I had a wonderful experience leasing my new Hyundai Tucson Limited Hybrid from this dealership. From my first contact online, through telephone conversations and emails before arriving at the dealer, both Henry my salesperson and Michael the Internet Director were professional, transparent with the pricing and discounts, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. They did not pressure me in any way to buy a particular car, and answered all of my questions honestly and thoroughly. Finance Manager JV was equally helpful and professional. I am very happy with the deal I got on my new car, and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Hyundai or Genesis. Great experience at Hyundai of San Bruno! I didn’t even know they had a location at Tanforan Mall. We had been interested for some time in an Ionic 5 and finally decided to take the plunge. Our sales person Doug did a fantastic job of walking us through all the details of the sales and bent over backwards to make the numbers work for us. His patience and attention to detail were very much appreciated. He walked us through all the features of our new car and even invited us back a week later to answer any questions we had after we had a chance to drive the car around for a while. JV was also a real treat in walking us through the all the forms and signatures in a thoughtful and entertaining way. 5 Stars all around! I’ll be recommending them to anyone interested in buying a car in the future!!

Fantastic experience here thanks to Doug. He could not have been a more helpful, honest, and transparent salesperson — a combination that’s super hard to find! We weren’t able to find a car that 100% fit the bill, and Doug was honest enough with us to suggest looking at other dealers when it started looking like Hyundai San Bruno wouldn’t be able to beat one specific other deal we were seeing. It was so much more important to Doug that we found a car we loved, even if it wasn’t bought from him, than it was to buy a car from Hyundai SB. I recently purchased a Hyundai IONIQ 5 from CardinaleWay Hyundai of San Bruno. While the initial buying process was satisfactory, my post-purchase experience has been nothing short of disappointing and unprofessional.After completing a customer satisfaction survey, I received a hostile and accusatory message from one of the salespeople, who accused me of lying on the survey and claimed that I had screwed them over. This kind of unprofessional conduct is unacceptable, especially after making such a significant purchase.In response to this disturbing interaction, I reached out to both Hyundai Corporate and the General Manager of the dealership to report the hostile treatment. Given the severity of the issue, I expected an immediate response, but disappointingly, I have yet to hear back from either party.This experience starkly contrasts with the dealership’s stated commitment to developing outstanding relationships where everybody wins. According to their website, they prioritize building long-lasting relationships with their customers and ensuring that everybody wins. Unfortunately, my experience suggests otherwise.The dealership emphasizes their dedication to knowing their product well, listening, caring, and understanding their customers needs to foster trust and satisfaction. However, my recent interactions indicate a significant gap between these promises and the actual customer service provided.For a dealership that prides itself on helping customers find the right car, it is crucial to maintain professionalism and respect throughout the entire customer journey. My encounter with the salesperson and the subsequent lack of response from the management have made me seriously reconsider any future business with this dealership and even with Hyundai as a brand. It also makes alternatives like Tesla, which avoid the dealership model entirely, much more appealing.

Great price and great experience working with Kevan Smedt at Cardinale Way Hyundai of San Bruno.Hyundai of San Bruno had the color Palisade we wanted, and matched the out-the-door price wed gotten elsewhere with a different color. My wife and I visited several Bay Area Hyundai dealers and this was by far our favorite. Joel, one of the managers, called before our appointment to check if we were still coming and offered to have beverages waiting for us. Henry, the sales rep who helped us, was very courteous and super helpful the whole time we were there. He even offered to charge the battery for the ev I was driving, which was very helpful since it was near empty and could not make it home.The dealership is in a temporary location but my wife and I were impressed with the size, the car inventory available, the lounge they set up to relax and watch tv, and the free drinks they offered. It was by far the best customer service we received all day and happily drove home in a new car!

Its been almost a week since we had picked up IQ5 Limited. Unlike other dealerships, San Bruno Hyundai/Genesis is located in the mall (old Sears building) which is a little unique to other dealerships. Sabatian was our salesperson when I inquired about the car over the phone, he was transparent about the price and availability of the vehicle. Weve decided to stop by to take a look and while we were there we made the offer on IQ5 Limited. Unfortunately, we couldnt come to an agreement but the following Saturday morning Sabatian/General manager Moose called and we came to an agreement. I recently purchased an ionic 6 from this dealership. nick was the sales rep assigned to me, and he was super helpful. even when it came down to price negotiations he was very upfront and honest about what was possible, which helped move this dreaded step in the process forward.the only issue i ran into was that to my surprise, the next day when i got in the car i realized i didnt have any floor mats. i texted nick and he was super responsive. they had to order them because they were not in stock (for whatever odd reason), and he personally drove them into my office in SF to drop them off, which saved me a ton of time by avoiding south bay traffic.overall a really good experience.

