The staff are always so great and knowledgeable. Richard gives so many kisses to the whole staff. This has been our furbabies vet for 10+ years now.

It was our first time going there because my sister in- law Lilly Terrones takes her dog Huero there so I had her make us an appointment. Service was great we got there about 45 min. early and they attended to us right away. Our appointment wasnt until 10:30am, which we appreciated very much,not only did we get service right away the people were very respectful and kind. They made us feel like we being going there ever which we are grateful for. The doctors gave us all our options and explained to us what was best for our puppy (Baby) we asked our concerns and they gave us the answers we needed to hear.Thank You Very Much,Richard & Rosa, Raymond Terrones

So, my little Rocky boy is quite old, a little sassy, and is not super receptive to new people. No idea how they charmed him into being such a good boy but he absolutely loved the staff there. I was around him the entire time and he truly seemed so comfortable around both the nurses and vet who saw to him. Highly recommend this clinic for both one-off appointments and especially recommend for regular visits. My Rock-man said he’d give 6 stars if we could :)

Love the reminders so you don’t forget your appointment and lose your deposit. I appreciate that. Staff are friendly and my dogs are comfortable walking in and comfortable walking out. They are thorough with prices and explanations of the treatments, vaccines, or other questions. Thank you Bella and the rest of the staff.

I had an urgent matter with my dog and they got me in the same day due to a cancellation. I had never gone there before so I didnt know what to expect. They were very kind and very professional. I loved the doctor and Bella was as sweet as all get go. Front desk folks were pretty cool too. They gave me the estimate in writing. The main thing is they took care of Bobby. I will be seeing them again. I would recommend them 100 percent.

Horrible now. They treated us and our pets - who are family, like garbage. Used to be a really good vets office, but not anymore. I switched vets due to the negligent care and safety of our cats, only to run into one of their most valuable previous employees, at the new vets office. She took the best care of our pets. When I mentioned in detail, the trouble and expense they put us through, as I suspected, ownership changed. The previous owner died, and it was taken over and now owned and operated by two gentlemen who have no vet license and know absolutely nothing about animal care. Thats so scary! DO NOT - I REPEAT - DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR BABIES. They will charge you for things you already paid for, and for things your pet wont need. Nor do they keep an accurate record of what they did. They will also try to tell you that you need to come in for shots or blood work your animal just had just to charge you. They should be shut down!

My dog has been coming since he was a puppy, so they are aware of his behaviors and anxieties when we come in. Not only that, his breed is known to be cautious of strangers. This last appointment, the assistant didn’t even try to help me lure my dog in, like all the previous ones have before, but basically gave up on seeing my dog after he lunged at her. So of course, it’s his natural reaction when someone who doesn’t even talk to him comes straight at him. She took it as a sign of aggression, which is not how he is. Most of the other assistants took their time to ease his anxieties and by the end of the exam, I’m told he was a sweetheart the entire time. But this assistant just stood at the door and watched me calm him down. I’m very disappointed, and it seems like she only wanted to deal with “cute” dogs. This appointment also was rescheduled due to an office emergency, so I had to move things around in order to make this appointment, only to not have him seen because the assistant can’t handle his supposed “aggression”. Very disappointed. But the girls at the reception are always great and willing to help.

Took my dog Benji on last minute sick appointment. Very informative as to what was wrong with my pet. Affordable prices. My dog is 6/12 years old, have been coming since he was 8 weeks old.

Very kind and compassionate people!! I take both my dogs here and Im very happy with how they treat them, like one of their own. Sandra, Angela and the whole office are great to work with.
