Not sure why the ratings are low . My family has been coming here for so many years. Staff is attentive and gets you seen as soon as they can. Today like most days, they saw us and got us checked in, seen by the doctor all in 35 minutes! Thanks guys

I opened the door at accelerated urgent care in Wildomar, saw the walls and seats full of people, not once did the two ladies even look up and acknowledge. I turned around, went back to my car, called icare urgentcare to ask if they accept walks, sure enough! We verified if my insurance was accepted and was advised to come over. I flew, safely! Nice greet, considering I was feeling well, got seen & out within an hour. Staff and Doctor were very cordial and explanatory.Love their plants! I am 100% better.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My wife went to the doctor and he said that the prescription would be sent to the pharmacy, but he not only didnt send the prescription but he didnt even write the name of the prescription into her paperwork. So, when we called then next day asking for the fax to be resent to the pharmacy they had no record of the prescription and the doctor was out so she had to go 2 days without her prescription. Beyond incompetent!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to I Care today expecting to wait hours and deal with lots of rushed people. I had a very positive experience, the women at the front desk were pleasant, friendly and efficient. My lab work was done promptly and Clinton gave me clear concise information in a calm caring manner. I will definitely return to this office if I have the need and highly recommend them. I took my one year old for a fever and rash. PA saw us for less than 5 mins and misdiagnosed him saying it was an ear infection and prescribed an antibiotic. Today, I took my child for his one year check up and his pediatrician said my son’s ears are perfect. No signs of infection whatsoever. The pediatrician was furious for the misdiagnosis and said to stop the medication immediately. Very unfortunate that the PAs are not well trained and equipped. We will not be returning to this facility.

I went today because my son had a sore throat, the blonde woman at the front desk tells me to wait outside in the car line. I go outside and there is a nurse apparently talking to a woman in the car in front of me. So I wait for my turn right behind this car. She goes inside and the car leave, I wait for another 45 minutes that makes a total of 1 hour so I called because NOONE WAS COMING outside. At the phone she told me I had to check in at the front desk, so I explained no one told me I had to call to check in. She wanted me to check in and wait for another hour until my son can be seen. Horrible!! n UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I told her please check me in 45 minutes ago when I first came… She says SHE CANT BREAK PROTOCOL!!!! Ridiculous!!! The car behind me being treated before me

I love this particular urgent care. The front desk staff are phenomenal. I’ve used this urgent care as they know what they are doing and are efficient. Yesterday evening I had to bring my son in for an injury. From the start to the end, all the staff was excellent in their communication and were totally thorough. We had Courtney assist us and she was so attentive to my son and made the process smooth and easy. I really appreciate all the staff at I-Care Urgent Care. Thank you!

I took my 96 year old Mom here yesterday for a hip x-ray, and the entire staff, Doctor, x-ray technician and all assistants were WONDERFUL !! My Mom cant walk or stand, only carry and lift her, they all did such a great job getting her in X-ray table, so gentle and professional, they really cared and took the time for her. They went above and beyond and helped me get her back in my car since I was alone. They are all Exceptional !! The Best care and treatment Ive ever had and seen. I Thank you All with all my heart. Great job to All !! I extremely recommend this Urgent Care.

First time at this urgent care and had a quick, friendly, professional experience. I brought my teenager in for a sports physical and was in and out in 30 minutes. It was $40 cash which was reasonable compared to another urgent care that wanted to charge me $65 for the same service. Will be going back when needed as long as they accept my insurance.

I slammed the car door on my left thumb. I thought it might get better a day later and when it didnt I immediately looked online to see if i-Care Urgent Care was open on Sunday. Thankfully they were and they took me in right away. Dr. Agudelo was the medical doctor who examined and treated my injury. Alvin took my x-rays and they were absolutely the best. I strongly recommend i-Care Urgent Care to anyone who needs help. I love going here when I need to because they treat me like Im family.

Nice front staff however misdiagnosed- Born did not help me and would not listen to my concerns of years getting this every year. I had to go to another more reputable urgent care (after getting wrong meds)where my voice mattered so now I’m back to square one. Five days out which could have two had Born listened. By the way - your “warm saltwater analogy?” Ludicrous thanks to my family physician and current PA - both of which said was an outlandish fallacy. I would seek further training - obviously you’re not quite ready for that position.

