We started our home search at the beginning of the COVID lockdown and wow were we so happy to have found Ilana Huff to work with. Ilana Huff was absolutely amazing throughout our first home buying process (at the very start of COVID). She found us our perfect home on day 1 (we didnt know it yet but she listened to all our wants and found it for us from the start). She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market, SEH, and negotiating. Ilana navigated the all the changes, with house tours, because of COVID effortlessly. Being first time home buyers we needed a lot of hand-holding and guidance and Ilana was there every step of the way and answered every single one of our questions promptly. A little more than a year ago my husband and I considered the idea of selling our home in San Elijo Hills and moving our family to Fallbrook to enjoy the country lifestyle. So we decided to do it, then COVID hit, no biggie we have the very best agent, Ilana Huff who was able to sell our SEH home and get us into a beautiful brand new home in Fallbrook. Turns out, the country lifestyle was not for our family and within 6 months we were calling Ilana again to sell a second house in a year, in a world wide health pandemic. Didnt matter, we had the very best agent holding our hand. Ilana got it done! Now for the tricky part, we wanted to move to an area where houses are hard to find. We walked and walked the area until we had remembered a house that had been previously listed but not sold. Ilana did the research and found out the owners did want to sell. Ilana and her team were so professional, even when things fell apart a bit, Ilana and her excellent team were there. Ilana held our hand, listened to our homesickness, brokered the perfect deal and got us home. I cannot thank Ilana and her team enough for helping us move home .