They will leave you hanging around for weeks without any kind of update of your vehicle. When you call them back on their phone line they refuse to answer their phone in the service department. They will send all calls to their voicemail and not call you back without any update. This is very unprofessional for their service department to be doing this. My car was dropped off without appointment for service back on 4/16/24 now they have refused to call me back with the update.

It took quite a while to go through the process, but Nikki was very helpful throughout with whatever questions I had and worked with me on the budget I was trying to hit. She even grabbed the parking badge I forgot in the car I traded in and gave it back to me when I came back for it.I appreciated Nikkis no-nonsense straightforward but friendly approach to the transaction. There were some sales techniques sprinkled in by the managers I spoke to, but thats part of selling something like a car -- I didnt mind that. In the end, working with Nikki made it all a better experience. She also provided me with some direct support with setting up the vehicle afterward, which I also really appreciate.The overall dealership experience is interesting -- definitely not usual for a car dealership to be in a mall. Kind of cool, though, and it looks like the new building thats being built will be neat. The front desk wasnt staffed either of the times I showed up, but you can just walk over to someone further in and the team members were happy to help me find my way.

From reading previous reviews I am shocked that I was actually able to get service on the phone. When I was able to make an appointment with them for a service on my car I didnt have my vin available. The service advisor told me to call back to give the vin to verify the repair. I have been calling for weeks now and I am never able to get through. I hit the operator number for this Hyundai location and the operator said that is the norm for them. I wasnt able to even leave a voicemail for the service provider because the voicemail is full. The operator took my name and phone number down and said someone would get back to me. I have done the name and phone number routine a bunch of times and no one has ever gotten back to me. I just called and the girl that was the front desk operator told me to just come in person to talk to the service team. Told her it would be an inconvenience on my part to drive down because someone cant answer the phone and she just said sorry thats the only way you would be able to talk to them.long story short due to the lack of basic communication, I would never buy a car here let alone a service contract with them. The service team definitely is a reflection on their dealership and probably the car buying experience.

TLDR summary: this dealer claims to sell at MSRP but charges for dealer add on accessories and is unethical in use of factory rebates.Went in this morning ready to purchase a Tucson. Their website advertises MSRP but doesn’t mention every car has $4k in added dealer accessories (ceramic coating, lojack, nitrogen-filled tires, and door edge guards).I told the salesperson I wanted to pay only MSRP and didn’t want any of these ads ons. I asked about rebates and financing promos. The salesperson confirmed there was a 0% offer but he was opaque about any rebates.After some negotiation, his manager took off the $600 for nitrogen and some of the door guard cost, but it was till nearly $2k over msrp. I told the salesperson I was prepared to purchase if they could omit the entire cost of the door guards. He came back with a $500 rebate which I realized was a factory rebate that could have been applied all along.Not only was the dealer withholding the $500 factory rebate, they were using it to appear they had lowered the price when in fact it doesn’t lower their profit or cost at all.I was upset and pointed out that I had asked about rebates at the start and they hadn’t disclosed this and we’re now using it in negotiation. The salesperson said he doesn’t always have all the information and is just a product specialist.This dealer’s practices are extremely unethical and misleading. I do not recommend this dealership at all.EDIT: after leaving San Bruno Hyundai, we purchased the same model Tucson from Vallejo Hyundai at MSRP, with the manufacturers $500 rebate and 0% financing for 36 months. San Bruno Hyundai lost this sale due to their sales tactics.EDIT 2: I forgot to mention that in exchange for the $500 rebate (which was supposed to taken off the car regardless), the dealer said that they would offer the rebate if I agreed to write a positive online review. So be weary of any five-star reviews here on Google.

