Our experience with HYR service department continues to be be absolutely fantastic! We only trust this dealer with both of our bikes. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, timely and communicative. They repaired our 2021 Indian Roadmaster with a very quick turnaround time and was able to fix the problem after a nearby dealer didnt even come close. After this positive experience we will only bring our bikes here for service. Were also referring everyone from our riders group to Indian of Redlands/ HYR Honda. I would like to personally thank Sean and his team for doing such a great job on our 2021 Indian Roadmaster. My husband said his bike has never run better after having it serviced by your team. I requested for a quote for the MT-03 and Rebel 300 on their site and was contacted on the same morning. I met with Skyler for my appointment. Skyler was great - the whole interaction did not feel like a typical dealership where you felt like something was off or getting pressured into making a purchase. Skyler was patient, thorough, and very understanding as I sat on the various offerings on the showroom and shared my needs and concerns. I havent made a purchase yet, but I know Ill be in good hands when I come back (hopefully real soon!)

I havent bought a bike from them Yet, but so far their customer service is above and beyond all the other dealers I have interacted with while shopping for a bike. Ill update my review if I end up buying a bike from them.. Update 10/26/23 bought 2 bikes. Skyler isnt your typical salesman. Really nice, genuine dude. Most salesman Ive dealt with are scumbags so that says a lot about his character. All in all I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this place if your looking to purchase a new bike.Update 12/22/23 Thank you to Sean/Shawn in the service department for taking care of me. These guys were amazing! I just purchased a new 2023 Indian Scout 60, and the work they put in for me was astounding. Ryan was super personable, Hank worked his magic with finances, Sean and his tech crew are knowledgeable, and Jason came in clutch with a last minute delivery. If youre in the IE or even towards Coachella Valley, make this your one stop shop. For a first time rider and buyer, these guys made my experience super easy. As long as I live in SoCal, HYR has my business.

JR, the general manager, is a man of unusual integrity that is willing to do whatever it takes to make things right even if it means losing money. He quickly took care of an issue that I had.I highly recommend doing business with HYR. Chaparral Motorsports does not offer test rides, and they have a no refund policy. HYR is a much better choice.

This place is amazing. Got a crf250f and they took care of me every step of the way. Ask for white hair mike great guy even offered me some of his lunch. Im only ever buying from them in the future everybody else seems shady and over charge for their bikes. Cant recommend them enough.

These guys are in it for long term relationships.I bought a new dirt bike from them a couple years ago and hadnt really thought about them until recently when I started looking for a new bike for my grandson. I checked around on pricing and with todays demand for anything off-road, dealer mark up was beyond crazy, except here. Kinda more typical otd pricing.I left them a deposit for my grandsons bike and a week later left another deposit on another new bike for myself.Everyone in this dealer is top notch. As long as my wife forces me to live in this state, I will only buy bikes from them.

These guys ROCK! I have been stopping by for several months looking and dreaming of someday owning my own Indian Roadmaster. Robert would show me the features of the bike each time. Sometimes they would be barbecuing some burgers or tacos and I came for that. Test rode a few bikes too but never bought anything until one day I just stopped by and found the bike of my dreams. Roadmaster Classic. Bought it on the spot. All the people in this location are great.

From the moment we walked in last December, we have had a great experience. Alex is awesome. Knowledgeable, professional and low key, which I like. I was initially considering a pre-owned sport touring bike, but JR gave us a deal we couldnt refuse on a brand new 2015 FJR1300ES. Between the two of them, our buying experience was so easy! Even though we had a couple of trades that were still titled out of state, they made it work for us.Since then Ive had my bike in for its first service. As expected, the service department is TOP NOTCH. My quote was right on, and everything was done on time. In addition, we stopped by to get a jacket and a couple of helmets and noticed the lock on one of the trunks had come apart. They took it in and fixed it on the spot - and didnt charge me a thing.And the parts department is no exception. Its refreshing to talk to people who know their products! We bought boots, 2 helmets, a jacket and a windscreen.Needless to say, but I will anyway, when we are in the market for bikes or accessories, and even when were not...we go to HYR. Thanks guys! I think my wife needs a bike...