I have used ICare urgent care several times since I moved to Murrieta 12 years ago. I was very sick and sometimes fearful at these appointments. Everyone I have ever come in contact with during my appointments were kind, patient and caring. Since Covid I have used the drive thru testing site 2 times. It makes it easy when your sick to sit in your car while they to you. In less than an hour I had my covid test, vitals taken and met with a doctor. I was diagnosed and my prescriptions were called into my pharmacy. Thank you so much for the excellent and compassionate care I received. I appreciate you🙏❤️🙏Debra Schanck

I went to Icare for the first time last Saturday. I want to comment on how nice everyone was. From the receptionist, to the medical tech, to the doctor. Best experience I’ve had at an Urgent care. This is THE only place to go! I have been coming for 4 years. This time around, they quite literally saved my dads life!Scripps nurse sent him to urgent care, the Dr here at iCare listened and sent him to the ER because he needed more tests than they could do on-site. He even wrote an ER referral indicating what tests he wanted done. The ER docs seemed like they might have dismissed my dads symptoms as new severe diabetes. But when I showed them the iCare doc’s referral requesting an abdominal scan, they agreed to do it. That scan found pancreatic cancer that might have gone unnoticed. Because of the iCare’s team, we get possibly a year instead of weeks or months. You guys are once again, complete rockstars!

The doctors that I saw were great! They were professional and friendly. However, the front office staff were not. They sat there gossiping about patients who called in. The attitude of the intake woman was that of someone who did not want to be there at all. And she was on her phone going through her social media. Definitely won’t be going back. Which is unfortunate because I wanted to give five stars but the gatekeepers is what is stopping me from doing so.

I was here have an injury looked at. my primary was unavailable. The Doctor indicated that Id need the X-ray for the HMO process before an MRI is even an option. I was told i would be provided a CD and could just bring it to my primary. the X-ray was not ready the day of my visit so I had to leave without it. Today I found out they will not give me a copy of X-ray unless I now pay an extra fee. If I was told about the fee I would of declined.when i asked about the charge the person who answered the phone was rude, and unwilling to even get to the bottom of the situation. refused to transfer me to the doctor that helped me or even transfer me to their voice mail.Update: My doctor cant even use the XRays they sold me. If they do this to you, report it to your insurance provider!My provider is going after them for the additional cost and filling a compliant with the state medical board on my behalf.

Took all my boys here for a sports physical. Wait time was nearly nothing and service was great. Waited at another urgent care clinic for over an hour just to tell us they couldn’t see us so i called i-care and they told me to just come by and within 15 mins of the call we were called back. I got there 45 minutes before they closed and i called ahead i was told they had xray available i get there and wow when i refused to put on my mask due to my medical condition all of the sudden the xray is out until morning. Called ahead of time they seemed nice.Front desk was kinda rude. I had one more signature to write she made me go sit down to do it (with a hurt foot) Didnt give me my ID I had to ask for that back ALSO. I asked for an itemized list so I could submit to my insurance trust fund. She said I would get one from the nurse.I got a statement of what happened. I went back to the desk and asked for a copy of the itemized list because my trust fund will not use the debit receipt. She said they dont do that they give a note with codes. It had No codes just that I had a hurt foot.Not happy and you can hear the ladies talk about you from inside the patient room. They also store a lot of sanitary stuff in the bathroom thats not just for prego tests and urine tests.. so not really sure how I feel about that. The roof also has multiple leaks so seems as though they are just there to take money and not provide any care. I was told I should probably see an orthopedic specialist because shes not sure what Im complaining about.Well when a suburban rolls over your foot and ankle..... things hurt.

Very unprofessional and unorganized office staff. I call and spoke to this office and ask specifically Do you do casts for arms. I’m told yes and come anytime. I call again later and confirm some additional information which I include the statement my son will be coming in for a cast. I send my son the next morning to go get a cast for his broken arm. He is there two hours, fills out all their paper work with his non writing hand, they take my payment which I spend 20 minutes on hold waiting to provide them, then he is told the person that does casts isn’t there. They had plenty of opportunities to mention no one was available this day to give my son a cast and they didn’t until he drives down there and fills out paperwork and is in their office for 2 hours…So now he has wasted an entire day and can’t be seen now by another provider until the next day. Very disappointed and do not recommend this establishment.

