I brought in an iPhone that had been given to me that had been dropped on the street and ran over by a car. I wasn’t sure if it could be fixed. Phillip the technician assured me that the phone was fine and just needed a new screen. The price to fix it was extremely reasonable, $100. He fixed it while I was there and it works great now

Phillip was fast and helped get my laptop working again! I thought $50 was reasonable for the time he spent with me. He explained the issue and assured me that I didnt need to replace it yet...phew! Phillip also guided me on getting fully backedup via OneDrive in case it breaks down for good.

January 6, 2024 Saturday on my way from San Diego to San Francisco I called the shop 20 min before they close at 3 PM I needed my iphone 11 promax fixed asap and luckily Phillip answered the phone I asked if I could still come to the shop at Green st Pasadena and fix my broken screen. He stated he is almost done for the day but he will be willing to wait for me few minutes past 3PM. I got there just in time. He was super nice and accomodating. He assured me he can work on it right away and I can wait. However I asked if I could leave it and pick it up in a couple of hours since I am visiting my family in temple city. He called me around 5 but I couldn’t make it and so he gave me an address to pick it up at another branch in East Pasadena. He actually waited until past 7 PM until I get to the shop it was way past his working hours. I finally got my phone and whola! It was perfect! The workmanship was outstanding as if it was brand new again. I got my iphone 11 promax working with no problem. This is Stupendous customer service the kind that you would love to get especially when your phone os that important to you and this shop I repair It Fast Pasadena is truly, positively and definitely the BEST place to go to. GO HERE!!! DO NOT GO TO THE APPLE STORE!!! My iphone 13 had somehow been damaged by water (the screen turned green) after only a couple of seconds in shallow water, and the apple store told me that my only option was to buy a new phone. Instead, I was recommended this store by a friend. The second I walked into the store, two enthusiastic men, Phillip and Paulo, greeted me. They gave me a free consultation and even gave me (and my girlfriend who happened to show up with me) a free screen protector along with putting a new screen on my phone for just $130, fixing my problem on the spot. Don’t go to the apple store, these guys are the best.

My IPhone XsMax suddenly started restarting and then was stuck in a loop just showing me the black screen with the apple logo. I made an appointment with the Apple Store ( after 2 days that was the most recent I could get) when I went to the Apple Store I stayed there for almost an hour, 3 “Apple Guinnesses” could not figure out what was wrong with the phone !!.I went to irepairitfast and from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out of the door with the phone working again (LESS THAN 20 MINUTES). Totally recommend the place and ask for Phillip 👍

My MacBook Pro has been languishing for a new screen for weeks now, and today the guy (Phillip) tells me “I can’t dedicate all my time to it, I’m busy.” I see, so at what point am I to expect it will get done? Phillip walked me through my best options in fixing my smashed screen, which was a difficult case. I trusted him completely and he repaired it right on site in less than 20 minutes! LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I went here to get my iPhone 8 Plus screen fixed. Miguel helped me and replaced my screen. He said it would take an hour but it only took 30 minutes. He was so nice and professional. It costs $75 and it looks great!! He even put on a screen protector. Parking was free and I got a parking spot right in front of the store. I love my new iPhone screen so much. It looks like a brand new iPhone now. I am so happy with my new screen!! 10 out of 10 recommend.

Was told repair would take 2 hours. Called back after 4 hours and they hadnt even started the repair but told me it would be done shortly. Gave them another hour and dropped in to find that it was still be worked just minutes before closing. After paying I was handed my phone with glue residue all over it. The replaced screen works but my experience here was disorganized and unprofessional.

This place is awesome, i took my Samsung Note 10 to this place because the fpc connector of the wireless charging coil came loose from the motherboard and it needed a micro-soldering, and this guys were able to fix it in 30 mins, and they did a high quality job, and the price is very affordable. And the staff is very friendly, Ill be taking more phones in the future.

I took my iPhone 12 Pro Max to get the screen replaced and picked it up 3 days later and the guy that helped me didn’t have it ready so told me to be back later- I went back and waited for about an hour which was not a problem for me since he was the only one repairing phones (i completely understand)I waited patiently. They were also closed for the day but he finished my phone and also gave me a huge discount for taking longer than was expected. I’m grateful he got my phone working and I’m very satisfied with this place.

Came in to try to fix a very old iPhone. Charging port died. They very quickly replaced it, but unfortunately, after the repair, the haptic motor, speaker and mic died. These phones are not meant to last, and the repair did fix my charging port making the phone still usable, despite the other parts going out. It was time for a new phone. They gave me a refund for the trouble.