Dhruv was our sales person and he was friendly and patient as we test drove the car twice to get reassured on some issues. Addendum 5/3/24:Hilarious. Thought I’d give this place a second chance, friend wants an EV and with the government giveaways I’m considering one too. That’s two potential sales.Walked in and tried to check out all their EVs and hybrids, no rhyme or reason or indicator of what is what here. Have to peer through heavily tinted windows and seek out the MPG to have a sense of drivetrain.Walked the entire place for 20 minutes and literally nobody even said hello or asked if they could help or point me to the vehicles I’m interested in seeing. Found a few flyers on a manned desk where again nobody even said hello. It’s like a parallel universe where they aren’t even selling cars here, maybe a back office for an insurance company or something?The ones I did find had interiors that look like they were designed by a manic Elon Musk after a bad trip watching Star Trek. Really kinda ugly, lots of plastic “chrome” and straight lines, dashboards look like a 1980s CD boombox. Grandmaster Flash!! And colors from the part of the crayon box reserved for eating.I’m less interested in esthetics than value and reliability and comfort. Sat in a couple and weren’t that bad, weren’t that fantastic either. The feel of handles was cheap, lots of wiggle on the main door handles reminds me of 1970s American car fit and finish. All the stickers had an additional “dealer” sticker bumping the price up another $5,000 for luxuries like carpets. And don’t forget that True Coat!!It’s a lonely trip here, nobody wants your money and has me longing for the days of Sears employees trying to get your business for a fridge. My experience of Hyundai through driving my friend’s Velostar and dealing with their constant recalls and dumb engineering decisions isn’t great (“let’s save $5 on a key chip, who would ever think of spending 30 seconds to steal our cars?”).So good news is their sales floor is just as absent as service here. Consistency is a virtue. Probably going with a couple Toyotas or even a Chevy, or even stop so low as a Volkswagen if we take the plunge. Hyundai San Bruno is apparently an exclusive club where we don’t know the handshake.Original post:Can’t speak to the Sales Department, but the Service Department seems to be a complete train wreck. Watched someone get a very simple recall task done here. 45 minute wait to give them the keys for the reservation. 3 hours wait after giving keys, and no notification car was done. Oil changes are probably a multi-day affair. There’s also an issue where the Service Department damaged my friend’s car months ago, and though they admitted it at the time personnel changed— my friend has spent 1/4 of a year repeatedly trying to get them to fix the damage. Service Manager just ghosts her. Unbelievable.Based on service, I would avoid ever buying a Hyundai/Kia here, much less having it serviced here.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. It was all smooth when I bought the car brand new from this dealership. Now my car ran into a check engine light (code indicates engine coolant system problem) less than 2000 miles in!!!. I am almost 3 weeks in and my car is still not fully diagnosed by the dealership. At this point, I am stuck without a car for 3 weeks and will continue on for months. They are refusing to provide my a loaner of reimbursement until the car is fully diagnosed. The problem is when the car will be fully diagnosed will remain a giant mystery it could be months. We all have lives, we study, we work, and we have other things to do that require a car. From this experience, it is making me have a regrettable experience. Honestly, please know how to take care of your customers and not just know how to sell cars.

I go to have it fixed and Im told its a fuel injector issue which shouldnt take long to fix. I purchased a car from here, The sleasy salesman Fady sold me the LoJack security system and said can get it set up on the car today when purchased. Bought the car that day and then after signing all the paperwork, they said the person to install the LoJack is out and would have to come back a different day. And my car ended up getting stolen and when I asked for the refund for the LoJack payment back because I didn’t have that service installed. They said they can’t help me since when I purchased the vehicle they put the charge for the LoJack under paint and interior premier, they couldn’t refund me because it doesn’t look like I ever purchased it. I’ve called over 50 times, then eventually they said they will refund me but then after they just lied and stopped helping me and just ignore all my calls. Save yourself from the stress and don’t buy your car from here!!! Once you buy the car and they already took your money, they will switch up and never help you again. Literally any other dealership is better than this one, I honestly don’t know how they haven’t got shut down yet.

