My beautiful little car is dead. so the other day I called the Hyundai dealership in Vacaville to cancel a part I ordered because I dont need it anymore, I told him why I didnt need it anymore like two or three different employees their reaction or lack of reaction surprise me because last Friday my engine threw a rod went down the bottom of the engine through the oil pan the engine is gone I dont have the money for a new engine you would have thought as I told the different employees why I needed to cancel they would reacted like Im so sorry what happened but its like they pretended they didnt hear me say why I cancel the part that I threw a rod I tell mycoworkers or friends theyll have the same reaction oh sorry to hear that you know like its a loss like hes lost a child you know like that the employees at the Hyundai dealership expressed no such thing its like they pretend they didnt hear it but it was a little surprised at that its not that they were rude or anything but they express no sympathy didnt ask any question or what happened you would think they would because its one of their cars but the three different employees all have the same reaction or lack of.

Had a great buying experience here! I came from three hours away and had a difficult schedule, but Alejandro was able to accommodate me and even helped pick me up. This is the first time purchasing a Hyundai and the car buying experience was great. This is also the first time I wasn’t pressured to purchase a bunch of extra stuff while buying a car. Great dealership and staff!

Sure! Let me put you on hold for a few minutes and never come back...This Location is pretty incompetent. I brought my car to have it serviced a few times and yes, they did a decent job. But when it comes to getting somebody on the phone... Good luck! And when you do get somebody on the phone, they put you on hold for 20 minutes. Until you finally hang up and call back. They give you an attitude. Customer service center is probably the worst in this area. Dont know if its Hyundai dealerships or what but I never received excellent customer service from Hyundai Dealership. Almost to a point where I just want to get rid of my vehicle and never come back. They say theyll get back to you and they never do They seem like they dont want to work. They have even told me for my popped tire to go to a tire store instead of going through them. Even though its covered through warranty. Im at my wits end with this location. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

I started a new lease in February of this year. When I picked up the new lease I returned the previous lease, which was completely paid off. Hyundai of Vacaville has yet to return the vehicle (which is causing my credit scores to change) and is currently giving me and Hyundai Finance the runaround. They have not returned my calls, and if I do not hear from them soon I will take legal actions. Their ineptitude in the processes and procedures to return leases in a timely manner is concerning to say the least.

I am not one to write reviews but my experience yesterday is what brought me to do so. I found a 2023 Hyundai Elantra listed for $19,790 with only just over 2,000 miles and I was over the moon. Had great customer service over the phone when calling to ask if I could come check it out. Living in Newark, my family meeting me who live in Manteca, were willing to make the drive because it was such a steal! Garrett (sales man at this location) knew the distance we were driving, just how excited I was, was great! This review is not against him as he was just doing his job. When talking about the car before paperwork, he offered a protection package but when talking to my Dad, it was decided that I was going to decline the offer. Now, paperwork time. Garrett offers the protection package in the amount of $1,800 and I then tell him Im going to decline. Garrett follows by saying its already on the car and its going to be an additional charge no matter my decision. Long story short, my family and I made the long drive for nothing as I was not going to purchase a car that was falsely advertised nor by a dealership that did a bait & switch on me. Again, Garrett was just doing his job but how the dealership listed the Elantra and handled this situation, unprofessional and I do not recommend going here for these very reasons as you just may be wasting your time and be surprised by an offer that really isnt an offer - more like pushed on you.

Vacaville Hyundai has the absolute worst customer service ever. They had my vehicle for 2 1/2 weeks and I was never given a car as a loaner while they fixed my vehicle. Bryan and Christian never returned phone calls even after I filed a report with Corporate Office. They were refusing to fix my car even though it was under warranty. After several calls, I finally got my car fixed. Valerie from Corporate Office was no help either. Don’t waste your money buying a car with Vacaville Hyundai. Go spend your money somewhere else.
