Bobby at Hyatt Place made our check-in process super simple and was extremely friendly and attentive. His great customer service truly stood out. Even though he wasn’t directly assisting me, he went above and beyond by promptly bringing us the waters we requested when another staff member brought the wrong ones. Bobby’s proactive and helpful attitude made our stay even more pleasant. It is the small things like this that make the stay memorable. As someone who travels frequently for work, this level of service is one of the key reasons I remain loyal to the Hyatt brand. You are amazing, Bobby!

The Hyatt Place Emeryville is very clean, the staff are very kind, and there’s water available to customers as soon as you walk in the door. The guest service will all provide you bottle of water as well.The breakfast is from 6:30-9:30am and it is very tasteful, plenty of choices, the options are easy accessible, and there’s plenty of places to sit and enjoy your food.The location of this Hyatt is a great location. It’s in the heart of an open air mall (Bay Street Emeryville) that is lively and family friendly. There’s plenty of shops to shop from and many food places to enjoy some yummy food.The rooms are clean and the house keeping does a wonderful job coming through to ensure the rooms are clean and restocked.My husband and I definitely enjoyed our stay here and will be coming back.

This hotel had clean rooms and common areas, looks to be a newly built hotel in Emilyville. Rooms were clean and maintained well. Although train tracks were right behind the hotel, we didnt hear any noise. They serve free breakfast, nothing special though. The only downside was that they have very limited parking spaces on hotel premise. Other option is to park on the parking structure next to the hotel and walk back to the hotel. Parking structure also seems to be newly built along with the surrounding shopping / dining venues but I didnt feel safe leaving the car in the remote area with no security.

Nice place to stay when the colleges dont have anything going on otherwise it can get pricey. Only gripe is the drinking glasses being stored 2 inches above the carpet in an area of heavy traffic in the room. Parking is $15 and most likely not in the hotel parking lot. Area around the hotel is lively and relatively safe.

Great hotel for a short stay. Rooms were well decorated and the bathroom was nice but I did have a lot of ants in my room and the train was loud. The service was friendly. The stay comes with breakfast which we missed out on but its good value. Theres lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

A manager checked us in to the hotel and proceeded to double charge our card with multiple deposits that essentially blocked us from using that card on the trip. I imagjne that a family who doesn’t have the means or additional cards would have their trip severely impacted by this error. When brought to their attention was given a shrug and a it’ll be released upon checkout. I’m an explorist with Hyatt and this was hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced. I was informed by a front desk agent that the specific manager who checked me in was leaving the company so maybe it was an example of someone that just didn’t care anymore.

We stayed one night. Large rooms, nice furniture and very clean. Breakfast was included and you had a big variety where you can choose from. Stores and restaurants close by. The only reason for 4 stars were because of the parking situation .

If you’re looking for a hassle-free, enjoyable place to spend a few nights in Emeryville, keep looking. At check-in, as a World of Hyatt member, I was told the room would be cleaned every other day. During my 5 night, 6 day stay, the room was cleaned only once! You can only imagine my consternation. Hyatt Place Emeryville provides only a single wafer thin “bar” of soap which was entirely gone by the 3rd day, the two packets of coffee were also long gone and the tiny trash can was overflowing. The service provided is unbelievably poor. Why should I have to call for more soap or coffee or to have the trash picked up when I’m paying to have the room serviced at reasonable intervals?! Another major issue was the status of the room when I initially arrived. Upon entering, I immediately noticed there was a broken tile lying on the floor, the ceiling light fixture didn’t work and the safe also wasn’t functioning. When I called Jan, the manager on duty, he told me if I continued to complain, I would be asked to leave the hotel. Not exactly the kind of customer service travelers come to expect when staying at a Hyatt. Hopefully someone from Hyatt headquarters will eventually get wind of how rude the staff are in Emeryville and make some necessary changes. If you enjoy long showers, be prepared to stop mid-way because the bathroom lights go off when they don’t detect motion. On-site parking is in very short supply and if you park at their off-site lot, I would be very concerned about your personal safety and the security of your car. I could go on and on with additional annoyances during my stay at the Hyatt Place Emeryville, but I’m certain you’re getting the picture.

