We loved using H&R block for our taxes. Our tax professional-David was very knowledgeable and made the whole process seamless. We are going back there again next year! Highly recommend this office! Front office staff was also very helpful!

When I started with H&R Block a few years ago I selected Mr. David Brown because of his back ground and his experience and I have no regrets. Mr. Brown works diligently on my package. I try to do what I can on my end to make the task easier. Mr. Brown is always pleasant to speak to and is also helpful should I have any questions. He’s always there for you.

David is quick, efficient, and knows his stuff. Hes very informative and does his best to help get your maximum amount back while explaining everything in detail to you. I hope H&R Block keep him around, because even if i move like im planning, i will make the two hour trip every year just so i have peace of mind my taxes will be handled correctly.

Horrible phone etiquette by an elderly woman who answers the phone. She was rude and very cagey not wanting to set an appointment but rather pass on a message to “someone” who would call me back. She would not provide a callback timeframe “I have no idea” was her response. She made it very clear a consultation fee was required and will not answer any tax questions over the phone. Wow! Pass…

Dave was great! He listened politely to my long winded stories, got my taxes done quickly, explained why he was doing what he was doing, and he tried to find a cheap way for me to pay for my taxes (IRS charges for ATM card transactions! $45!) YIKES! Nobody likes shelling out their hard earned money to a faceless government agency, but David made it a little easier.

Ive used H&R Block for many many years. Today I was immediately greeted and offer a beverage, like always. The staff was professional dressed and mannered, like always. I have never had to wait long to see a tax consultant. Upfront pricing is available and very affordable, with options to pay. They have always given me every option for the most refund available to me. Ive never had a problem with the IRS when I use H&R Block. I once tried to do my taxes on line and I will never do that again! I had IRS problems that cost me money time and stress. Do yourself a HUGE favor, use H&R Block. 5 stars! *****

I have used this H&R block three times - once to process a Canadian tax return (2014), which although costly was filed correctly. The second occasion was to process a regular tax return for a foreign worker (2015), which was again costly, but filed correctly. Both of these instances were several years ago, with - it appears - different staff.The staff member I dealt with seems to be of a lower quality as they managed not only to incorrectly file my tax return this year, resulting in them asking me to file correction paperwork on their behalf. The staff member has also not responded to any communication (in branch - always out, phone, email) asking them to establish the success or failure of their attempt to fix my incorrectly filed return. Having finally gotten a useful conversation today (separate communicative staff member), I have been informed that the corrected tax return will take 9-16 weeks to process, which as a foreign worker means it will arrive after Ive left the country. As the most recent visit is the most representative of their current level of service, I can only honestly give them a 1 star review.

Dont leave any documents you need here! They are never open when they say they are, and you cant leave a message for the office. I had to schedule an appointment for 2 weeks out to get my documents, went there, and the office was closed. They said they had a glitch in the system, though now they want to send me to Reno for another appointment to get my documents back from South Tahoe. Their customer service people are horrible. I regret getting the free review of my taxes and will never use H&R BLock for anything.I called the number indicated and they said they are dealing with the issue though that was 2 weeks ago. They are only open 1 day a week and dont seem to keep those hours.
