I was referred to Marshall to get a policy for motorcycle insurance and the entire process was simple and effortless. If you need a quote, definitely reach out to him. Hes very nice and easy to talk to. Highly recommened!

Marshall was not even our agent at the time when our policy was cancelled because of the provider error, and we did not know about this until 3 months later.But Marshall was the only one who answered his phone on holiday, and he helped us to reinstall our policy without any lapse time. And he never hanged up on us and stayed on the phone until we got our policy back.Great professional and humane agent!

I have spoken to almost a dozen insurance agents in the past few weeks getting quotes for an auto policy and no one was as helpful or understanding as Marshall at HVH. He helped me understand all the aspects of an auto policy and ended up finding me the best coverage for the best price even though it wasn’t even through HVH. Above and beyond customer service, next time I’m shopping for insurance this will be my first call.

I called HVH insurance while shopping for a new policy, I spoke with Marshall Valentine, who was able to quickly do a comparison for me, while also reviewing my current policy. Due to the current market he was able to explain that I was in fact getting a fair deal and put me at ease while also politely providing me with information my current insurance agent was unable/unwilling to. Although I will not be changing my current policyholder this year I will definitely keep them in mind for the next year thanks to his helpful and educational approach.

We use HVH insurance services for all of our business automotive, general liability and workers compensation insurance needs. Our agent, Justin DiBene, went above and beyond to ensure that we received our auto deductible back after a no fault insurance claim was finalized. Additionally, Justin diligently pushed our Workers Compensation auditor towards revising the dollars due based on his ability to stress to the auditor that our business was cyclical and we shouldnt be held to 6 mos. worth of business income that was not representative of a 12 mos. period of time. We put our trust in HVH Insurance Services hands and highly recommend their firm for your insurance needs!!

Justin saved me 1100 dollars on my auto and home insurance combo. Switching from wheatman insurance to HVH was a great move. He is much more attentive to my questions and concerns. I would suggest him to anyone looking for a new broker.