Great one night stay here before we ventured into SF. Very close to the bay bridge, shopping, and restaurants. Although we didnt use the nice gym, we frequently refilled our water from there. Parking is $15 with four chargers available, which we unfortunately couldnt use because other vehicles were occupying the space. Parking may seem limited but there is a section for Hyatt at the garage across the street. We enjoyed the hot fresh break very much.

Came for the first time and had a not so great experience at the front desk with the evening manager. Besides that all the other staff were great and super helpful. Very clean room,good size room.Walking distance to Traders Joe’s, Burger King and shopping center is just next to the hotel.Breakfast is kind of simple.Only thing I don’t like is the very low shower water pressure,that is the lowest water pressure I ever experienced in all different kinds of hotels/motels.Maybe they are very focused on conserving water resources.

The night staff on 11/24 left much to be desired. Despite reserving three rooms for five nights, I found them unaccommodating when I requested to extend my stay by one more night. To add to the frustration, an initially approved extension for one room was unexpectedly cancelled when I asked why it was extended to one room. It appears that this team could use a refresher on the principles of customer service. This feedback specifically addresses the performance of the 11/24 night shift team. Sheena assisted me at the front desk with excellent customer service and resolved my issues;however, I can’t say the same about this chubbier possibly hispanic dude at night who needs to receive basic training. Almost got a parking ticket thanks to that dude. Would definitely stay again but hope they do something about that chubby Hispanic dude

Hyatt place offers a remarkable experience with its clean and spacious rooms featuring sofa beds, complimentary breakfast, and its convenient location next to a shopping mall.While my overall experience was positive, I did encounter a minor setback during check-in. Unfortunately, there was an issue with locating my reservation, which resulted in a delay of approximately 20 minutes until a manager arrived to assist. Although this initial inconvenience was regrettable, the situation was resolved promptly once the manager intervened. Despite this isolated incident, the rest of my stay was enjoyable and lived up to my expectations in terms of cleanliness, room quality, and amenities.

If you wish to take the risk of finding out at the time youre trying to check-in that your reservation has been cancelled without any prior notice, then you can book this hotel. This was going to be my second stay here for 3 nights for a work trip, and as I arrived at the hotel around 5:00 pm, the front desk manager informed that she was sorry but my reservation had been cancelled because they were over-booked! No further support or explanation, but she did tell me that I was not the only reservation they cancelled today and the same thing happened to couple of other guests too. As if thats supposed to make anyone feel better. I asked for a complaint or feedback form and that also they did not have.

This hotel is in a really great location, with easy access to bougie shopping and good food options.Dead center in the East Bay, nestled between Oakland and Berkeley and at the foot of the Bay Bridge - you are *minutes* from San Francisco.Here is the bad:- the check in area has very little parking and space to leave your car.- people park in red zones, making it harder to check in, and there seems to be no enforcement of this.- the check in staff were ok, at best, and when I asked someone to take out the down feather pillows (Im allergic), they clearly could not be bothered. I asked them to make sure he brought replacement pillows - he didnt.- the hotel has very little on-property parking, and you have to park across the street at the Bay Street parking garage. Its not free, and its not easy to find if youre unfamiliar with the area.- the staff doesnt bother to tell people they should unload first before parking in the garage because its an awkward walk with your stuff if you dont bring it to your room first.- Ive had to get multiple keys made because they dont open the outer hotel street-facing doors (so you have to walk around to the front for no reason).- Or, they work on exterior doors but wont open the door to your room. This is a 1999 problem (when I worked in hotels).I recommend the Hyatt House instead, its less than a mile away and my preferred hotel in the East Bay.

Rooms not serviced over a 5 night stay one single time. Stains all over the curtains. It was a quiet location and could get to transportation rather easy. $500 a night during a conference week was outrageous for the quality of this hotel.