My experience with the repair shops was never a good one until i came to I Repair it Fast shop. Before i used to be so unsatisfied with the work quality, or the repairing time. This is the best place to repair your phone or MacBook. I went to Apple store at the Genius Bar to repair my iPhone X, i had to replace rear glass and Apple store wanted to charge me half price of new device because they don’t fix that! I took my iPhone 7 to them today as I had a damaged screen which rendered my phone useless. They were able to quickly assess the problem, provide a proposed solution and get my phone fixed all in less than an hour!!! I am a very satisfied customer and will be coming back to these guys for all of my iPhone/iPad and computer repair needs in the future. Their prices are very reasonable too - I was able to get my repair, a tethered glass cover for my iPhone to protect against future damage. You cant beat that! My phone is now better than new and I experienced minimal downtime. I highly recommend these guys.

Came in to get the back of my iPhone 12 Pro Max fixed. Armen told me it would take an hour to fix; however, it ended up taking over 4 hours to get my iPhone back. He fed me the excuse that it wasn’t his fault and that another customer took up a lot of his time (excuses are Armand theme). When I finally got it back, the flash was no longer working and the main camera lens fell off. He tried to replace the camera lens within 20 minutes, and once I got it back the lens was dirty causing the photos to come out blurry.Brought it back the next day around 2:00 pm to get the flash and lens fixed. Armen told me it would be ready to be picked up by 4:00 pm. However, I came back at 4:00 and it was still not ready. He asked I I could please give me another 30 minutes, so I waited outside and walked in 30 minutes later, and the phone was still not fixed. He again fed me another excuse how it wasn’t his fault and a customer took up his time blah blah blah. He then told me to come back at 7:45 am the next morning promising me the fix would take less than 20 minutes.Came back the next morning and he didn’t even arrive until around 8:15 am, handed him my phone and he assured me it would be fixed in 20 minutes. I told him I had a meeting at 9:00 am, and he handed me my phone back at 8:50 am. Not only was the flash still broken and camera lens blurry and not fixed, but now the power button stopped working and the top right of the screen was broken. I was very upset and asked for the owners phone number.I Spoke with Sam (the owner) and told him what had happened. He told me he would talk to Armen and call me back. Didn’t hear from him the rest of the day, and decided to give him a call the next day, but he didn’t answer the phone nor return my call. Called him four days later, the phone rang twice and then he sent me to voicemail.Ended up having to go through Verizon to replace my phone, and the amount of damage that this business did to my phone forced me to upgrade to the 14 pro.AVOID THIS SHOP LIKE THE PLAGUE. Armen has terrible time management, makes consistent excuses for his poor time management, does not take ownership for his mistakes, is unreliable and doesn’t know what he’s doing when it comes to fixing phones. Sam has terrible customer service and will not return your calls. Again, AVOID THIS SHOP. Take your business somewhere else where they can actually do the job and provide good customer service.

This shop does awesome repairs and also provides superlative customer service. The guy who runs this shop is a legit whiz. I have been here a few times and he has fixed every iPhone issue I have ever had and done so quickly for a reasonable price. This is my go-to iPhone repair shop. I would highly recommend anyone go here for repairs instead of the Apple Store (which has basically become the new DMV). This is a legit 5 star place.

It was great to know that this place was in my area. I brought in a laptop to be reconfigured, and they did a great job... Works perfectly. I brought in an iPad a little bit later, that after I installed a new update... the update screwed up and froze the the iPad. They fixed it, no problem and no charge! Have had great experience and great success with their work and their staff. Highly recommend this location for all your technology needs.

Very helpful - quick repair - and easy to-get-to location - I cracked the glass on my iPhone SE screen, and had attempted to fix it myself with a replacement kit, but found it to be a hassle dealing with many tiny pieces and magnetic small screws that would attach to anything metal on the inside of the phone. Because the pieces are so small, one piece got lost as I was working on it. I Repair It Fast had the piece I needed at no additional charge, and I was able to get in-and-out in about 10-15 minutes. Felt the servicing cost was very reasonable. Would go back in the future.

These guys are amazing! My computer wouldnt start. They close at 7pm. I got there at 645pm and asked them how long it would take? They said they would do it right then and there since they new I needed it done urgently.I had the power supply replaced 2 years ago from another repair shop. They charged me over $200. These guys charged me $150 and gave me the 5 year warranty that came with it! Apparently the previous place used some cheap power supply.I cant recommend them enough! Life savers!!!!

I got my MacBook Air repaired here, cheapest price in whole Los Angeles area, paid 379$ when apple store asked me to pay 600$+ other shops 575$. Left it for 2 hours and boom like ew device, I was amazed, even apple told me 5-7 days to fix it. I also replaced my screen on iPhone 7 Plus because it was replaced before with aftermarket and here I was able to get an original screen for great price! Love this place!