I pulled up to get a covid test and they said I needed an appointment and could not be seen for 3 days. My brother who was with me calling at the same time was able to get his test. It makes absolutely no sense. They came out and tested him but wouldnt see me. Neither of us had appointments, why tell me no and him yes?

Ok, so I get here and a small crowd is in the waiting room (9:30AM). Figured at least 2 hours. From the front desk clerk to the treating physician everyone had the perfect attitude. Quick, smooth, to the point.From the time I checked in to time I picked my prescription across town was an hour and half. Experience was excellent.

I was very disappointed with my experience here the other night. The nurses and doctor REALLY need to work on their bedside manner. As I sat in the room, patiently waiting my results for a couple tests that they were running in house, I could over hear them in the hallway training one of the nurses with my case. Well, ladies, its a very small clinic, and it was not loud. I heard all of my results from the hallway, which means everyone else in the clinic most likely did as well. Then to proceed with my experience here, the doctor and staff had completely forgot about me. Locked the doors, and I finally had to come out of the room and ask if someone was going to tell me those results. While the two girls obviously looked stunned when they realized I WAS STILL IN THE ROOM and the no one had spoken to me about ANYTHING. The doctor then came up to me in the hallway and said Well, youre not pregnant, so I dont know whats wrong with you. Very professional sir... You should all work on your bedside manner and also your client communications because I will never come back to a clinic that belittles me and forgets about me.

I arrived signed up and was told I had a balance. I was sure I had previously payed the balance. The receptionist at the counter said there was no record of me paying so I said I would look for the receipt because I always save them somewhere and said I am sure it’s at home. I sat to wait thinking I was signed up to get care. People came after me and they were all called in. I got up to ask her if I was going to be seen any time soon. She said, “Oh I thought you were waiting for the receipt I can’t sign you up to be seen unless you pay the balance.” What! It would have been nice to know that I wasn’t going to be attended unless the balance was paid. I’ve never been denied medical care before because I had a balance. She assumed I knew that and that something was happening while I sat waiting for over 20 minutes. She assumed I knew that they were not going to give me medical care because...I’m a mind reader. I was upset and told her that next time this happens please don’t assume the person knows! Communicate this to them! Horrible front desk customer service.

This is a horrible urgent care, I do not recommend it at all. I visited them with feeling dizzy and shortness of breathe, they had me wait 1 hr and a half while I seen the doctor eating lunch. Than after having me repeat my symptoms to 2 people I see him and he asks, as I tell him he keeps cutting me off going “yea, yea” than goes to say I cant do anything here. You should go to the ER.. after the fact of making me wait all this time feeling horrible oh and taking my 125 dollars. They really “care”

Really embarrassed me by speaking loudly about the issue in front of other patients. She told us we can just go somewhere else next time. Dr. Vyas, in roughly 45 seconds and with a single look, decided that he wouldnt be able to help me or give me any information about what was wrong with my ear. Immediately after, bringing three of his coworkers in to look at it for educational purposes (not without plenty of audible laughter before bringing them in) and sending me to a different medical center. Unless you like feeling like an animal at a zoo, dont bring your problems here.

Staff at front desk was friendly and professional on the phone and also when we arrived. My wife and kids were seen within 15-20min after signing in and we were back in the exam room for about 20min. This was the first urgent care that I had been to that treated patients very well and was urgent in treating you. Will continue to visit this facility.

I cut my finger pretty deep and thought I would have to go to the ER. I called i-Care to see if they do stitches, and they informed me that they did, so I went in. I was very well taken care of. They numbed my finger, cleaned it real good, and stitched it up quickly and painlessly. They were very freindly, and knew what they where doing. I highly recommend them.

Front office personnel are rude and lack communication skills.I called prior to going into the urgent care in which I provided detailed information pertaining to my situation. Once in the facility, the receptionist was short, abrupt and rude. Everything the person stated on the phone was all denied by the receptionist. Please don’t waste your time going to this awful place-it’s no wonder why it’s empty.