Checked in Saturday night after a long day, the front desk agent Alex welcomed and greeted us with my family. He made us feel like we were home . We stay there for 3 days and Alex helped and answered all my questions . The hotel is clean and the location is great, they served breakfast every morning . I was traveling in July with my son, my seven-year-old granddaughter, and my son’s mother-in-law, who is elderly and in frail health. We arrived at the hotel at 6:30 pm after a long drive from southern California and in need of a restroom. Instead of a friendly greeting, we were met with indifference and irritation. The personnel’s apologies seemed half-hearted and left us feeling like a burden rather than paying guests.I had made a confirmed and paid-for reservation for the evenings of July 25th and the 26th back in May, two months earlier. When we attempted to check in, one of the 3 staff members told us there was no room for us, and we had to go to another hotel nearby for the first night, and then return to the Hyatt Place Emeryville for the second night. He just pointed to a building outside, with no explanation, and no assistance to get there.I told the gentleman that if they can’t find me the room that I had paid for 2 months earlier, that I wanted to speak to the General Manager, and if the GM wasn’t available, that we would sleep on the couches in the lobby. It’s hard to believe that I had to threaten that to get their attention. About 10 minutes later, a staff manager appeared, listened to my complaint, and said he would try to solve the problem. About 5 minutes after that, miraculously, a room became available.I think we wont book Hyatt Place Emeryville/ San Francisco Bay Area anymore.

Husband and I stayed the weekend of May 27, 2023, for a weekend getaway after checkout while driving home I realized I left my jacket. I called to report it and see if it could be returned by mail, and I would gladly pay for the service. I was told they would get back to me once they checked with housekeeping and they would give me they had shipping service that they would text me. It’s now mid June and I didn’t receive a response. Jacket wasn’t expensive and I replaced it, but it would of been nice to have received a call back.

This Hyatt Place is conveniently located by the Bay Street Emeryville shopping complex. But its also oddly right by the train tracks where the Amtrak trains go through (I didnt hear them at all though). The parking lot is a little confusing to find, and its on the smaller side but very reasonably priced for an overnight stay. Ive stayed at Hyatt Places pretty much all over the Bay Area so I had an idea of what to expect during my stay. I was a little surprised when I was given an ADA accessible room. It wasnt a deal breaker for me but not something I was accustomed to (bed was lower and generally more empty space in the room). There were some things in the room that I felt werent up to the Hyatt standard. Ive attached pictures so you can see for yourself, but there was some sort of stain on the bed frame (maybe from bleaching?), and a chunk of the carpet was also missing. Minor things but not something Im accustomed to seeing at Hyatt properties. And although I didnt hear the trains overnight, I was awakened by a random woman shouting Cantonese in the middle of the hallway at night. Overall, its a solid place to stay (especially if youre in town for work, and youre in biotech). It just wouldnt be my first choice. Ive had better luck with the Hyatt House down the street.

Room and location were find for the one night I stayed. Low star is for the lack of service, possibly deceitful behavior from staff. I left an iPad and book in my room and called the front desk about 30 minutes after I checked out. They confirmed they had the items and sent me a link to prepay for a shipping label. Once I paid the $28, I called back to let them know I paid and an employee confirmed they put my items in a box and printed the label. A few days later, after not receiving an email update, I asked why there was a delay. The hotel now claims they don’t have my book. How is it my items were all boxed and shipping label attached, but a week later they “didn’t locate” my book? The book isn’t a big deal, it’s the UN truthfulness that’s the problem. Either someone lied earlier about boxing my items or someone took my book after that. It’s been almost two weeks and the hotel still hasn’t shipped my items back to me.

Its a very nice hotel. The breakfast was yummy! But, what they dont tell you is that If you dont have a room with a view of the bay, the other option is the side with the train. Its not ugly, its kind of entertaining, but its a train! They give you a noise machine but it turns off every hour. If I ever stay here again I would get the room with a view of the bay.

Excellent place to stay. Rooms are new and super clean. Full-size refrigerator and kitchen area. Access is convenient to I-80 and 580. It’s convenient when visiting UC Berkeley, taking about 15 minutes to get to campus. Emeryville food court in the Public Market has a lot of interesting options, and there are the standard chain fast food restaurants nearby as well. Staff is friendly and efficient.

The property is nice and I love that it has shopping centers withing walking distance. The continental breakfast was good and the staff were nice. Rooms were clean and spacious. The area however was sketchy with all the tagging everywhere. There were officers constantly patrolling which helped us feel safe. People got there cars broken into Note to guest DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING VALUABLE IN THE CAR. People walk around with flashlights looking into people cars. That is not the hotels fault but just beware of your surroundings when staying here overall the hotel was nice.

