2012-08-22 23:34:51So our companys internet went down, and we needed help ASAP otherwise wed have to shutdown and send employees home for the day.I contacted IBOTA and spoke to Roland Lewis who was able to come immediately and troubleshoot our problem. He already had a packaged schedule, but given the ugency of our case, he managed to squeeze in time and come to our officer to fix the problem.Very professional and down to earth. IMO his business should be called iHero because he was the hero of the day!

I have had them work on several emergencies and they have always rushed out to fix the problem.I recommend them highly. Great company. Great prices. Great people.