I hate giving 1 star, because everyone is so nice, the facilty is clean and the wait isnt long at all, but I have been misdiagnosed twice in the past month and unfortunately I will not be going back. I know its an urgent care, but for some reason, something always happens on the weekend. Last month I went in for a productive cough,congestion, pleuritic chest pain, and a fever ...Im an ER nurse, so I thought it was something viral so of course I waited. I went to a different urgent care at first, and placed on antibiotics for bronchitis as they didnt have an xray machine. 4 days later, I wasnt improving so i went to I care. I do smoke on occasion. Very rare, but I will socially at times. I put that in the chart. I feel that the physician that saw me labeled me as chronic pack a day smoker so everything was related to that. He almost didnt to the xray, but I insisted so he ordered it. He said it was fine and I probably had bronchitis told me to keep taking my current antibiotic. 3 days later, Im worse. I could hardly get out of bed, my muscles were weak and I had no energy. My husband drove me to Torrance where we moved from and took me to the ER. I was admitted for 4 days, septic, with pneumonia. My second visit was this past Sunday. I had some ear pain that started the day before. Ive never had an ear infection, but figured that had to be it. Again, everyone was friendly and I got seen quickly. I was told my ear looked fine it was probably some fluid to take mucinex and some benadryl. Tuesday, my ear was so bad, and now my hearing was gone so I made an appointment with an ENT and audiologist which I saw today. The ENT is livid. I have a raging ear infection, and do have hearing loss. He placed me on antibiotics for 14 days. I then have to follow up in 3 weeks to see if my hearing is improving. I dont know if I just happen to have bad luck or what, but I definitely wont be wasting my time or money anymore. Ill definitely wait to see my doctors from now on, even if I have to wait.

I brought my 2 year old here for pink eye. Its not rocket science and I call ahead to make sure they saw kids this young. The nurse practitioner was awful. My toddler was scared of her looking on her ears and when my kid tried to walk away the Np grabbed her arm and held her with my kid thrashing. Told her thats not going to work and she needed to let her sit in my lap. I HATED her. The tech prior to her was friggin awesome and brought stickers and coloring books to keep my daughter entertained during our 45 minute wait in the treatment room. Just be aware bringing kids here. Their providers have no clue how to interact with peds.

I dont have insurance and I got 22 staples in my leg with a bad deep cut. Cost was $225 and return in 10 day to get then removed for a additional $100. I feel that very fair and they did excellent job. Very appreciative. And another point with this covid situation, it was a monday lunch time and no one at all in waiting room. I was nervous it would be crowded.

Dr Chang and his team of professionals really went out of their way to help me with a bad back injury and helped me save money by finding a local place to get a CT scan rather than going to the hospital which charges double for scans. Plus they got me an appointment the same day. Dr Chang explained in detail the results from the test and gave me advice on how to treat my injury as well as prescribe the right meds. This was in March this year and I just kept forgetting to thank you I-Care team. I really appreciate all of you. Keep doing what you do and welcome to the neighborhood!

Quick, attentive, helpful, and efficient! This is the first year my husband and I needed to buy an independent insurance plan. As most of you know, insurance plans are very expensive. We decided on a plan that would allow my family and I to choose or better yet, to be extremely picky when deciding on a doctor because we are paying for the option to do so. With that in mind, we have visited (decided on) icare twice. Each visit superseded our expectations. The office staff are friendly, the doctors are quick, attentive and conservative with their medical decisions. With complete trust we will continue to refer our friends and family to icare!!

Terrible place. PA that saw my husband gave us about 3 minutes of his time. Phoned in an RX that negatively affects a drug that controls A-Fib for the heart. We provided a complete list of medicines that he takes so apparently the PA never looked at the list or had education on drug interactions. Two pharmacists at CVS consulted with me when I went to pick it up. Could have been a very dangerous drug. The front office was very dirty with hard dirty chairs that were plastic and had cracks in them. The treatment rooms were also dusty and not clean. I would never go back there. They usually on have a PA to look at the patients and no Doctor at the office.

Absolutely the worst experience in doctors office ever!!!!! I got taken back quick enough but the PA not even a real DR does my check up and says well run a swab test. Takes over 30 for the guy to come in and I could here the PA talking outside and I ask her if someone is going to come in? She says the guy that is doing it was doing some x-rays. But only after 2 minutes a girl nurse came in and gave me some ibuprofen, I guess shes incapable of doing a simple swab test. Then the manager comes in to explain that its a team effort and since the other was already asked to do the swab you just have to wait until hes able to do it. I have seen anything like that in my life. I guess its the new common core way of thinking when 1 person cant ever do 2 things!!! Also they dont even have 1 single real doctor on site let alone seeing patients! Go to a real doctors office!!!!!!

