivan, the owner is very helpful when it comes to answering questions. He makes sure you are getting the correct package for your needs. After the service is done he goes around the vehicle with you to go over what was done. The first time I took my car with them I got a clay and seal treatment and I love it because my car is white and it had a bunch of red dots on the paint. They have a monthly package which I love because it keeps my car always nice and clean!! I plan on getting PPF on my car soon since that’s something they offer as well!

Ivan has been detailing our cars for years now! He is very knowledgeable with his tools and services, he has removed swirls and oxidation, stains, water spots, you name it! from our vehicles. He has professionally shampooed our cars interiors, cleaned our engines, and has gone above & beyond our expectations! Mobile detailing with a quick call or text right away! I really really like the owner of this place, beginning of my transaction was ehh, but the owner def did all he could to make sure I walked away happy, above and beyond actually .-gave me a car to use while mine was worked on-gave me some Matts when mine were trash-quick responses regarding my vehicleAll around I could say I would refer Ivan’s services, I’ve used them a couple times and I’m happy !*i recommend Ivan sepcifically, he pays a lot of attention to detail and does a great job*

Very disappointed with IC Details. Attempted to make an appointment twice and both times our detailer failed to communicate effectively. I spent 40 minutes driving out to Salinas on a Tuesday, to the address listed on the website (this turned out to be the detailers personal address), before calling the detailer and him sharing that the listed website was not at the correct location. Not to worry though, because he was not at the correct location either despite it being the time of my service. Once on location, he said it would be a five hour job and he no longer had the time to do it, and offered to reschedule the service until Thursday. After all of this, he shared that he was surprised I was in Salinas and said he was on his way to Monterey because he was going to come to me—this was the first time he communicated this. Even if he made it to Monterey though, he would’ve arrived at 10AM versus the appointment time of 9AM. Fast forward to our “rescheduled” appointment for Thursday at 9AM. At 9:28AM my wife texted if the detailer was on his way and he sent a text saying he was sick and couldn’t make it. The fact it was 28 minutes past our appointment time and it took initiation on our part is incredibly unprofessional. We never received a service from IC Details, but the true lack of professionalism, responsibility, timeliness, and communication has deterred us from every making an appointment with this company again.

Extraordinary. Truly I heard about this shop from a friend and recommended for me to go check them out, so I did. Yesterday evening, down in Salinas lovely landscape came in for a body wash as well as the vacuuming because I haven’t done so in a long time and staff was very friendly very informative I was very pleased truly an amazing experience also while I waited there was businesses near by around the area overall 10 out of 10 experience.