As a customer, I feel harassed as they are legally required to provide me with the smog certificate and they are not doing so despite numerous follow ups. A service advisor approaches me and tells me there’s no receptionist today and that’ll she be back Monday so I need to call back Monday. I said well all I’m trying to do is reschedule my appointment, it’s a relatively simple task, if you ask me. Well he couldn’t accommodate and told me that I needed to check with the parts department if they even have my tire in-stock. Me, flabbergasted, wasn’t told that. I recently bought a new 2023 Ioniq 5 Limited from San Bruno and discovered some problems on delivery (minor dents to the rear tailgate resulting from delivery and/or unpacking problems). Initially, this was handled very poorly by the service department which resulted in long delays and poor communication. However, I contacted Raj Vishwakarma at the dealership who, along with Irving Macias in the service department, worked together quickly to resolve the issues and did so in a very responsive and professional manner. It was delightful working with them. This dealership has an appealing Hyundai and Genesis car inventory displayed elegantly. I was referred by a friend to contact Sebastian Morales from sales, with whom I had very open and meaningful conversations. I reckon he got me from the get-go, and his humility and positive attitude drew me into paying him a visit even when I was getting the same car from another dealership through dealer swaps. At the dealership, I was able to work out a decent deal given the macroeconomic conditions and the massive supply-demand gap that is going on in the auto industry, which makes buying a car for first-time non-immigrant buyers very challenging. To be fair, the negotiations took the form of a traditional cat-and-mouse game with a bunch of unnecessary back-and-forth and drama that took hours.However, I was thoroughly satisfied with Sebastians attitude and courteousness and walked away with a broad smile. A big shout out to Roberto Martinez, the Finance Manager, for literally burning the midnight oil to get the paperwork done and for honoring my request to back out of the extended maintenance contract that I initially bought without thinking it through. Brought my car here Friday 5/5/23 after getting it back from being stolen, recovered, and repaired. Hyundai is pushing a software update for the ongoing thefts that are happening with their vehicles. Supposedly an engine immobilizer or something. I picked it up 5/6 and my car was again stolen today 5/8/23. Called to attempt to speak with someone and explain my situation find out why the software update didnt work and find out about a tracker in my vehicle. The person who answered the phone (said her name is Brandy) was less than kind about the whole situation. I explained to her my car was stolen and she asked me if I wanted to make an appointment. When I asked if she understood what I said she transferred my call without telling me to a non-working number. I then called back about 5 times before she answered because everytime I called she transferred me to the same non-working number. I kindly explained to her that she was being rude and asked for compassion as my Hyundai has been stolen, yet again after their failed software update. If you have a Hyundai you should really look into if its the kind that is being targeted consider selling or something because this company is offering nothing to us but rude employees and wasted time as a thanks for purchasing their vehicles.

During the negotiation phase, we were repeatedly told that there were four add ons that have been installed and cannot be removed. The add ons were LoJack, 3M door guard, nitrogen filled tires and paint & interior premier. We settled on the price, msrp + $1500 for the add ons, completed the contract and received the vehicle. After a month, we inquired about the LoJack and how to set it up. Conveniently, we were told that we did not purchase the LoJack add on after we were repeatedly told they could not remove it and it would be beneficial for us to buy it as it would lower but insurance premiums. The salesperson who sold me the car stopped answering my calls. After making over 15 calls to the dealership, they are now asking me to bring the car back for a software update in order for it to be activated. I highly suspect that the LoJack has not been installed.Overall, I would not recommend Hyundai of San Bruno to anyone, as their poor customer service have left me feeling frustrated.

Their website doesn’t want to reveal the actual price they offer, so I called, and let them know that I’d like to get an idea of the pricing before I could visit the dealership, since I live across the Bay. The guy literally told me over the phone that I shouldn’t waste my time or his. He made sure that I clearly heard I didn’t deserve his time.There is a reason that the rating of this dealership is sub-4. Be aware.

CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! Im looking into filling a class action lawsuit. Iv owned 30 plus cars 6 being new and this is the worst car buying experience iv had. This dealership is committing fraud. They advertised cars being sold at msrp and then add on LoJack ceramic coating 3m door guards but dont actually install them.I told them I did not want any of that but they say its already installed on car.l called LoJack and it was never installed. When you read your contact after they print it out it says you dont have the purchase the extra stuff. But when Moose and Deon sold us the car we did not have a choice because they said it was already installed. So about a month after them not answering the phone and lies. They said they had to install the LoJack and ceramic coating etc. And they came to my house and got my purchased car gave me a loaner. When the guy drove the loaner to me and back he got multiple Toll and bridge violations and San Bruno told fast pass that we were driving the loaner even though it wasnt us it was there driver. Oh and also charged us $2200 for LoJack even though the sticker said $1595 we paid $53k for a car with an msrp of $37k WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Great customer service. My product specialist Raj, was very helpful throughout the entire process. He did everything possible to make sure that I have what I wanted in the car and the entire process. I saw the car first on a Sunday and he was willing to hold the car for me till Friday when I eventually completed everything. First and foremost, this is a huge hyundai/Genesis dealership compare to other dealerships Ive been to in my life. Im relocating from New york and was in need of a vehicle. Ive done some research and was shopping for specific models of the vehicle. When I arrived, I wasnt very pleased initially with some staffs but sales manager Amar (might spelled his named wrong) made it all better by introducing sales associate Suraj. (Remember that name!!!)Experience with Suraj was superb. From the get-go I explained what I was looking for and which type of vehicles I was interested in. He then showed the options that was available on the inventory list. We saw few vehicles from the show room and on the lot. Short time after, we found the right vehicle I was looking for.Now the dredding part of the process in any vehicle purchases, Negotiating..This is where most people hate dealing with the dealership but I didnt have any problems. Suraj already knew my needs and spoke with the sales manager Amar (hope I didnt butcher his name again) and was able to get to the final number. The process wouldve taken little bit quicker but was on the phone with the insurance company for about an hour dealing with the issues I had since I still have things in NY.I cant wait til the day to pick up my first car in California. I hope to enjoy the car for the duration here and dont have issues with the current state menace.Thank you Suraj and Amar you made this experience very painless and pleasant (besides the insurance part). Do not bring your vehicle here for service under ANY circumstances.They will take an already weeks-long repair and stretch it out for months. They are impossible to communicate with; their phone system is a labyrinth of offsite representatives and full voicemail boxes. If you attempt to follow up on a previous repair they rendered, they will be unhelpful at best and try to upsell you on work that doesnt need to be done.This business is a running joke in my life and, it would seem, many others. Take your car to Richmond and spare yourself an immense amount of grief.

Would rate zero if possible. We purchased a used Santa Fe in November, 2022. Hands down the worst car purchase experience of my life. Issues we experienced:1) The vehicle was advertised for a price it could not be purchased for. Multiple add ons were installed that we were told could not be uninstalled and that we would have to pay for. One of these was a LoJack device.2) Vehicle had 1/4 tank of gas when we purchased it.3) The windshield wiper arms (not the blades) were installed on the wrong side of the vehicle, making them ineffective.4) When we had the oil changed, we discovered that the oil and coolant were overfilled by ~25%. This can damage the car and cause injury.5) The LoJack device was not registered properly and, after six months of outreach to Hyundai of San Bruno, is still not working.6) They wont return emails. They wont return calls. The two in-person appointments weve had they were either 30+ minutes late for or did not show up at all.

Actually giving this review for 5 stars! My husband and I came here hoping to trade in our 2014 hyundai for a brand new car. Travis came and greeted us and was super patient and friendly with all our questions and helping us find our new car, super great even though he’s new! TL;DR: Letasha, Shilpa are great sales people. Please refrain from working with Famous Fred or Feroz from finance.I purchased a Sonata Limited from this dealership back in December. I test drove with Famous Fred and it was terrible. I had scheduled an appointment with him and when I got there he told me the car didnt have gas so I had to first go get the gas filled. During the entire way, he was on his phone and did not know the car well. After the test drive, I waited for over an hour for him to bring me a quote which was ridiculous. I gave up, went back home and called the dealership again and was connected with Shilpa. Shilpa was super helpful and I strongly recommend asking for her as the salesperson. She helped me out with all logistics and finalized the car for me. Letasha (another salesperson) was also very helpful. However, my entire experience with finance was absolutely terrible. I worked with Feroz from the dealership and he just did not care. He first failed to give a copy of all the documents I signed saying Ill get it at the time of delivery of the car. However I didnt receive the document at the time of delivery and after numerous calls to the dealership, he called me back one week later and finally emailed me the documents. Moreover, my car was supposed to come with Lojack system that he said would be activated at the time of delivery. This was not done until one-two weeks later. I had to call, text and nag him repeatedly to get this done. He also didnt give me any paperwork for financing and said Ill receive the documents in 2 weeks. Its been over 4 weeks and he has now started ignoring my texts. Overall, my experience with the dealership was only worth a 3/5 because of a pleasant experience with Shilpa and Letasha.

