My tax specialist ran 30 mins behind.I owed back and asked if I could get $20 off of my 220 dollar charge she stated no even though I’ve been a returning customer for 5 years now. I also did not understand why I owed back so much and she didn’t explain well. Also she was making a lot of mistakes with the numbers and I had to correct her. I’m afraid I owe too much taxes most likely based off of a wrong input. I will no longer be returning back to this company at all for my services. I felt I wasn’t given the max savings they claim to give to their clients. I feel my tax service specialist just did her job of inputting info and that was that.

Pat was super friendly on the phone and I had very simple tax papers to do that H&R does not charge for and Pat explained what I needed to do with a great attitude! Most importantly she put me at ease and treated me with respect even though I wasnt paying for the tax work this year. I will definitely take my taxes to her next year when Ill need paying work done. Also, the receptionist was just as friendly. Great store all around!

Bea Vega was very friendly, professional & patient with me, as this was our first time doing my taxes. I’d been having Tina Rohrer do my taxes for around 10 years, moved out of the area & I was referred to Bea from her. I was very impressed & thankful. A lot changed from my last year’s taxes & Bea took the time with me, explained things I needed clarification on & I was very appreciative. With this being my first session with Bea, I was really thankful for the way everything went & will continue with her in the future. I’ve been going to H&R Block for many years & will continue. Peace of mind is why I keep coming back. Great asset to H&R Block! I’ll miss Tina, but have a real winner to replace her for the future.