They are very nice and helpful. I came to the establishment and asked a bunch of questions on the clutch system. I got some answers from them and bought my parts. First time buying a bike but I had a great experience here. Rarely do I take time to leave reviews unless I really feel the experience was worth it. Staff was friendly and fun to be around. Never did I feel like I was being pressured to buy. I came and visited multiple times before I decided to make a purchase. Options and pricing were good. I bought a new Yamaha R1 after 500 miles I was leaking oil out of the counter shaft seal behind the sprocket you can only guess how this made me feel. I called 4 dealerships in the Yamaha program every dealership gave me a different answer on the repair process. Some said they were going to have to pull the engine and Crack the Case others simply told me that I would have to drop off the bike before they could tell me what the repair process was. Because of the bad customer experience reviews I read on each one of these dealerships I was uncomfortable choosing one in my local area. I simply needed a straight answer. Yamaha corporate was unwilling to tell me what the repair process was so I decided to call HYR in Redlands and got the opportunity to speak with Zack in service. Zack went above and beyond in identifying the repair process, making sure they have the part on hand and scheduling an appointment for me so it could be done while I wait. His customer service and assurances put me at ease after 4 days of frustration. I am grateful for his concern and I am glad that I have found them. I will be taking my bike to them Saturday morning to get the repairs done. I look forward to meeting the team and seeing how this experience plays out, so far it has been great. They have showed concern for my situation, understanding for my needs and gave me all the information I needed to make my decision. I look forward to meeting Zack and his team in person. Don’t normally do reviews and don’t participate in social media much but have give HYR a big thumbs up! I have been looking for a hard to find Honda all year. Came in earlier this year and felt comfortable with a price given and put a small deposit down.Would reach out couple of times for status and was kept informed by HYR on delivery status. I would inquire to other dealers and ask for quotes and given ridiculous high quotes. Not HYR. Once the unit arrived they honored the agreed priced, they did not BS me and tell me unit wasn’t arriving so they can sell it for a lot more. These guys are great. I had a slow leak on my Goldwing rear tire thanks to a nail I picked up. They were busy but were able to fit me in which was great as my bike is my main form of transportation. Price on the tire was really good too. Big shout out to Wes and the service team for helping me out. Salespeople are very knowledgeable and friendly too. Took my bike in for a general check up- which I was nervous about ( i dont take the best care of my bike ) Im also a young female rider and am rarely taken seriously in male dominated motorcycle shops. This place was amazing though- everyone was really interested in my bike, had no judgements towards the condition or what I do or dont know about it, and called me throughout the checkup with ways I want to proceed that was ok on my bank account. They didnt push me into buying or fixing stuff that didnt need immediate attention. For a small local shop they have tackled some of the biggest tasks.Ive been doing business with HYR for about 2 years now.Purchased 2 bikes and have trusted them with almost 20k in maintenance. This is a very nice local shop. The people are friendly and remember you. Weve bought three bikes from them, one used and recently two new 2015 FJ09s. Always felt we got a reasonable deal. I like having a local shop available so Im willing to pay a bit more to have these folks around. Thought Im not sure I could have bought them for less elsewhere.Reasonable amount of items for sale on the floor for a smaller shop. Will order anything you want and very good follow-up with a phone call when items are in or an explanation of why its not in.They are perhaps the only shop in my area that will change out tires that I buy on the internet--not many will do that anymore.I havent had them perform much routine maintenance but have friends that take their Gold Wings there routinely and are happy with the work.

Went in today just to look and a bike and new helmet. The staff was fantastic!!! Skyler helped me look at the new Indian scout bobber, I told him I was doing my homework on the bike. He was more than helpful on everything I asked. I will be coming in soon to get this bike from him. He always introduced me to Marco in the parts department. He was super helpful. We went over new helmets and all the options I had in my size. Its been a long time since I needed a helmet and bike. I told him act like Im brand new to this and it was a great experience. Great to have not pushy salesman and very knowledgable in there fields. I cant wait to go back and get this bike and new gear.

Although I have not at the moment purchased a bike from them I would like to recognize Skyler McConahy. On my journey to purchase my first brand new Husky, Skyler took time out of many of his days to answer any questions I had. Not once did I ever feel like I was being pressured into a purchase. I have had my bike serviced here and they did an awesome job. My girl got me gloves pants and boots here and there were a couple issues so I took some stuff back and guess what these guys did?... Replaced everything, helped me pick out better stuff and were totally helpful from start to finish. They really spoke highly of the Tourmaster Boots I bought and I have had them for about a month. I was involved in an accident last week and the only thing that saved my foot from being totally crushed and maybe ripped off were the boots that they suggested. Thank you guys so much!!!

Was there to get a new ignition installed and the service department damaged my customed painted bike when I brought to thier attention they first said to me how do not know that damage wasnt already there? No damage was written in the service paper work. Sean claimed he was the service department supervisor refused to pay for the damages but after talking to him he decided that I could go upstairs to the main floor and get what I wanted to make up for the damages. I refused and left the shop to later talk to the owner who had no idea this even happened and damages were never taken cared of. I have not been back since and will never return there. They are ok with damaging bikes and take no responsibility for it.

Bought my first bike from here (Indian Scout Bobber). Besides oil change, I go to their maintenance department for everything else. They have aggressive tire prices, helpful service, and a beautiful lobby to look at the bikes I dont need while waiting for my tires to get out on. I usually go to Kevin for all my maintenance inquiries. He even drove an hour away just to get brake pads that they had out of stock and dealt with Indians warranty department to get my speedometer fixed. They also have a very helpful parts desk and a beautiful showroom floor. Never left here unsatisfied.

