2024-07-04 01:07:41Mature couple one night stay while on a road trip. We had a spacious room with a separate kitchen \ tv room. Full size fridge & stove, microwave & dishwasher. Queen bed was comfortable, and the room was fresh and clean.Our breakfast was included & offered the usual buffet, & eggs \ omlets cooked to order.We would stay again.

2024-06-05 17:49:18Had a pleasant week staying at the Hyatt. Rooms was clean and had a good range of amenities inside the kitchenette including an oven and a fridge-freeze. Bed was comfortable and the shower was ok. The only (minor) criticism would be the lack of a central ceiling light in the main bedroom but that wasnt a major issue. The room was generally quiet too.Breakfast was certainly nicer than most other hotels in the area but the variety was a bit limited

2024-06-01 19:27:59Ridiculous hotel policy. Poor customer service. My father (primary booker for a 2 bedroom suite) listed my name on the reservation as well so I could get a room key since we were arriving separately. He checked in on the app and was able to get a mobile key. He had forgotten his wallet but since he did mobile checkin and paid for the room in full upfront they issued a mobile key no problem. This is standard. However, when I came to get a key (with my dad) the front desk lady (Sat 6/1 noon) said I couldn’t get a key since he was the primary. I explained my name was on the res and I had my ID with a matching address. She replied I could only get a key if he was not there. What? Why? But OK. He called Hyatt Globalist helpline who confirmed we should be able to get a key but the receptionist lady was unwilling to help saying what they did hadn’t come through. Granted our party booked 5+ suites for a wedding. Worst customer service representative we’ve encountered with completely unreasonable justifications and not willing to help.

2024-01-23 23:04:23Don’t bother. The front desk staff seems to have no sense of urgency or customer care. But the “manager” seems very attentive to her cell phone so there’s that. Check in wasn’t available when advertised at 3pm even though myself and other guests had been there waiting for over an hour. Would’ve loved to have been able to settle in and finish up some work after a long day of travel. I understand if early guests cannot be accommodated on a Tuesday afternoon but at the very least one should expect an on time check in. There are plenty of other mid range hotels in the area and if I ever return I will stay anywhere else.

2024-05-07 03:02:56First, I would like to say the first thing I noticed as I walked in was Maria ‘s big smile. She was so helpful and attentive. I had such a great time here and everyone was so helpful. I will definitely return in the future. Five stars.

2023-12-07 21:11:23First time staying here.Was welcomed right away from the hotel receptionist. Very friendly and welcoming. Check in really fast.Pros- Such a big room! Sad I didn’t have more time to spend there. Pros-spacious room, full size refrigerator, a big desk, a hard wire internet connection, half size stove with clean dishes stocked throughout.Cons- Stair access only, could be tough with heavy luggage. Would definitely have to get an accessible room on the first floor if you have mobility challenges. The bed is a little hard especially for a side sleeper.Overall, the hotel is clean. The location is pretty nice and the ambiance is really nice. Walking distance to a few restaurants. I think the next time I would definitely get a rental car so I can drive around.I’m giving this place 4 stars because there was a hole in the carpet. That was very strange.

2023-11-15 03:42:48Edit: I stayed at this location for a second time (in recent months) and had a similar experience -- in this case I was placed on a bottom floor room facing the parking lot. I stayed for two weeks and there were loud parties on 3 week nights, in each case lasting until at least 11p. The staff intervened in one case, in the other cases I was told that the intervention had already happened (but the parties continued for an hour after my call, nevertheless). Dont stay here if you want to get a good nights sleep.The Extended Stay America is dingy but quiet. The Residence Inn by Marriott is a good compromise -- clean and quiet (but more expensive). If you want to rent a hotel room for a night to throw a big party, the Residence Inn seems like a great choice (the staff will be supportive!)Previous review as follows:Clean + well appointed rooms; (generally) wonderful staff.There was a _sanctioned_ party (third floor room) on a weeknight during my most recent stay. 20+ people yelling, loud music, bottles being thrown from the third floor... I called the front desk at 10:30p and was told that it was a celebration of life and would be wrapped up soon. The noise continued until almost midnight. This was an isolated incident during my stay, but the couple staying a few doors down said that it was the third such occurrence during their trip.Ive had previous good experiences at this location but will be reticent to consider staying here in the future.

2023-04-16 14:15:46We stayed 10+ weeks. Our room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful and housekeeping was on a regular schedule and very thorough. It was also so nice to have breakfast available each morning. Having a full kitchen in each room and ample storage makes an extended stay here easy and low stress.Location is great. Its in the middle of Pleasanton, but on a quiet street. Laundry room, exercise room, pool and spa are all well equipped and maintained.
