2024-04-22 21:11:38This is first time I’ve used H&R Block for anything, and it’s also the reason I’ll be going back to TurboTax next year. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever been a part of. I went there roughly a month before 4/15 in the hope I can get my taxes done early and not wait until the last day. I uploaded all my documents to the website to make it easier for the tax rep. I did not hear anything from them for two weeks. I called her to check on the status and she stated she would get everything uploaded for me that day and we confirmed she would add a discount for me that was emailed to me by H&R Block. Nothing was uploaded and no response from her. She finally contacted me four days before 4/15 and said the return was ready. You cannot access your return until you pay H&R Block but when I took a look at the invoice, there was an extra $40.00 charge and no discount applied. Now I wasn’t able to review my taxes until I paid an invoice that was inaccurate and not agreed upon. Again, in its whole totality, some of the worst customer service experiences I’ve been a part of and I would never recommend this company to anyone trying to get their taxes done.

2022-03-15 14:51:41H&R Block always makes filing my taxes super easy and stress free. Appointments dont take too long because they already have all my information. The Tax Specialist I worked with today was super nice, very friendly and super helpful. Definitely recommend to go see Theresa. :)

2022-04-27 00:28:45Is this normal? Had a really difficult time trying to get help. Not very nice people, even when using their website to communicate with an accountant. And whoever answers the phone had a legitimate attitude. I hope her day gets better. Im not sure if this is H&R or TSA.

While carrying a cordial conversation she is able to correctly move through the tax preparation error free and in rapid time. This is my third time with Teresa and as before, my taxes were perfecto. Scott is the one who help my parent in law with there taxes, if it werent for him my parent in law might be paying 35,000 last year. Very Professional and he really really care to help. If you really have main concern on filing your taxes get with him, im sure hell help you. My family is really satisfied on his work, you ask question and he answer all your questions. I would recommend him to people who really need help on filing their taxes.

This is my second yr with Mrs. Green preparing and handling my wife and I tax. We have no reason to look elsewhere in the future as long as Mrs. Green is the only person handling our Tax.