Sorry this will be a long review but when you get such exceptional service you have to write a good review to respect the people that helped you.So I was looking for a 2019 Husqvarna TC 85 for my son, it’s only May so you’d think that every shop in the nation would still have 2019’s in stock but that is not the case as every shop is sold out and now waiting for 2020s that come in around July. My sons bike is broke and we have a big race Saturday and it’s Wednesday and I’m looking for a new bike so we can make the race in 3 days. I am from Las Vegas and had called every shop in Utah and California looking for one with no success they were all sold out. I had called easily 20 shops with no success but then I called HYR and talked to MIKE and I was told the same thing we don’t have one BUT we will find you one, I laughed and said good luck. Over the course of the next few hours I got calls from Skylar, Mike, and Ben all updating me and working on this. I had my own team trying to find my bike WOW. MIKE called me back two hours later and said they found one but it was really far from their shop in Northern California but they would go get it for me. We agreed on a price which was definitely fair considering these were impossible to find and it was cheaper than quoted by my local dealer. Now the tricky part I’m in Las Vegas and they are in California. I can’t leave to get it until my kids get out of school on Friday and they close on Friday at 6pm, we have a race at a track an hour from their office and my kid races at on Saturday so we agree I will pick it up at 9am Saturday morning and I will cross my fingers that my kid doesn’t miss his race. When my kids got out of school Friday we decide that staying in my RV next to their shop Friday night will be best so that we can get the bike right when they open at 9am Saturday and head straight to the race. I get to the shop at 8pm Friday night not expecting anyone to be their but to just sleep in our RV in the parking lot. When we got their 5 different salesman were all leaving from working late and they were getting in their cars. When I see them I said hello and I will see you in the morning, they all laughed and said we will sell you the bike tonight, I was stunned to say the least. They All went back inside turned on the lights sold me the bike AND opened the parts counter and sold me gear and parts, when I left it was 10pm. What Ben, Greg, mike, skylar, the finance guy and the parts counter guy did staying open late on Friday night and to even find this bike was beyond the call of duty. My kid did make his race. Thanks guys I’ll be calling you for my next bike as the experience was unbelievable!

I called HYR Redlands some months ago to get a quote on a job and they told me they would be able to bleed the front disk brake and add fluid on my plated 2008 200cc Chinese enduro for $120. I called recently to set up the appointment and he had to speak to his service manager - they told me that didn’t want to deal with It and told me I should take it to a “scooter store in Riverside” without giving me an actual referral. The bike is sentimental at this point and I just wanted the job done right. I have enough saved to buy an Indian but I won’t be buying it from HYR Redlands. This was not the level of premium service I had expected and HYR has a reputation for. I’ll give them another chance with small quick stuff, that’s about it. I told Quaid what happened and they said to bring it on by.

I love the contrast between the old time warehouse feel and the long rows of sexy new bikes! How often do you get to shop for gear while walking on vintage hard wood floors? The staff is incredibly friendly and even offer you an ice cold bottle of water from one of the coolers by the parts desk. It was the best experience my husband and I have ever had buying a motorcycle. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and worked as a cohesive team. We got the best financing possible and when they found out we had no helmet, chest/back protector, and gloves, they offered to give us $300 towards buying the gear we needed to take our new Yamaha R6 home. We were also educated on equipment, maintenance, and many financing options. The sales rep made everything easy for us to go through the process of purchasing, and the mechanic was especially helpful on explaining our maintenance program in regards to our safety with the bike. My husband is a professional mechanic and quizzed their knowledge about motorcyles. He was very impressed the maintenance department had an answer to every question. It is a family owned business and their enthusiasm for motorcycles was infectiously addicting for anyone who enters. Best business ever! A bunch of premadonas here in the service department. DO NOT RECOMMEND!Asked if I could drop a used quad off for doing some service work and was told bring it in. So after I load everything up and drive down there they tell me its over 15 years old and they cant get parts. I told the guy its 16 years old I had all new OEM parts and they didnt need to order anything. Guy then replied thanks not the point and its policy truly poor attitudes, poor service, and really just a bunch of lazy mechanics. Should have stated there issues with my quads year prior to me loading and wasting my time bringing it to drop off. And as a business owner myself if we made a mistake like that, we would have at the very least made an exception and got a 5star review, and made good money in the process. My first experience with this dealership was my LAST experience with them! I was interested in a bike they were advertising, which in the ad indicated that the bike had only 165 miles on it. After calling and talking to a salesman, (Ben), I decided to drive the 90 miles with my trade-in in my truck to check it out. When I arrived the bike was out front being washed so I stopped to take a look at it before going inside. I was shocked to see a bike that obviously had way more than 165 miles on it. I had driven for an hour and a half to see what their ad suggested was an almost new bike to find one with 3/4 worn tires and obviously ridden ALOT more than 165 miles.When the salesman came out to meet me, the first thing he said was that the ad had a typo and the bike actually had 1065 miles! Interesting that this typo has still not been corrected 3 days later! The ad on their website still indicates that the bike has only 165 miles!If the ad had been corrected by the next day, I would not be writing this bad review. The fact that the mis-leading ad is still running says alot about the ethics of this dealership and I will never consider making a purchase there in the future.
