Horrible service. I mean worse than horrible. I ordered a drink and they took every bit of a half hour to come back and still not have it. They said they would be right back with it and took another half hour. I ordered food later and they lost it for over a half hour and then found it and served it to me cold. They always charge at the time you order. The food was horrible.

Very large facility for a local casino in Southern California. Many tables to choose from and a great assortments of games to play.Security was professional and courteous.Full bar and dining area if you are hungry and the staff very accommodating upstairs on the second floor.They also have many monitors to watch sports or local news media upon your stay if you choose to watch them.Plenty of parking, clean, organized, and good services. They even have a gift shop available for your consumerisms.

Good poker games. Place is more rundown than I anticipated since I came from Vegas and only knew of it from Hustler Casino Live.Rake is high for a 2/3 game. Something like $4 to see the flop, $1 turn, $1 river, and $1 showdown.Good to come once for the culture, but I will likely not be coming back. Well I also don’t live in LA and if I’m ever flying out, Vegas is just so close and that was magical compared to this.

Fun, clean. Organized. Played baccarat . Fun fun fun!! Has their Ribeye, very tender and flavor, even tho I was on the verge of tears because it was going on almost 2 damn hours since I ordered it! Plus, the fact that the Casino doesn’t have ANY taxis in front is CRAZY!!!! not only are there no taxis in front there are no taxis anywhere to be seen!!! Other than that. It’s a nice little casino and winning some money is always very nice!

Horrible i will never be going back the dealers and pit bosses cant control there players. I was threathened multipile times i was going to be shot and killed by another player right imfront of the dealer and pit boss and they didnt even ask her to stop or anything. She was literally doing the hand gesture like she had a gun and was pretending to shoot me while threathening me and nothing was even sad and all because i just sat down next to my coworker was playing and played a hand and hit 21 in a hand she wasnt even playing. The pit boss even dealt the hand and he just sat there and sad nothing. Thats a great way to treat your new players.

The restaurant is the bar upstairs that seems more like a storage area for empty booths. Everyone was at the bar, and we asked twice where the restaurant was before we realized this was it.When we finally got the attention of the bartender and she put the order in, we waited over half an hour for the food. When the food came from some other place, it was in plastic wrap like a takeout order in a fast food joint.The only redeeming factor was the shrimp fried rice that my wife loved.I wont be back and would advise eating before you go there to lose your money. Casinos suck in general but usually have good food to help you forget how much money you are losing.To be fair, I did not gamble and this isnt sour grapes. I grew up in Las Vegas and was a Casino dealer for 8 years. I have been surrounded by the casino and hospitality business for most of my life and know what works and what does not.

Not very accommodating for a casino... The first time I went here when it was still outdoor only, I had an awesome experience, the employees were super helpful and did their jobs well. Their jobs being to keep the customer happy and spending money... This time I went, the games are back inside, its too hot and kinda dank inside like they trying to skimp on the A/C bill... Must have a lot of new hires because the employees were horrible. Didnt really care if you were satisfied or not because it was overcrowded anyways and they still short staffed. They even had a few bankers working 2 or 3 tables simultaneously. That coupled with the fact you gotta worry about some sh** falling on your head and killing or crippling you, I think Ill pass on a return visit.

Awesome atmosphere and even more awesome staff. I had the pleasure of dining in the restaurant and lounge overlooking the card room. The food was tasty, and the variety was plentiful. You may want to decide what you have a taste for before you look at the menu...there are THAT many options 👀 personally, I had the Traditional Galbi, and if you are in a beef mood you will be satisfied beyond description, so bring your appetite and a friend.

Its all table games, which is fine, but there are people playing as they roll out carts of noodles so they can eat without leaving the table. The upstairs bar isnt that clean, has low end bar food, and has a 360° view of the desperate people giving away their money below. I did not enjoy my visit.

The casino is maintained very well. Its clean. The chairs, booths and fixtures are well maintained. The food downstairs and in the dining room on the corner second floor are very good, including American comfort food and lots of Asian food.Recently, the casino changed its drawings for $300 every two hours. The drawings were based upon the hours you were at the casino the previous month. The more time you spent at to the casino the higher the probably you would win the drawing. If the 3 persons whose names were drawn werent there at the next drawing 2 hours later, the drawing would go up $300.Then management changed the drawings and made them cheaper. A lot of players were upset. Eventually management relented and the drawings went back to the old way.

My very first time ever in California & decided to go to this casino because it was 7 miles from our Hotel. I tried to get a players card & they told me I couldnt get a card unless I paid $5 for the card. I asked why & they had the nerve to tell me my information was already in their computer system. I tried to explain that I had never been in the state before so there was no way that is possible but the floor manager aggressively told me no! So I wont be going there again!

Weekends bring in biggest crowds so finding parking can take a couple laps. Players have access to a solid meal menu plus on the spot massage therapists. Upstairs dining and bar is open to all -beware they blast hip hop loud enough to disrupt your game downstairs on the weekend as someone thought it was a brilliant idea to attract the drunks and indeed they did.

