The nurses helping me with the MRI were great. They were very helpful. Made sure I was comfortable and helped me throughout. The one thing that infuriates me in this office, they always lose the doctors order. We sent it three times. They confirmed they had it. We had to reschedule twice. It is extremely frustrating how they lose the orders all the time.

I had a great experience here! Visited on 6/4. I was nervous of course about my appointment but the whole process was seamless and quick! Staff was very efficient and nice and very professional and polite. Made me very comfortable and eased my nerves. Once I was with the ultrasound technician she explained the whole process to me and was very sweet and understanding. I would highly recommend coming here!

I had an appointment for an MRI but also had another order for an X-ray. They were able to squeeze in the x-ray without an appointment. The problem was the nurse who had to add the dye to my arm. She seems brand new because she made so many mistakes and seems so nervous. I was nice to her but didn’t appreciate being poked twice. Both my arms had bruises from the needle. They also had to add an extra tube of dye because she didn’t put it in correctly. As I walked to the MRI room, I started dripping. So the other nurses took over and the rest of the procedure went smoothly.

Its a nice facility with an average staff. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. We had a little wait for our appointment. The X-ray technician could have been more pleasant than we expected. I thought he would explain the procedure instead of finishing it in 3 minutes.

Went to Hill Imaging Center for CT Scan at six (6) months after my Surgery. My appointment was on a Sunday, I checked in with the front desk & took a seat in the waiting room. Less than ten minutes I was called for my exam. I dont think It was ten minutes & I was on my way home. What a delight, arrived, checked in, called for exam, ten minutes later I was on my way home. Thank You All at Hill Imaging Center.

I’ve been coming here for years for my mammograms and recently a CT Scan. The office staff is always very friendly and organized. I never wait past my scheduled time. The techs are so good at explaining everything and making sure I’m comfortable.

Paying for parking could be an issue and they don’t validate - but I chose early morning hours and found free parking on the street.Plus, I’d rather pay parking than sit there for hours to get my MRI.

I had a very good experience here. The only reason it was not a 5 star experience is that I had to wait about 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. But otherwise, the service was great and the imaging center itself is well maintained with a relaxing atmosphere. Check in is on kiosks but someone was there to help get patients thru the screens quickly. Overall, I recommend it and wouldnt hesitate to go back.

I am disabled and I hurt my sciatica nerve on the way to my appointment and I wanted to mention how grateful I was with Francis who checked me in. He was so extraordinary So incredibly nice, helpful,patient and went above and beyond what I’ve experienced in the past. I have never had such a fast and efficient medical appointment. I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful assistant immediately at the door, assisted with the kiosk for check-in. Then I was checked-in at the desk by another lovely person and I had JUST sat down when they called me back for my CT scan. I think the whole thing took 15-20 min. What a breath of fresh air. I did wish I received more reminder alerts via text, not sure what happened there. Aside from that everyone was helpful and friendly and FAST! Impressive and exemplary!

The staff was helpful both medically and personally. They treated me as a valued patient and made my accompanying husband feel at ease also. As an older person when I had an issue with my phone, they not only helped me in making sure my Uber had the correct address, they made sure I understood exactly where I should wait for that Uber. This particular location has so many addresses that it is easy to be confused.

5 stars because they were prompt in getting me my results the next day for a pet ct scan.1 star deducted because they ran 45 minutes late to see me so I spent more than an hour waiting. I was told by the lady who helped schedule my appointment that if I arrived after 11 am I would be charged $500 for the order of the supplies (radiation) needed for my ct pet scan. My appointment was at 11:30, I arrived at 10:40 yet didn’t get helped until 11:45.

I have had three coronary CT scans at this imaging center. All were done professionally, personnel were courteous and efficient, and I was called in early all three times. The facility is very clean and tidy, as are the exam rooms. Upon exam completion, requesting physician and patient are notified of results in a few days. An easy five stars.

I had a very good experience. Check in was very easy, in part because you can pre-check in, but also because when I got there the person helping me complete my check in was courteous. The lobby is very nice and the wait was short. I had alot of x-rays that needed to be done, but it went well with little to know glitches.

It was a wonderful experience and I am happy that I chose this facility. It was very nice and clean. Entire staff was great. I had an MRI done and it was a pleasant experience. I am very claustrophobic and having my MRI done there was not hard I absolutely recommend this to anybody who has claustrophobia issues.

I have been to Huntington Hill Imaging Center many times. Recently I had an ultrasound. The technician was friendly and thoughtful, but also efficient and thorough. My doctor got me an appointment same day and I waited about 20 minutes. Quite impressive fast turn around. I received the results from Friday’s test on Monday.

My husband came here for imaging and the staff was incredible and super nice. They made him and I feel comfortable and they were very welcoming. I had checked in online and so the check in procedure at the front desk was so quick. Within 5 minutes my husband was called and I was also allowed in to come along with him which I appreciated. Thank you so much for letting me wait in a smaller waiting room for my husband.During the procedure, my husband said the staff was incredibly nice and friendly. I generally had a nice experience. My appointment was at 1 PM, I was told to pre-register, and come in 20 minutes before 1 PM. That I did. Unfortunately, the attendants did not call me in for the ultrasound until about 1:20 PM. Otherwise, the ultrasound procedure went smoothly.

Always a great experience considering I am a regular client every 3 months for CT scans and MRI. I will say that the most comfortable MRI of the brain I have had has been at the Glendora facility. The staff at Huntington-Hill Imaging at all of their facilities have been great, friendly, curteous and helpful. I would highly recommend them for your imaging studies.

Front desk receptionist did not call me over as I was standing behind the sign that tells you to wait until called. Another patient came in behind me and went straight over to her and she assisted him promptly. Also the changing rooms need to be vacuumed. There are large dust balls under the chairs in the back and just the floor in general. The tech that did my MRI was great!