Apparently the employees logged in and left themselves a 5 star Google Review on my behalf, using my google profile. You can tell from the broken English: Very great service, my iPad mini 3 screen was cracked and wasnt charging. I bring to them with one issue and they fix both. Also prices are very comparable. Very satisfied!If you are so desperate for good reviews, maybe just do a good job and ask politely? Impersonating a customer sounds like a felony.

I found I Repair it Fast walking on the street. I just went inside to ask the price for replacing the LCD of my MacBook Pro 13”. It seemed to be reasonable, after calling few other shops.So I came back with my laptop, 2 days after. The whole process took one day.I picked it up after work and I am super satisfied. I got my iPhone 6 Plus repaired here. I thought it will be as always, a long process requiring a lot of time and money: First to make the appointment, then to go to the shop, to leave the device, to wait for few hours, to come back and pay at least $100. But not in this case. Lucky me! BTW, a very important thing, there is no appointments required for such a service. Yay! So, Sergio repaired the device in front of me, in only 10 MINUTES! This is WOW! I mean, first of all, I never saw how theyre repairing stuff and secondly, I was amazed to see the screen ready so fast. I cracked my iPhone 7 during my trip to LA. Because I needed to be fixed ASAP, in order to make some photos here, I called few shops to get an estimation. I Repair it Fast gave me the best price ($119) and it was done in only 15 minutes. Their competitors charge much more for glass replacement. I was really lucky because they didn’t waste my precious time. Also, I found there some nice accessories. Sergio explained to me that a good case and a tempered glass will save my phone from cracking it again, so I bought a case designed to protect the corners of my cell phone. Thank you, guys.

I am totally upset with those new smartphones. Just a bad move and I shatter the screen immediately. I started to think this is the curse of my life. Every 2 months something is happening and I need a new repair. Of course, I’m in love with iPhones, but they are the financial hell for me. So, I was looking for a service in Los Angeles. I just moved here and a friend of mine recommended this place. He said the technician is savvy and fast. I drove 7 miles just to have the screen properly replaced. This is the best repair shop ever, I was in Apple store trying to get my iPhone 6s fixed with charging problem and not turning on in the end. They said that i need a new iPhone because they don’t fix this problem and if i want the same device i need to pay 350$ and no data recovered! I was amazed how fast my iPhone SE was repaired. Many shops require to make an appointment and then you have to live without your phone at least 3 hours. Sergiu replaced the screen in 12 minutes. I live in Burbank, but it was worth to drive 20 min to their location. Also Sergio recovered my data from a flash drive. He charged me less than in other 4 places that I went. Now I can trust only I Repair it Fast, because they do their best. It seems like they have a lot of experience in this field, also Sergio is doing repairs no one else can do. I came here right away after my iPhone fell out of my hands when I was trying to get in the car. I know, it sounds stupid, but sh**t happens. Well, I wanted it to be repaired quickly and I was really lucky to a have a brand new screen in less than 15 minutes. Sergiu repaired my cellphone in front of me. Actually it was quite interesting. You think it’s easy, because some people like Sergio do it in 15 minutes, but it’s not. I barely understood what happened there, but the result is amazing, my iPhone is working perfectly. Sergio was great. He put a temporary new screen on my iPhone 5c which was busted to see what the issue with not being able to connect to a cell tower was about. He worked out the problem after about 1 hour and outlined the cost to fix it and that it was better to buy a new phone. In the meantime he backed up my data which I could no longer access as the screen was busted and helped restore it on my new phone afterwards. All done quickly and efficiently.

WOW!!! They mean it when they say they repair it fast! I called right before the gym and headed over after a quick shower and it was almost 6:30pm! They close at 7.30 but I called while looking for parking, and he ran out and took my phone and fixed it while I looked for parking and when I walked over...my phone was not only finished, but he was charging it and had also added a screen protector (tempered glass) on my screen! My iPhone XS got a shower and the screen started to flicker until it didn’t work.Called apple care and complained about their product which should be water proof, but they didn’t care and kept repeating that my phone was out of warranty. I just stopped in to have my iPhone charging port replaced. I would never have known if it was simply a dust problem or actually needed replacement, but within in three minutes of coming into the store, I was told that the phone port was fine and only needed cleaning -- NO CHARGE and its charging reliably. Scam! Scam! Scam! We brought my sons gaming tower in last week for repair to Arman. He told us he replaced the power source. My son was surprised that the power source is damaged because he replaced the power source 3 months ago. We asked Arman for the damaged part because it has a 5 years warranty. Arman said he cant find it and will deliver the part to our home tomorrow. Arman never called us. My son compared the serial number of the power source and it has the same number on our power source box. We called Arman and he told us he replaced the components inside the power source. Liar!!!! Thats not how its done!!! We want a refund and want to speak with the owner. Arman said the owner is on vacation until Wednesday. Hopefully, the owner of this shop see this posting, contact me, and make this right. We have been coming to this shop for years and this is our first time dealing with Arman. This situation is so wrong in so many levels. Beware people!!!!