Me and my daughter went and we enjoyed ourselves we lost we moved to other tables and we won and we lost again everyone again are we left about 1:30 in the morning but at the end of the day we had fun nice everything was nice there I did not like that the ATM machine only gave me x amount of dollars then the I had to go to the cashier pay $11 to get extra money dollars the next time I would just go to the cashier from the beginning but altogether I really enjoyed myself thanks everyone from working and being so helpful and patient with us to teach us the game

Havent been to hustler before, but came in because I felt alittle lucky and wanted to have fun. The place is well within covid 19 standard from keeping you safe. 6 ft apart at the entrance they give you a hand sanitizer right at the door with a camera temperature where you have to pull you mask down for a 5 second. Once your in the place has divider everywhere keeping you away from other players and the staff was very knowledgeable when I was on card table and since this was my first time there the lady at the Texas hold em table explain the rules and helped me with playing and the sizes of the bets because I was unfamiliar with. Overall, I had a great time, won alittle money and had fun.

Love the atmosphere. Love the fact that you can not Second Hand Smoke because they do not allow Smoking in general in this Casino. Place is very different compared to the many different Casinos Ive been to around the East coast and West coast of the United States. Love the fact that you can order and eat your food while playing on the tables. That just means to me that this place cares about you as an individual more then just your money. If I had a chance to award this place for a Dimoned award they would most certainly get it without question.

I been coming to this place since it opened. It hasnt messed up the area too bad and they run a pretty clean casino. The food is pretty good and they have a bunch of side businesses. Corkys is pretty cool. THey have different options for games but they follow all the gambling rules so you dont get the entire vegas experience. All in all, it aint the worst place and a good place to spend some time.

House doesnt allow dealers to shuffle the decks or wash them they just put the cards in the machine and spit out the same hands over and over again. When I asked for a shuffle after 10 repeat hands they wouldnt allow it. I wont go back to this casino its not random and its dirty. The food however wasnt bad.

Poker room is not well run. Very chaotic. Table buy ins not standard and sets everyone up for short stack shoving. Chip denomination use is wierd. Who uses $1 chips at a $1/3 table for their whole stack? Cant recommend.

Doubt Larry would be happy to know security sent me down the darkened exit pathway alone to get murdered instead of allowing me to wait for my friends that were exiting directly behind me. Cool casino and kinda intimate compared to larger (Gardens & Indian) casinos. I have a feelin thats not gonna be forever and i do like it now that Im comfy in casinos, Im sure theyll expand or something larger/newer and dont blame em if they do in LA.Crack The Aces winning in poker is cool ($100 if your pocket Aces get beat) and blackjack side bets are cool too, especially if youre playing the $1. bonus thing.Overall the employees are nice and very helpful...even when it seems theyre unaproachable, they were the ones that were more helpful than expected.

Hustler is fairly typical of the non-reservation casinos we have here in California. Cards only, no slots, roulette or craps. There are plenty of poker tables offering several game variations and buy ins. Lots of blackjack tables too, paying 6to5 for a natural. Overall the place is clean, the staff is friendly and I even manage to win every once in a while.

They gave the upstairs restaurant a facelift and raised the prices for the same sub par food.The price and how quite it was, except for the clanking of poker chips, is gone. This place might be small but it does have 2 floors and the top floor has a restaurant / bar which also at times includes a few card tables of black jack, the menu has a lot to choose from so far Ive personally tried: Arabic, american, mexican here and loved every meal. They have an open bar and if u are not satisfied u can swap it out for another choice on the house. If u want a closed table minimum buy in is 2,000. Otherwise black jack tables start at $10, on most times, every now and then $5. U must pay the house $1. per hand and as far as my experience with the perfect pair bonus - it must be rare because Ive never actually witnessed one. I believe every Casino has their own light and atmosphere and this one is a nice one to enjoy... Good Luck!

I was sent a 50 dollar ticket promotion thing but the clause is that you only can play it at ten dollar table and pay 1 dollar commission per 10 dollar chip when you win (if you want to call it that) you dont really win you get an exchange like if I put the 10 in and win they take that promotion 10 and replace it with a house ten Im like what a RIP off

I went to Hustler with a poor tour bus from Monterey Park, the tour guide could not speak English but really knew how to abuse poor Chinese clients whom could not speak English either. When I had problem with floor man Sam who refused to give me a casino card and did not allow me to come back while I said he was crazy because it was my first time came to casino and he said I was not new again and again and did not want to listen my explanation. Luckily manager Ray made investigation and gave me a casino card and welcome me back.

Man, this place is a dump. The tables are smaller than any other poker room in LA and there is very little spacing between them, people were bumping into me constantly. Probably just bad luck, but the last 2 times I came here I sat next to people with terrible body odor and bad breath. One of them was a dealer. Id rather go to any other casino in LA.

To my knowledge the only card room in the LA area that gives higher limit players @$5 hour in players credits.There is a full complimentary menu for 8/16 limit players that features a variety of pastas, salads, breakfast and dinner selections including a juicy sirloin steak and eggs option.3/6 limit players can rest easy knowing that there is an Access cracked promotion.Friendly and dare I say attractive staff (remember this is the Hustler Casino and Larry Flint is still a giant of Industry).There are several stores such as Target, Ross, CVS and Walgreens nearby.Only downside is there are no hotel or even decent motel rooms anywhere near the casino to get some rest and recovery for a marathon gambling session.Definitely give it a try if you have a long layover in LA.