Writing this as I’m sitting in the hotel room. I’m really paranoid about staying in this place, specially because we’ll be here 2 nights. Within minutes of entering the place, my family was approached by a crazy lady who claimed they were following her??? Ik this is not the hotels problem but it’d be nice if there could be a security person standing at the door or something, specially because the area seems REALLY shady; in the front there’s nice stores and stuff, but on the back??? There’s the shadiest alley/train-tracks, that by the way, are only separated from the parking lot by a mere 2 meter tall fence. I’ve already read a few reviews about broken car windows… so that’s cool :)On the other hand, the staff was really accommodating; we had some trouble with the handicap room because they all come with tubs so of course wheelchair-bound person could not get in. However we were accommodated to a shower room even after being on the former room for like 40 minutes which was very nice of the staff. The room itself is very nice, just like any other hyatt room would be.For now i can only hope our stay will go peacefully. If you asked me, i would never stay here again just because of the location and the fact there’s crazy people in the area or something…

I was charged 30 dollars and I have already paid for the parking fee. They told me it was their mistakes that my license place was recorded and their manager will handle this. I asked the other morning and they promised will email me once it’s fixed, but it turned out I was paying for the ticket for their mistake. Also, one asian American in the front desk had very bad attitude and took away the ticket and wanted to destroy the evidence. Disgusting.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, although we asked for cleaning daily and they forgot several times, but they didnt charge us for parking because of It. Staff was super nice, breakfast options are varied and good flavor. Is not really close to main attractions in San Francisco, you have to drive across the bridge, so 30 min to that side of the city, but there Is a street full of great stores and some restaurants to a walking distance if you wanna go outside and not take the car.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The rooms are very clean & so quiet, we got great sleep here every night. All the hotel associates were just great. All smiles & so pleasant all the time. Darlynn (spelling?) Is absolutely amazing! She made us feel so welcome, not just at check-in, but every day we were there. Weve stayed at hotels all over the country for work & she is probably my favorite.The hotel is in a great location, so close to SF & Oakland for sightseeing. My only negative feed back would be the extreme lack of parking & no microwaves in the rooms. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Pretty bad experience here. Made a reservation to take care of customer who was displaced by a fire. Customer ended up finding another place to stay so we canceled the reservation. Hotel charged our credit card anyway. When we called, we were ignored, put on hold, never followed up with. Finally we were promised a refund, but now it has been several weeks and still no refund. We followed up again a week ago and no one responded.If you should refund someone, and then you say youre going to refund someone, then do it.I cant comment much about how it is to stay here, but in my experience, the minute you have any issues, management will completely forget about you and hope that you just go away. Wheres the honor in that?

Had a wonderful time staying here. Walked to Neighborhood Market, grabbed some food to take back to my room, watched a movie, took a shower and had a wonderful night sleep. Woke up next day, had the continental breakfast than walked to the train station.

It was clean and the breakfast was good. I liked the space and layout of our room. I didnt care for the train view but my kids did. Unfortunately, my car window was busted and belongings stolen the morning of our checkout. I specifically chose this hotel assuming theyd have security or a secure parking garage as you pay to park per night. I didnt see a single security guard there the 3 nights we stayed. The front desk woman felt bad and she treated us well the whole time we were there.We reserved a crib as well and they didnt have one for us. My son also bruised his nose on a table in their lobbby. They didnt have much seating for breakfast so we sat on the couches there. The tables were top heavy and when he leaned on it the table fell on his face.For the theft, they comped us a night not Including parking. It barely covered the cost of the window. We drove home to San Diego without a back window.I have mixed feelings about this place and wouldnt go back or recommend.

TAKE ALL YOUR BELONGINGS OUT OF YOUR VEHICLE.$15/ Vehicle per night, yet no Security is a JOKE!!! My vehicle was broken into at around 8 to 10PM. Another guest staying at the hotel came up to me the Next morning when I was waiting for the police, and he said that he noticed that my vehicle was broken into at around 10PM and he informed the front desk ladies.I NEVER got a phone call to inform me what had happened and they had all my information on my vehicle and mine when I check in, so I dont understand why they didnt let me know! Dont get me wrong, the Room was amazing along with the hotel. But never again will I stay in a Hyatt hotel again after what I went through and how the General Manager handled things. He basically told me that theres nothing they can do. They told me they would refund me the $15 that they charged me at Check-in... THEY NEVER DID.

