Vivian was very professional, nice, people person. She made me feel at ease. She is very friendly and knows her materials. I would not hesitate to recommend her to other people. She was very rude and she ask stupid question and make me feel like I am dump indian person with out any english she was keep cutting me off when you have question I will never come to HR block anymore very bad experience I have. top of that she said i cant claim my mother which I am the main house hold so that tell me she dont know what she doing I am doing my tax for last 30 yr no one ever said that to me it was last min tax my CP was out town thats why I choose HR block other wise I will never do that very uneducated people. also she made me wait 20 min but when tax are done I have question she said she dont have time very poor customer service, she also left me on her desk and help the next door person I didnt say anything they need to know the customer service if they are charging us money she was not doing anything for free. I am now worried if she did my tax right now I am paying someone to do cores check I dont trust her, thats all i have to say.

We used h&r last year with good results. Went back this year and it has just been one problem after another. They said they were calling the irs to figure it out and after scheduling a time to do so the worker decided not to. Keep getting told it is the way it is. We will NOT us H&R again

I been going to h&r bloock for over 20 years at this location. They do good work and you can pay extra to have them represent you if ever there is tax audit. They answer any questions i may have and share the new tax laws i dont know. (Pay for peace of mind)

This was my first tax season. I made an appointment thinking it was going to be easy. I worked with a rep named Stephanie, and she was unremarkably rude. To start, I informed her I was in between jobs and was currently awaiting my final pay check. I told her after than, I’d be financially comfortable to make an expense that large. I told her this numerous times, and it seems she failed to comprehend this. After presenting my projected refund, she then asked once more if I’m interested in their products and service packages (of course, the most expensive one) and I told her once again the situation. She then became obviously more irritated with my lack of buyers commitment, and told me “Well, then come see me when you have $126.” Absolutely terrible service, and I’m unfortunately hopeful the smaller localized tax offices are far better and cheaper than them.
