Hummingbird Networks has been a pleasure to work with over the last 6 years. They have always been very responsive to all my needs and questions. Their products have always met our needs at a greatly reduced priced then the manufactures product. If for some reason we have had any issues with it they are quick to resolve the problem.

Hummingbird flew to our rescue when our computer software and printing capabilities quit working, which affected running our business. We gave them online access to our computer and they diagnosed the problem, cleaned us up, got us running, taught us a lot, and followed up after, all the while being very patient and understanding with us. So thankful! We are up and running again!

I am building a home network and didnt want a Best Buy/Costco, off-the-shelf, consumer solution.After talking/chatting with Greg, John and Todd at Hummingbird Networks, I decided to go with an entry-level enterprise network:(1x) UDM-PRO(1x) USW-PRO-24-POE(3x) UAP-AC-HD-US(4x) G4-PRO (future security cams)I say entry-level because Ubiquiti is known to have some of the bells and whistles of more expensive brands like Meraki but at a price point that is reasonable for a home enterprise-level network.After researching the internet and receiving excellent advice from the aforementioned Hummingbird employees, I ordered online.Speaking of ordering online, their e-commerce website is very easy to navigate and their pricing is very competitive if not the lowest for what I needed.My order qualified for free shipping and the products were delivered in a couple of days on my front porch. (Glad the porch pirates didnt get those packages!)Based on my initial order (and $avings) plus the professional and friendly advice I received, Ill order my security cams, 6U rack, UPS from Hummingbird Networks soon!

Ive ordered some Cisco Meraki firewalls and the associated licensing from Hummingbird networks. They couldnt have been more helpful and friendly. They were knowledgeable, had competitive pricing, and were very prompt. I would recommend them to anyone!