Great hotel for stay. Spacious rooms, 24/7 accessible gym, modern look, and very good staff service. The location is also great with shops on the same street and the AMC Bay Street is a mere 5 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast leaves some things to be desired, and isnt as expansive as most other continental breakfast. One major issue was that the eyehole on the rooms door was reversed and completely unsafe since anyone could see everything in the room from outside, but the guest services immediately sent someone to fix the issue.

Very clean, comfortable hotel with friendly, professional staff. The bed was so comfy and I loved the pillows so much I didnt want to leave. The thermostat is highly responsive and the shower had pretty decent water pressure. I didnt have a chance to order anything from the bar or kitchen but the menu looked good and I would certainly order something next time. The citrus water in the lobby was also a nice touch.

Strangely had to ask someone for items hidden in the back room, like juice, bagels and cut up fruit. Why?

This was by far one of the best hotels Ive stayed at in a long time. Everything about it is beautifully designed and the rooms are clean and elegant! The staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant/bar was the perfect way to unwind after a long day and begin a peaceful evening. We chose to just hunker in place, but it is conveniently located next to the shops, cinema, and within a short drive from the bay if you want easy things to do. Tried time and time again to get ahold of management and was greeted by a rude front desk instead. Came back September for one night, and the maids were knocking on the door at 7am. I called the front desk and told them to extend the reservation for one day and even after I extended it staff were still knocking at my door time and time again even when I had a dnd sign on the door. There are trains that rumble past in the dead of night that shake the building. There are insanely loud exhaust vents that drone and buzz all night. The parking structure is half a block away and has the narrowest spots you’ve ever seen. If you drive a Smart Car or a Fiat or a Mini Cooper, you may be fine. This place should by dynamited to the ground along with the stupid TipsyPutt joint across the street from it. A gaping crater in the ground would offer more utility than this place. But there were two annoyances on this stay:We had an early flight out of OAK the next day, so I called to the front desk to see if we could get anything from breakfast before it officially started at 6:30. We got down there at 6 and asked, and the lady at the desk just told me it didnt start til 6:30. The location of the hotel is in a very nice area close to a mall and with easy access to the highway to travel to Oakland and San Francisco. The rooms were quiet and very comfortable, and the breakfast (you need to sign up for their reward system for it to be free) was the best continental breakfast Ive had. My only complaint is that it wasnt very friendly for people with allergies to feathers. They only had an additional very thin cotton blanket meant for use on the couch in the room, where most hotels will provide a real alternative to a comforter. When asked, they said this was the only alternative. However, synthethic pillows were available and were not lumpy. Overall, I would definitely stay there again for the convenient location and clean, comfortable rooms, but it may be wise to bring additional blankets if you are allergic to down bedding.

I was enjoying a quiet evening when all of a sudden the outlet to my PlayStation turned off. This is very bad for a hard drive to just turn off the power.After calling the front desk there is a switch in the room that if you press down it will stop this from happening. I turned the switch to the down position.A short time later the power to the outlet on my PlayStation was cut again due to a motion sensor thinking no one was in the room. This time around it broke my PlayStation. Now I am out $400.There are plenty of other hotels to stay at. We are family of 6 so finding a hotel that allows us to be in one room is tough. Often, we end up having to get 2 rooms or a large suite which gets expensive FAST. Our room comfortably had 2 queen beds and a pullout couch. As expected from a Hyatt, the facility was clean, well maintained and the staff were great. The included breakfast was good with vegetarian options and a nice choice of coffee, various teas and juices. The highlight was Relay the robot. It looks like the offspring of a Roomba and a kitchen trash can. The robot navigated the hotel lobby, elevators and other guests to deliver extra towels and conditioner to our room on the 4th floor. Very cool! We will absolutely be back!