OK purchase experience but terrible post-sale experience.Bought a 2020 Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Hyundai Tucson SEL in February this year (2023). Found the car online at a good price, went in and test drove it. When it came to striking a deal, they had a higher sale price (as compared to the Internet/Online price) and they had also added mandatory dealer add-ons that further increased the total price by a few thousand dollars. After some haggling, I could get them to remove the add-ons and honor the internet price. Moose (GSM) and Fred (Sales) helped me close the deal.Post-sale, things rapidly went downhill. A few days post-purchase, I received a call from Moose telling me that they would like to offer me a complimentary smog inspection since it was due soon on the car. When I responded that smog is supposed to be done pre-sale, Moose got agitated and very rudely and aggressively told me off. I went in for the smog inspection, was told that their smog technician was out and that I can come back later to pick the car up (they did give me a loaner). Eventually, I got to know that they had forgotten to do the CPO inspection on the car and had actually done that after I brought it in. If Moose and the dealership had been upfront and honest with me instead of being really rude and sketchy about such a minor mistake, it would have been a pleasant experience for everyone.A few days after the sale, I also realized that the dealership did not give me the toolkit that comes with the car and the key to the wheel locks (which put me in a very difficult position once). I contacted them and they told me that they will order these things for me and have them mailed to me. It has been over a month since then but nothing has happened. I have called and texted Fred and others at the dealership multiple times but either I get no response or I get no meaningful update. I have now purchased the parts myself. To sour relationship with a customer for parts that are worth $70 is beyond me.Finally, there was a squeaking sound that the steering wheel of the car started making a few days after I bought it. I contacted the dealership again and they gave me a service appointment for about 45 days later. I understand that the service departments are backed up right now but I do believe that such problems arising so soon after purchase should be prioritized by the dealership. I went to Stevens Creek Hyundai instead to get the issue fixed under warranty and have had a pretty pleasant experience with them so far.Overall, I would stay away from this dealership if you are looking to establish a long-term trust-based relationship. If you are looking to just buy a car and never go back to the dealer you bought it from, you can consider these folks.

The service department is exceptionally hard to work with. I made an appointment and dropped my car off. After 3 hours I found out they forgot to work on my car couldn’t find my keys. They eventually found my keys and scheduled me for a week later. I came in a week later at the scheduled time. After waiting 10 minutes to talk to the front desk, they said the only service writer was on their lunch break for another 20 minutes. Eventually I went and found a technician who was as able to help but I was pretty shocked by the whole process.

Came in here looking to find a good potential leasing as my current car has broken down and needed to be replaced. I was greeted by Shilpa, who came off as very helpful and friendly. She answered all of the questions I had regarding pricing and the features that came along with the car I was interested in. I ended up going for the Elantra and received a lot of help from Moose (store manager) who really went above and beyond to give me a great deal for it. Everything in this experience was smooth and professional, and in the end I left with a brand new car I was happy to drive in. Overall I recommend this dealership for anyone who is looking for affordable and good looking cars

This dealership is pretty bad. I actually wrote to corporate today regarding this dealership. Brought my vehicle here back in March and for a non working seatbelt and was told the part would be ordered, however it never was. After repeated calls and no response from them, I had no choice but to notify corporate. I still have a non working seatbelt. It takes almost a month just to get an appointment. Im regretting buying a Hyundai. Dont buy or have your vehicle serviced here.

Came here to take a test drive of the IONIQ 5 and was texting with a sales member. I upfront asked what the out-the-door price was prior to getting there to not waste any one of our time as I was firm on my cost limit. She told me to expect 7k more of additions, a 5k markup, and taxes...but, these are all just numbers and we will work with you to get a good price. I first felt reassured that something could be worked out, but I was disappointed. The outrageous additions of nitrogen tires, paint and fabric and paint protection, and the Lojack technology on the car added up to 7k.When I arrived I got a different sales member and Im convinced he pretended to not remember what my requests were every time he talked to the manager. I asked for a price breakdown of this blackbox number on the paper, potential trade-in value on my car, and if I could remove any of these add-ons. He came back 15 minutes later with only my trade-in value and I had to ask him to go back to ask again. When I was considering trading in my car, we checked the odometer reading on my car and he told me he would keep my key while they were doing the trade-in evaluation (this is not okay). After many back-and-forth discussions with him and eventually the manager where I told them I am not buying the car today, the manager finally let up and said he could remove ~2k off the total. I laughed because this was the only time they were open to giving a discount, an hour later where Im almost out the door.After they both finally got that I was not going to purchase that day, they told me to wait a couple minutes as they had to formally close something out. They made me wait 20 minutes in a chair (they still have my car key) and did nothing. I was looking around and saw them and other coworkers chit-chatting nearby, obviously not even talking about this deal.I ended up buying the same car for 10k cheaper out-of-state (including shipping) from a great dealership. Throughout this whole process I never felt like they were working with me and were waiting for me to cave in. I would NOT recommend working with them unless you have a large budget and are okay with additions.