Also, had to have an ultrasound done for my daughter and they were very professional and friendly. After a bad experience in Glendale, I always have any imaging done at Huntington Hill Imaging. From scheduling to checking in, everything is very organized. Staff are always friendly and professional. The location is easy to get to. Lots of parking in paid lot. Clean, modern facility and large, comfortable waiting area. I was unhappy with the poor communication regarding my personal belongs. After undressing I noticed there was no place to hang my clothes and secure my purse. I had to go find a technician . She said I could leave my items in the dressing room but the door doesn’t lock. I went back, retrieved my belongings and brought them into the X-ray room. I am writing concerning the experience that my wife had during her two recent visits to the Fair Oaks location of Huntington-Hill Imaging. The visits included a requirement to fill her bladder with 32 ounces of water one hour prior. I was shocked to learn that she (and several other patients) had to wait in line to use the one and only waiting room toilet. It is hard to understand how a recently built state-of-the-art facility has just one primary bathroom for the waiting area.The problem was compounded by the fact that the door locks from the inside, and can remain locked if someone doesn’t unlock the handle as they leave. After waiting in line with a full bladder, my wife discovered this and notified the desk staff, only learn that the there is no key to the door. It was thanks only to the ingenuity of desk staff that the door was eventually unlocked so that she could use it.Yet my wife’s problems had just begun. Her appointment (as well as those of others) was over 30 minutes behind schedule. It is unacceptable to ask patients with full bladders, particularly seniors, to wait long past the appointment time. There is a level of humiliation involved that your office is not taking into consideration. If the schedule is behind, you have the capacity to send texts and should use it to notify patients.Here is another thing you can do to improve patient experiences when their appointment involves filling their bladder: In the pre-appointment notice, you can mention that because patients could be required to wait, they might consider wearing an adult diaper for peace of mind. This would address some of the emotional stress that accompanies the already-difficult discomfort of waiting for an appointment like a water balloon ready to burst.

Great service at the imaging center. I was called back for my scan before the paper from my intake form had even had time to cool from the printer. Also, compliments to the office on the best patient intake process and medical history collection system I’ve yet encountered. The tablet-based system was easy to read even though I hadn’t brought my glasses. The required fields were clear and noted when each had been completed, and there was none of the duplication encountered at other offices (for instance, entering all your information online ahead of an appointment only to be asked to do it all over again once you arrive at the office). I have nothing but positive things to say about my experiences at this facility. Id never had an MRI and was a little apprehensive as Im mildly claustrophobic. I drove out to H-HIC a week in advance and one of the techs gave me a tour and answered all my questions. A week later, I had the MRI and experienced the same courtesy, patience and expertise from everyone working there. Now I dont want to go anywhere else for one of these. I recommend doing all the paperwork through their well-organized online portal in advance so theres no form-filling on arrival. I was very impressed altogether; even the parking is painless (although the facility doesnt validate!) Highly recommended.

Had CT scan scheduled. Had to reschedule, and that process went very smoothly. Arrived 30 minutes prior to appt, did the online check-in (very easy) before arriving. Was registered in 2 minutes at the front desk by very cordial and professional staff. Waited 10 minutes for my scan (not 30), was escorted to room by kind technician. Got set up for scan, mentioned some anxiety to CT tech, and he was very gentle in letting me know what would happen, how to breathe for this test, and how long it would be. He didnt make fun or appear surprised by my anxiety comment, which made the entire experience smooth. As I left, I asked a question at the front desk (same person who checked me in), and she was again helpful and kind. This was at the 625 S. Fair Oaks, Pasadena, CA location, on a Sunday. Pay parking immediately across in the garage or on the street (little walk). I was impressed with the entire process.

I was pretty stressed out when I showed up. When I said that I would like to wear my yoga pants and top (metal-free) for an MRI of my ankle as I had (erroneously) been allowed to do at a different MRI, rather than show curiosity as to why or show one iota of compassion, the young woman who took me back instead said, The technician is not going to risk losing his license if you wear your own clothes. She was abrupt, rude and condescending which stressed me out even more. I shudder to think about how she talks to other patients who are even more stressed out. We, the patients, are there because we have a medical problem of which she knows nothing. Empathy training would be a good place for her to start. The technician was professional, courteous, and kind.

All who assisted me for my breast MRI -- front desk staff to attending technicians -- were most helpful. Facility clean and orderly. Please be sure to keep restroom, dressing rooms and lockers, waiting area, blood drawing area, and MRI well vacuumed, regularly sanitized, and orderly. Suggest replacing TV with soft, low-volume, 528 Hz frequency relaxing sounds of nature. Also, verbally and in written instructions, be sure to inform patients to be well hydrated before and after the MRI. To protect kidneys from possibly being damaged by contrast dye, one UCLA doctor advised to drink 1 cup of water every hour for 6 to 8 hours following the breast MRI with contrast dye. Parking is now $9 for 1 hour. :(

I am so glad my wife called to make an appointment. We were having issues at Arcadia Radiology so we called around and Huntington Hill imaging was the only place that had time for us to come in. Ive been having some health issues and my doctor wanted me to get an X-Ray and Ultrasound before our appointment on Monday but the place he sent us in Arcadia was a disaster. Luckily we called Hill imaging and an amazing customer service representative was able to find us a same day appointment. The technicians preforming the scan were both excellent. The technician running the scan described how the equipment would move and how it would move me. I have small wiggly vessels and the phlebotomist realized this and we both identified this condition almost simultaneously. So, she used pediatric like devices and the insertion of the catheter and delivery of the contrast was pain free. Additionally, as I left both technicians reminded me to drink plenty of fluids for the rest of the day to flush the contrast out of my body.