The service was nothing to complain about we were in and out pretty quickly for an urgent care, but be a cash patient, cash payment for a visit is $100.00, this urgent care is in network with my UHC Insurance and my bill was $117.92...so not worth having insurance. Save your $17.92 for lunch. :)

Its unfortunate, but this place seems to have gone down. Or maybe they are focusing on things other than illness. They ARE very clean and you get in fairly quickly if it isnt crowded. But I have presented there twice in the last year with flu-like symptoms. Both random times they were out of flu kits!?! How are you out of flu kits as an Urgent Care?The first time I went, they were hesitant to prescribe me tamiflu (because they were out of kits and couldnt verify the flu) and I left without anything but the suggestion of rest and fluids. I called later that night when my temperature spiked over 102, and then they gave me the script, but by that time any open pharmacy was out of tamiflu. I was down with the flu (vomiting and high fever) for at least a week.This time again I went early enough to hopefully get tamiflu if I had the flu, but again they were out of kits. So, the PA didnt prescribe me tamiflu because she said it wont help you if you dont have the flu, and you arent presenting with flu symptoms, your fever isnt high enough. Well, every time I have gone there their thermometer reads 99.something for me. Then I go home with chills and bodyaches and MY thermometer reads in the 100s+. And of course fevers come and go. So, despite me saying I was in INTENSE discomfort, with body aches and I had swollen glands, etc., the PA stated she didnt think I had the flu. Without kits, there was no way to verify or dispute. I asked if they would please take a strep culture. They do not have the rapid strep kits almost every doctor has had for 20 years or so. So now, three days later, Ive gotten worse, have no voice, cant sleep at night for coughing and continued sore throat, and Im still waiting for results on their antiquated strep kit results.I avoid flu shots because I have an autoimmune disease, maybe Ill get it next year, having caught it two years in a row now. But thats irrelevant to their care.I give them 2 stars because in the past I had good experiences, but that was with a broken toe and an infection in my foot, not actual illness. Its unfortunate because they are very close to my house and I want to be able to use them with confidence. Im going elsewhere next time Im sick.

I had a stomach flu that persisted for over 10 days. My 1st visit they took my vitals, did nothing, told me I was fine, & wrote me a note to go back to work to go back to work the next day.Went to work. Was not fine. Symptoms worsened.2nd visit they took my vitals, did nothing again, told me I was “probably fine”, BUT I could go to the er “if I was scared”.Good thing I went to the ER because I had a pneumonia.Instead of going here; make some paper planes with your money, & throw em off a bridge somewhere.

Very judgemental staff completely unwilling to help me out based off what I needed and was recommended by an ER to do. Definitely unwilling to help out if there’s any discrepancies and make you wait around claiming their “manager is on lunch” and wouldn’t give me a time when they would be back. Will be disputing their charges. This place is somewhere to go if you have a cold at best.

I work in a hospital and I can’t turn away patients because it’s flu season and I’ve been busy all day. Must be nice. Too bad my insurance makes me go there, otherwise I would be never set foot in that place again. Period.

Pick any other urgent care possible in Murrieta. No point in going to this one. The receptionists were nice, but the doctors are terrible. The only thing they care about is getting you out the door as quickly as possible. Going to this urgent care will only ensure you are going to waste your time and money. Highly disappointed. I will never go back to this place.

I’ve come here twice under two insurances I was directed to this location via my insurance website both times and both times I was turned down because they don’t accept the insurance even though both times with two separate insurances, I got the information through the insurance website. Not sure why they are advertising themselves to these insurance companies if they are turning customers down in the door.

I am in the medical field and when i have dark yellow phlegm i know i have an infection. Apparently there doctor didnt seem to think so (no culture) and didnt prescribe anything. So i spend a second $75 copay went someplace else where they ran a culture and guess what i have an upper respiratory infection. Dont waste your time with this place and i will be contacting the California Board of Physicians.

Place should have a one star. Took my 2 year old after 3 days of fever. They said just a viral infection. Got second opinion 2 days later, come to find out double ear infection and strep throat. How do these people sleep at night? Or where did they get certified? Playing operation game? What a joke Ill never go there again.
