Mike was awesome at fixing our printer. Could not get it to print without jamming up and looked for HP authorized repair places and found HPC, I called and explained what is happening and then he said just drop it off and then he would take a look. The next day he calls and tells me it is ready to be returned. Easy and price was reasonable.

The bottom began to separate from the top of my 4 year old HP Spectre Laptop that cost about $2,000. The Best Buy Geek Squad and Office Depot Computer Repair Dept. said it needed a new battery but they couldnt help me and it wasnt worth fixing. I was told it was cheaper to purchase a new computer.Michael Kahn, proprietor of HPC Computers also told me it needed a new battery. He ordered the battery which arrived in a few days, had me bring the laptop in, and within a few hours the work was completed. The cost was considerably less than $200. My laptop works perfectly and the bottom now aligns with the top, the dis-alignment having been caused by a damaged and bloated battery. Mike called me after a few days to make sure the laptop was functioning properly and he also referred me to a software specialist to assist me with some software issues I was having. What a difference between his response and that of The Geek Squad and Office Depot! I highly recommend HPC Computers.

Mike was very helpful with my printer issues. I dropped off my printer and he had it diagnosed the following day. Mike was able to fix my printer and have it ready for pick up in 2 days. I had other printer companies quote me high prices for diagnostic. HPC was reasonably priced. Thank HPC

I took an ASUS computer that was not working at all. It fell to the floor and the hard drive broke. I first went to Best Buy were Id bought the computer and the Geek Squad people were not helpful at all, because they didnt fix hardware issues. Then I called a technician that came home, charged me a lot for an inspection of the computer and was not able to even figure out what was the problem. I run into HPC thanks to the yellow pages and thanks to speaking to the manager who was helpful and professional from the beginning. He said he could fix it and he did and the computer works perfect now. So I totally recommend them!