Best iPhone repair shop in town, for sure! I went here to change the rear camera of my device. It cracked recently and I couldn’t take pictures anymore. Actually, even if I am not a big fan of selfies and I don’t take a lot of pictures, my life wasn’t complete without my camera.  Well, Sergio was very friendly, and the price for the camera replacement was also reasonable. My computers fan has been running pretty loud recently, so I wanted to bring it in and have it checked out. I did not expect to get yelled at for doing so. They were literally screaming at me because I didnt update my computer recently, but the problems existed for years. Didnt listen to anything I had to say, and had absolutely no interest in helping. Even continued shouting at me as I was leaving. Absolutely ridiculous, Ive never had such a horrible experience at a store before.EDIT: The response is totally BS. I have to say Sergio is very knowledgeable in both Mac and Computer repairs. I came here desperate. I leave nearby, working remotely, so basically my Mac is my main tool. I have all my life and all my projects here. I never backed up the most important information and Yesterday, I couldn’t anymore turn my computer on. I thought it was the very end. Sergiu has been working with all kinds of electronic devices for 10 years, so feel free to come to him for all kinds of device help. He saved my iphone 6s+ with all my data still on it! My phone was stuck in a reboot loop and stuck at the black screen that said to restore my phone with itunes. Sergiu found out there were 2 things wrong with my phone.First of all it turns out my phone had (what smells like) teriyaki sauce on the inside of the phone causing strange problems. I have no idea how it got there, but Sergiu was able to clean it up.SECONDLY. He found that the screen that was on my iPhone was a fake, which is why the screen went haywire. He knew this because it doesnt look the same, and the craftsmanship was really bad, apparently the place did not put in the same factory screws back into the iPhone when they repaired it. (For context, months before my phone went haywire I had replaced my cracked screen at some iPhone repair place that said it was a OEM screen in orange county, but apparently lied.)Sergiu repaired my iPhone very fast in probably 1 to 1 1/2 hours since he had to try to update my phone, clean out the water damage and replace the outside screen. Amazing service and the price is very reasonable. I think in total for all the repairs it came to about $177 dollars for everything he had to do to help me.Definitely suggest this place over the Apple Store for repairs, he is way more knowledgeable than the Pasadena Apple Store. I took my phone to the genius bar first, and they said they can only try to fix it by deleting all my data and restoring the device and if it didnt work they of course suggested I buy a new phone.Will be recommending this place to all my friends and family :)

They replaced the battery on my iPhone 6 in January. Now, as of March 20, it no longer holds a charge more than six hours. When I called the tech to tell him about this problem, he said that the battery might be defective or the problem is that I leave it plugged in overnight. According to PC magazine, it is a myth that leaving the phone plugged in overnight is a problem. Yesterday the screen on my phone cracked spontaneously. One reason stated on the Internet is that this can be because when the battery discharges too much It can expand and overheat. Now my phone isn’t worth fixing. I really can’t trust this business.

The man with the ponytail is extremely volatile and dangerous. He broke a glass screen protector in my boyfriends face while in a rage and proceeded to follow him out of the store, telling him to meet him there after work so he can beat him up. All of this stems from a disagreement over a phone that he did not even work on. Hes not the owner, just a regular employee. Sam, the business owner, had already worked out a reasonable compromise to the situation over the phone and ponytail guy flipped out because he disagreed. So my main FX Workstation had a meltdown and due to the non standard hardware it was acutally a little difficult to find someone who would even touch it. So when I dropped it off I was a little skeptical because it looked like they specialized more in iphone and laptop repair, and I had a server board with a 20 core dual Xeon with 256 GB of RAM. It turns out that I had a burned out motherboard and possibly a damaged CPU. Although it took a little while to get the parts in and repair the machine, I am happy to report that it is now functioning beautifully. I have been running a lot of fire and explosion simulations to stress test the machine and it is operating error/crash free and well within heat thresholds. In addition, the charges were very reasonable considering the amount of time they must have spent troubleshooting the beast. So a big thanks to everyone over at I Repair It Fast.

This dude is a life saver! I jumped into the pool with my iPhone in my pocket and then it wouldn’t turn on. Well, let’s begin with the fact that you wont find a lot of repair shops ready to repair your Samsung Galaxy S6. Well, I found the place through Google. Enough good reviews tho. It seemed like the guy deals also with Samsung devices.I went to the shop.