Theres a free shuttle that loops around the city of Emeryville and downtown San Francisco is about a 30 min BART ride from the closest station. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The Hyatt House next door and most of the other hotels in the area seem to offer free parking to their guests.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place in Emeryville and it was a positive experience. The hotel is clean, modern, and has an open and spacious layout. It is also next to several shops, an AMC, and restaurants which makes exploring very convenient. The staff was friendly and greeted you at each interaction. There were a lot of things wrong with this hotel. First, there is apparently no way to close the room doors quietly from the outside. They SLAM and wake everyone near you. So you better hope you were planning on waking up early. Second, the breakfast service is really bad. Both times I ate at the hotel they were out of forks and knives, they ran out of 4 cereals - - they werent refilling anything. When I asked for a refill of cereal, I was handed an entire bag of Apple Jacks. I dont blame the breakfast staff, but the management. I overheard one of the staff say they were understaffed. It showed. Tables werent getting cleared, so people were standing. Third, the hotel charged $15 to validate parking, when it would have only cost $12 to pay at the parking garage. They were just pocketing the extra. Its the little things that make you not go back. There was one other thing that probably wasnt the hotels fault: we were next to a room of all middle schoolers and they were LOUD. Whenever one of them needed in their room they would bang on the door, they were yelling in their room, and blaring music in the middle of the night. We called the front desk about them, and they quieted down for a bit, but were loud again the next day. Clearly a hotel for conventions.The room of the hotel (and the location) was fine, but there were too many other things that made it merit a poor review.

Great hotel for what was needed, a quick get away. Its close to shops, retail, family and a quick drive to SF. Its a newer hotel so it has fairly modern rooms, outdoor lounging--fair. Two issues, one is the wifi thats inoperable and the second is when the door closes to the room its extremely loud and disturbing to the airline staff they house there from Norwegian Airlines, American and on and on.

Its a nice hotel. Good but not exceptional. I gave it 4 stars bc I try to save 5 for the best hotels I visit. The room was big and the location is good if youre here for a short while. Not somewhere to stay if youre visiting SF but good for a business trip to Oakland. At the end of a long stretch of basic stores (Gap, VS, Forever 21, etc..). No good food in walking distance but a short Uber to Berkeley. The broken rack is a good bar within walking distance.

Room was just enough to fit 5 of us. Although the room overlooked the train tracks there was no such disturbance at night. Breakfast was not bad. The location itself is really nice - close to i80, lots of shopping places around and just a hope to Pixar. Couple of things that really bothered me - there was hardly any parking at the hotel. You will have to pay $15 to park at the adjacent parking lot across the street per day. The other thing is, although its advertised as queen beds the beds seemed smaller.Btw cute robot at your service!

Great view from higher floors. Our room had a view of the Golden gate bridge and the Bay bridge. Not so good for parking. Theres a few free ones but other than that you have to park across the street in a parking lot. Its 10 a night atleast they charge your room and you get in and out privileges.

First, the location is very good if you have to visit the both Berkeley area and the downtown San Francisco. There is everything you need in a walking distance likewise, cafe, restaurant, shops n even Traders Joe for the daily grocery if u want!Second, the size of room and the facility is very good n new plus stylish! They serve a complementary breakfast which is pretty neat to warm up your day!The last but not least, actually the most impressive reason why I’m writing this review, the staff is wonderful! Actually everyone that we met from the check-in, morning breakfast service n front desk for inquiries, is very helpful with friendly response all the time.Especially, Kiki at the front desk reads my mind n my little girls mind magically! Completely disappointed. Expected more from a supposedly nice, new hotel. $260 a night gave us a room we did not order. Front desk would not answer the phone, constant noise all throughout the night and sheets with dried blood on them. We received an apology but no offers of services or discounts. It is close to railroad tracks, and my room was on the 5th floor at the very end so about as close to them as one could get. Nice hotel overall but dont ever accidentally leave anything. I am 100% certain that my glasses were left in the room. I called a total of 12 times with various staff being extremely rude. I was finally able to reach the housekeeping staff who told me no glasses had been found. Numerous calls were not returned. After this experience and the terrible experience in Omaha, Hyatt is no longer my choice hotel.

Free shuttle to Bart. If youre heading into SF, take an Uber ($10) to the ferry at Jack London ($8) to SF Ferry Terminal for a great view of the city skyline! Much better than taking Bart.

This place was quite costly but so was everything else around San Francisco, and this was by far one of the nicer locations. On a nice touristy shopping street, its like night and day between here and the rundown places nearby. San Francisco is not a nice city. Homeless camps and lots of drugs. But in Emeryville you dont see any of that. Its got all the standard features a Hyatt Place normally has, and its a nice looking building.Only downside here is that parking is very limited, and you may find yourself paying for the nearby parkade.
