I needed a small order of postcards and they were extremely helpful in explaining my options and what details to include in my order, then completed the order the same day. Will definitely be back for future printing jobs, big or small!

I went here today to get a copy and was treated pretty awful by the owner. Lots of filthy dirty looks all because I had my change in the car I had called and they told me 15 cents a page and I had a back to back page they charged me 22 cents wont be going back I love supporting small businesses but not with that nasty additude

No matter what I bring them, programs, postcards, forms, etc. they always get the job done in a timely manner and at a great price. They are extremely helpful when I have questions and come up with creative solutions to the not so occasional problem. Always willing to work with me. I highly recommend this store. We are frequent customers.

I have had all positive experiences here... I can email in the art, they do good quality printing at a reasonable price, and with a quick turnaround. They call me when its done so I can come pick it up and dont have to make an extra trip. I have had friendly, efficient service from the employees.

Horrible Business!!! Unbelievably bad customer service! Didnt have my order on time, first tried blaming it on UPS, but it turns out it still wasnt ready for days after they said it would be. Even told me it would be there at closing time, so I drove 25 mins in the rain and it wasnt there! Then after all that, they never once apologized and still insisted I had to pay for the order even after the event had past and I couldnt use flyers anymore. Unbelievable!! Will never do business here again and highly recommend no one else does either. Completely unprofessional! They could have at least apologized and not charged us, I understand unexpected delays happen, but this goes far beyond just poor customer service!

Big shout out to the HOPC staff. I recently bought an existing business and needed to update new business/loyalty cards. Each time I went in a different person helped me and they all were able to progress each step as if it were handled by just one person. Plus There were no hidden fees like you see at the end when ordering similar products online. Thank you HOPC!

They infringe the copyrights of artists by using original art of artists who are coming to print their art, for their personal benefit, without the artists permission.A case of copyright infringement is a STILLING and a lawsuit was filed against them.Run away from this place if you don’t want to get robbed. SHAME.

I love our local print & copy shop! They are all amazing with outstanding customer service, so helpful, all while staying professional. I highly recommend them!!
